Their drop off service has saved me so many times. My clothing or comforters always come back so clean! Also love this to bring comforters, a big load of towels etc.

The two ladies running this establishment are folding washing clothes and helping everyone who comes in. I’m not sure if they are the owners or employees, but if they are employees, they should be the owners. They were very helpful to everyone who came in and were very knowledgeable about their work. The atmosphere here is very caring.

I wound up here on my day off after going to two other laundromats and leaving because there wasn’t a large washer available to wash my comforter or the coin machine was broken. I pass this place everyday on my way to work and I’m glad I gave them a chance. I was able to wash my own comforter (although they provide a laundry service as well), they have a coin machine and most importantly - the place is VERY clean! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely be stopping here again.

The owners were great, place was clean and they helped me w several linens, a large rug and a load of laundry when my washer was in repair. Thank you and will be back. Other patrons seemed to be regulars and happy here as well. Just know to bring cash (there isn’t an atm onsite but they have a coin changer.) Ignore the negative reviews and support this hard working small business.

It has been 5 years, since I started visiting the Laundry Room. The location is great and I can't speak more highly of Dory. This owner is fabulous answering any questions, and being of assistance when needed. The cleanliness of the place is spot on, and the cost of service quite reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

After carefully considering various laundromat options in the area, I ultimately chose to visit the Laundry Room on Conestoga Rd, and it turned out to be an excellent decision! The cozy atmosphere and the lack of commotion over machine usage were refreshing. I had the pleasure of meeting Dori, who impressed me with her strong work ethic and delightful personality. Needless to say, I'll definitely be returning to the Laundry Room on Conestoga!

This place is great! The staff are so nice and helpful. The crowd is really friendly. The machines are clean and efficient. Heads up- last load of laundry is at 5pm!

Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away. This place is great! I’m a first timer and nothing but a positive experience. Friendly, helpful staff, place was clean and cool. And yes they gave me a bottle of water since it was so hot outside! Definitely recommend, definitely will be back

They are awesome! They washed and folded my clothes so nicely & quickly! I have been going here for sometime, especially, when I don't feel like doing my own laundry! I highly recommend the Laundry Room! It is clean inside; and the owners are so nice and friendly!

I had to wash my comforter as it's too large for my washing machine. We brought our comforter with the intention to just hang out and wash it but it was super packed. We left our blanket with the owner and she washed/dried/folded it for us and even asked our detergent preference. She was so nice! Prices are reasonable and establishment is clean. It was also convenient that they have a parking lot. Will come back again for our blanket and comforter needs!

Clean and really nice place. Best thing is the owners who assist you with your laundry if you need help. I brought a king size quilt today and the owner's husband took care of this huge piece... well worth a appreciative tip!!

Fabulous drop-off laundry site - owner is wonderful to interact with! Also, she ensures that any detergent/softener/etc preferences are implemented with your drop-off and has a great turnaround time too (same-day when we drop off in the morning). There is parking in front of her location too, which makes transferring laundry in/out of your car quite nice. Highly recommend this lovely place!

First, I'm unsure why the 3 $$$ designation because the prices of the well maintained washers and dryers are the same as where I until recently did my comforters down in Brookhaven- a far less affluent area!!!! $2.75 for a front loader is a fair price and the industry standard. Secondly, the owners and staff I have met here twice are friendly, caring and they keep the place clean, well lit and properly maintained. To put that in perspective... a laundromat I tried down the road heading east towards Philly yet still on the Mainline disgusted me so much I just rode around looking for a decent one. Oh and BTW, the cruddy one down the road charged the same price for washers. A final note and one that I consider the Pièce de résistance at this laundromat is you don't have to sit around with nothing to do while your wash is going. You can walk out the front door and take a right turn and go eat at either a pizzeria or a bar/ restaurant. Cross the street and your options are an Asian restaurant or a pub. What's not to love? I'll certainly be back.

The laundromat I normally go to closed after 42 years. I searched for a laundromat near me and this one popped up and had great reviews. I completely understand why! They showed me how to use the machines and how many tide pods I would need and they have a change machine that works for large bills! My car also happened to die and the owner helped my mom and I jump it.

This is our go to especially for sheets and quilts - pleased with service and professionalism.

