Really super hostel! The Dorms have AC, not all have bed curtains though, if you need that. Theres small lockers that are free and you can have free tee, coffee, breakfast and dinner and even buy a good lunch that lauras mom makes. Staff is very helpful and local fruit markets, cold drinks, kios are in walking distance. The community areas are great to hang out and meet new people and Laura can tell you everything you want to know about the area and places to go, things to do like the volcano tour, the silver workshop or a Batik class. They even do laundry service at a good price good quality. All in all highly recommend this place!!!

The dorm rooms are very basic, but the hostel is very nice. The people that work at the hostel are very nice and want to help with everything. The price is amazing, as you even get free breakfast and dinner (the dinner is amazing). If you are lucky you might even get the chance to hold the python Laura sometimes brings.

Rooms were very basic but an incredible hostel. Has free breakfast and dinner which I've never seen before. Water refill and tea and coffee available. Very sociable, easy to meet people at dinner. Laura brings her snake most nights and she gives a lot of good information on things to do. Definitely reccomeded to stay here if you're in Yogyakarta

They warned us for the noise if you book a private room but that it would be this bad I couldn't imagine. We stayed for 2 nights but we couldn't sleep at all. The room is next to a busy road where is only a super thin door with holes which separates you from the road, so you can hear everything. The room next to us(I think staff) starts cleaning and packing things at 4 in the night. Before 6 they start cleaning the rest of the hostel which makes so much noise. And besides that we all got sick from the food. Never ever again.

We booked a standard double bed private ensuite room but unfortunately experienced a few issues during our stay. 1. The private bathroom actually had a separate entrance to the bedroom, with the sink also being separate from either of these. It meant you always have to leave your bedroom to use the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. 2. Taxis can’t come down the road to pick you up or drop you off, meaning you always have to walk a few minutes to get a taxi. This is especially tricky with luggage! 3. It is extremely noisy at night. Lots of noise from cars on the road and thin walls. 4. Breakfast ends before stated time. We went down for breakfast at 09:50 and were surprised to find it had ended, despite being advertised until 10:00. Whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, overall I think there are better places at a similar price point to stay in Yogyakarta. We expected it to be a good starting point for our travels to meet other people in a social environment, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case.

Nice, cosy little hostel. Free dinner and breakfast included. Great social atmosphere at the end of the day, extra quiet during the day. The room wasn't anything fancy and didn't have A/C, but was cheap enough. Scooter rental available for rp120,000. A majority of the staff were extra friendly, with the exception of one who had a bit of an attitude. Very well priced for the dorms. I definitely recommend it as a base in Yogyakarta.

Perfect hostel for young backpackers. Breakfast and dinner included. Unfortunately the laundry service wasn't that good, the laundry wasn't clean. Still, I would definitely recommend it
