Laura’s Bar and Grill

Food was good. I systematically ordered down their menu over 3 weeks and was never disappointed. Service was good and there were several environments (bar, extended indoor porch, booths). Pricing was medium to high but appropriate. Service varied from average to excellent.

I’ve been to Laura’s twice now and each time I’ve been very impressed! The menu is extensive with many great options. The prices are also very reasonable and the portions are hefty. The food itself has been high quality and delicious! Below is the loaded mashed potato flatbread and not only was it delicious but much bigger than I anticipated- all for $15! I’ve enjoyed the staff and will definitely make this a regular spot to visit.

For sure busy and family oriented which isn’t bad but there were a lot of large groups when I was there and it did take away from the service a bit but not enough to make a bad experience by any means. Just a note. The website waitlist also was a bit glitchy but the wait still wasn’t too long. They did seem well staffed. The food was much better than I expected. It had a chilis or Applebees vibe at first but they had some unique flavors I was surprised to see. I got an Asian inspired noodle soup dish (can’t remember but I posted a photo of it). Coming from someone who eats a lot of Asian foods like Pho and Hu Tieu, this was an amazing dish! Flavor was epic. Filling. Fresh. And a great surprise! Bathrooms could use some attention but not nasty.

We're here for the first time on Saturday May 17th for my daughter's graduation dinner with the family it was a truly amazing experience. The service was outstanding, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was like being at home it was comfortable it was quaint and it was very relaxing I had such a amazing time that I will be going back again and again and again oh wait a minute did I say AGAIN LOL. If you never been you really need to go ❤️

I go here very often. Place is always busy and usually a long wait to get seated. This is usually an indication of a great place. Tonight showed a different story. Once seated, I ordered a beer and it took a while to arrive, and once served, it tasted like cinnamon....most likely from the rim. Somewhat explainable, since during this time of year they serve many drinks with cinnamon rims. I asked for another and when waitress finally (a long time i might add)brought me a new one after a long wait, she placed it on table and said "this one should be good". She never waited to see if in fact that was true....it wasn't. She never came back to check and she was obviously overwhelmed. I decided to go to the bar to get a new beer. At this point the Octoberfest was kicked. They poured my beer in a new glass...same thing! At this point I asked my wife to taste it to make sure it wasn't me and she confirmed it tasted like cinnamon. I then put the beer at the back of table so waitress would see i wasn't drinking it. Then our meal came out, which was wrong, and served by someone other than our server, so no beer!. At this point I wanted to leave and asked for the check. I finally paid for meal which i never ate. I Although the manager came over, it was too late. They gave us take home boxes which we left on the table, along with a tip for a server who was overwhelmed....not her fault! I am now eating at Pat's Italian....much better! Im never going back to a place that are too busy to properly wash their dishes and be attentive to their customers! Beware

I loved my first time at Laura’s. This is the first restaurant I ate pasta and it didn’t disappoint! 5/5! I highly recommend the buffalo chicken dip, the buffalo Mac and cheese, and the Tuscan rigatoni! Don’t forget the drink— a cranberry mule sangria, I had to get two!!

Very busy on a Tuesday at 5pm. Bar was full, resteraunt seating was limited. I did not have to wait, service was prompt and food was good! I had the pickel burger and a beer! No complaints!

This place is great! I've been twice now and both times were impressive. The menu is extensive and I could easily order atleast 20 things on it. Instead I've gotten the chicken parm sandwich with vodka sauce and the loaded mashed potato flatbread. These were both very filling and delicious! I found the prices to be reasonable and the service to be exceedingly friendly. It's definitely a place to go and one of my new favorite spots!

Our first time here, but will not be going back. It's just average food. Salad was good. Had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. They should rename it the Philly no cheese steak sandwich. When we walked in, they asked for my phone number. I asked why they needed my phone number. They said "in case you leave something at the table, we can call you". I rather doubt that. Never have been asked for my phone number unless I'm requesting a reservation, which by the way, they don't take. I said no to the phone number request and they sat us at a table. The phone number request must be so they can send text messages. Who needs more text spam in their life? Not our kind of place.

I had the soup of the day Italian wedding soup to start, then the Greek salad with shrimp. So good and everything so fresh. I loved soup so much took second helping home for lunch the next day. Friend got sliders and enjoyed them. The service was nice and helpful. And the sports bar vibe is always an enjoyable atmosphere. Will be back.