Wow! Amazing service!!! I am injured and have to get surgery on my knee -- this makes it very difficult for me to do laundry. I called up The Laundry Room, and within the hour Izzy showed up at my apartment and picked up all of my clothes and bedding. And, about 5 hours later, everything was clean and Izzy dropped it right off at my apartment and even carried it inside. And this was A LOT of laundry, let me tell you. I cannot tell you how much this has helped me in the midst of a very painful and debilitating experience. Very thankful and I would definitely recommend if you need to have your laundry picked up/delivered. Thank you so very much!

This place deserves ZERO stars. The first time I was in this place, there was a tall, angry looking guy who was wearing a tank top. He smelled like he hadn't showered in days. The stench was awful. I was gonna say something...........turns out he was the owner. If you read his responses to negative reviews, he proves that he has no concept of what customer service is. I went back a couple weeks later and I had a problem getting the washer to start. I told the lady at the desk who appears to be the owner's mother that I couldn't get the door to close properly. She was so annoyed that she had to get up and help me that she came over, slammed the door and then INSULTED me by saying she could do it and she's a woman. I had no interest in slamming her equipment. This is the happy helpful atmosphere you get. Good luck!!

Took my laundry here based off the reviews and they did not disappoint, I dropped my clothes off Friday night before they closed and my laundry was done by noon Saturday, I will be using them again and when I return.

The man in here is so friendly!!! He even helps you load/unload from the car. I am currently watching him help a lady fold her sheets. I haven't seen this type of customer service in a long time. Refreshing .

I recently this place with my mom due to broken washer and dryer. Apparently it is under new management. Well, they suck. The attendant is creepy, because he has black fingernails, a scary necklace and not much of a pleasant demeanor. The second time we went, the building smelled strongly of mildew, it was making me gag. We will not be visiting again.

I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone. It was my first time there (as a last resort since the machines in my dorm at Villanova were being used) and I was treated very poorly. I kindly asked the man sitting behind the front counter where I could trade money for some quarters. He rudely did not not have the courtesy to say a single word to me. Later, I asked if he could help me operate the machine because the money slot was malfunctioning and not accepting the coins I attempted to insert. His response was "the instructions are there, can't you read?" Not only did he disrespect me in terms of not helping his customer but he also insulted me by inferring that I was unable to read. Response added after owners comment: Your response to my comment is about as unintelligent as your writing. Yes I am brazillian, I am also in one of the top business school in the country... I can read, write and speak English better than you can (clearly) in addition to several other languages. So you commenting and assuming that I can not speak English because of what race you thought I was is proof that your motive for being hostile towards me was racially motivated. This is completely unacceptable behavior.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! Yes, it's very clean. Yes, the machines work very well. It is NOT expensive for the neighborhood. Wash and Fold isn't cheap but you can launder your own clothes if you don't want to pay the price. It's a nice laundromat. Same laundromat, just better management!!

They are wonderful! I've used their fluff and fold service many times and they always do a great job with my laundry. Towels are fluffy and everything is well folded or hung. And they're so sweet! I highly recommend them.

The Russians used to own this place. They were awful and rude and I didn't go there for 5 years. Wayne laundromat is closed so I was horrified to think that I would see the Russians again. But I went anyhow. So happy to say that they are gone. I met the owner Izzy who was amazing. Helped me fold my comforters and was so happy to be there. They play great music and have a TV, but best of all they have IZZY! Thanks Izzy, I'll be back

I love this place. It is bright, exceptionally clean, and has a public restroom. The attendant is friendly, and the washers and dryers all work. The owner is awesome, too. This laundromat is a gem!!!

I never felt so mad toward someone like today. I went to Laundry room today for the first time. This man that work there, I don't know if he the owner or the worker there is very rude and ignorant toward us. He don't want to help you and when you ask him for help he acted like you bothering him. I will never go back there again. The worst place to spend your money at. Customer service is the worse. I feel like he is very raciest toward me. If I can give him a score i will give him -20..

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would without hesitation. The owner who was on duty (who currently goes by "Man L." On this website) not only refused to provide assistance to my Brazilian girlfriend, but predicated on our race, had the audacity to ask me sarcastically "can you read" when I made the simple request for him to assist my girlfriend with one of the stores clearly malfunctioning machines. I am a college educated man, a graduate of Villanova University's Honors Program so to be spoken to like this by the owner is not only inappropriate, it is also unacceptable and unforgivable. To all Villanova students, graduates, minorities reading this post, as well as to all people for whom this kind of behavior and racial profiling does not sit well with them I urge you to not condone this behavior and to find a different laundromat. From my experience here I can say categorically that the staff here are rude, lazy, and promote an atmosphere where the owner feels it in his right to racially profile as well as make slanderous statements without repercussions. I would like to add for the record for everyone reading this review that the guy responding to each of these continously negative reviews is the guy who refused my girlfriend and I service today and made racially demeaning comments. He additionally has edited his response to me several times, his first response to me he referred to my complaint as "soooo stupid" and made a reference to slaves. This behavior is not acceptable on any form or level. So have fun editing your replies to my initial statement. My comment on the other hand will permanently be displayed as a constant reminder of your ignorant statements and behavior.

This place is cleaner than other laundromats I've been to in the area but I have to only give only 3 stars because the lady who works here is so rude. There was a language barrier but regardless, she was already rude, acting frustrated and inpatient toward me before i even finished asking my question. She was throwing her hands up in the air in frustration and told another customer to answer the question for her because she couldn't bother. It was a very off putting and uncomfortable situation.

I have no idea where the negative reviews came from. We have used Anna's Laundry Service in a pinch couple times. It is: 1. Always on time 2. Folded very nicely 3. Color Separated even when we put all of them in the same bag. As for the price, it is very reasonable for the sheer amount they need to wash, separate, fold and store for you.

I've been going here for about 4 or 5 years. This place is clean, equipment is easy to use and Ana and her son couldn't be more helpful, as well as the rest of her employees. Convenient parking in the front and the back and plenty of places to eat, and/or drink while your waiting for your laundry to finish. There are many Laundromats closer to where I live, but I choose this one because it's the best.

My washer died and I needed to get all my laundry done before a trip. The place was clean. The washers and dryers were new and super clean. When we were building a laundry room a few years ago, I went to another place, and this one was so much better. I got my laundry done fairly quickly. It's also surrounded by food places so if you need to grab a quick bite while you're waiting, that's easy to do. I hope I won't need a laundromat again for a while, but if I do, I'll come back here.

You will get ripped off by this rude owner! Do not go there! 40 for 2 loads of wash. Plus machines are way too over priced and dryer never properly work. What a joke of a business

GIVE THE NEW OWNERS A CHANCE. I have visited this laundry once since the new owners took over this year. WHAT A PLEASANT CHANGE. They are friendly and helpful.

I was to the Laundry Room last week and had a very good experience. I was scared to death to go in here because of all of the bad reviews. I found a very nice male attendant working here who helped me use the washing machines and explained how to put the detergent in properly. The laundromat has a huge amount of magazines available to read. As it was a beautiful warm day, I put my items in the machine and sat outside on the bench to read in the sunshine. The laundromat was very clean. The attendant swept the floor while I was there and then repaired one of the laundry carts. We even talked about one of the rock and roll bands whose music he was playing on small speakers. When I told him that the Laundry Room got quite a lot of mixed reviews on YELP, he said that was because of the previous owners. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the bathroom was out of order. Other than that, I would gladly go here again.

Highly recommend this clean and updated laundry in Rosemont . When I don't have time to do it myself, I just drop it off and pick up later. They couldn't make it any easier!!

Our dryer broke so we used their drop off/pick up service a few times. They were great, close were clean and neatly folded, nothing was lost and the turn around time was quick. Very pleased with their service, definitely recommend and would use them again.

We stopped here to wash our son's bedding before dropping him off for another semester at college. Is the place clean? Yes. Is it expensive? You bet it is! Does the creepy attendant who is plugged into his headphones completely ignore you at all costs? Most definitely! Do they leave every single fan they have in the place off, even though it's hotter there than it is in your car in August with the air conditioner off? You'd better believe it! Should you look for another laundromat? That's up to you...

I moved to the area 4 years ago. At first, I was not impressed with the way it was run. It was dingy and unkempt. Now that Ana has taken over in the last 2 years, the place is always clean. I get my laundry returned, beautifully cleaned and folded. When I go to do the self service, they are very helpful. They try to hire new people on occasion, and they just can't match up to the level of detail that Ana and Alex bring to the table. Mind you, they are the lowest price full service laundromat around. No other can match it with service. Even if a mistake is made, they do everything they can to understand and rectify. Thumbs up to Ana and crew!

I go there every week. New washing machines and large capacity dryers. There is a change machine. You can get laundry bags and detergent there. The new owners have changed it around and are very helpful. They are trying and I will continue to support a local business that is friendly.

Very disappointed with the temperament of the employee there. I felt the way she treated me was unacceptable and it was understandable why the place did not look popular.