Friendly, prompt service in a welcoming environment. Many sports bars aren't well kept, but Laura's is. The burger was juicy, which paired well with the crispy bacon and fried egg. Fries are good, but could've been a bit hotter. Overall, good experience and would recommend for a solid American meal!

Had a great dinner Saturday night at Laura's. The place was seemingly busy, and we were quoted a wait time however we were seated much faster. Host staff was very friendly. Our server did a nice job staggering our appetizer and meals since we ordered all at once. The only downfall of the visit was that it was quite cold inside. The bus boys were quick to clear any dirty dishes from the table and all around service was great. Our meal choices were awesome and the portions were huge. Looking forward to returning to try more menu items (especially their brunch).

The food, service and vibes at Laura's are always the best! Their flatbreads are HUGE and really tasty! Their martini nights are so unique and they always have great drink specials! Their bar is a great place to meet and watch a game! Definetly give the steak and cheese egg rolls a try while you watch! The 4 stars is for the parking! It can be tough at peak meal times to find a parking spot and to parking in the hotel next door is not permitted. Though to date I've never had to leave because I couldn't find parking! Definetly worth a try!

I came here with a friend to celebrate the completion of a huge work project! This place was packed on a rainy Friday night! We got there around 4 PM and were seated quickly - we sat at the comfy high tops near the bar. My friend had a watermelon mojito and I tried the spicy watermelon Paloma. We both loved our drinks! My friend ordered the sliders with fries. She enjoyed the sliders. I tried the mango habanero wings with fries. The wings were good - crispy with a little kick! The fries were okay - I wish they had some seasoning on them. We spent hours yapping & drinking - our server was kind & attentive to make sure we had everything we needed! I wish this place had happy hour specials but all the parking & good vibes means I'll probably come back

Another review for Laura's !!! Whether you are a small group, large group, date or solo this place never fails. I feel like I've had a majority of their menu (drinks too) everything is always fresh, delicious and timely. As always service is impeccable- the waitresses are always so friendly and accommodating to our needs/preferences.

A Yelp search brought up Laura's Bar and Grill. I saw there was over 500 reviews which is impressive in itself and tons of photographs so I knew this was a place that I wanted to come and visit. Rosa was our server. My guest ordered the Cheat Day Burger and said it was huge and excellent came with 1 side choice, tater tot's was the choice. Myself. I had the California BLT wrap with sweet potato fries This was an excellent choice. It was Wednesday so it was martini day and I opted for the blueberry Apple lemon drop for $6 dollars. The drink was a miss for me. I would not order it again. The food was excellent atmosphere is good. Plenty of seating at the bar, high tops and booths Definitely a place that I would want to come back and visit again and I think you should too Go ahead and pay them a visit I'm sure that you'll be happy.

Short drive to Smithfield RI to have dinner with family. Started at Terrazza RI for their delicious white sangria and buffalo flatbread for an app. Then we made our way down the street to another favorite of ours for dinner at Laura's Bar and Grill. I had the chicken parmesan over angel hair pasta with a delcious pink sauce, the chicken was the crispiest I've had. The other dish was the seafood capaleinni that was on special. We finished with the cherry amaretto tiramisu, if your at Laura's you have to have their fin desserts that are made inhouse.

Can't believe I haven't discovered this place until this year! Everything here is amazing. Service is always fast and attentive. They constantly have specials throughout the week. Their pasta dishes, chicken sliders, appetizers, etc are all outstanding. I would really recommend the hot chicken sliders. The pulled pork Mac and cheese really surprised me on how delicious it was. Their margaritas... killer. I encourage getting the pretzel, wings, or loaded nachos as an appetizer. Definitely a great pick when deciding where to go!

Impressive variety, mostly poised towards meat eaters, with many drinks and a stunningly disciplined kitchen. I say this as I watched the restaurant, slammed on a Monday, deliver table after table of food accurately. My own meal was an order of fish tacos, which were good; didn't have overly-battered fish, and were tasty. They're awkward to eat, as they're presented with three taco V-stands, a place for the "side" (could be fries to coleslaw) but no plate. Cuts down on washing, is my rationalization. I was tempted by other selections and might try others. A downside is that they immediately ask for your name and phone #, and it's not even our first date. Parking is good, and they can handle a crowd. It's not formal dining, and is parent-friendly. Prices are...reasonable given price inflation today. I wish my budgets were higher, given certain tempting menu selections. Overall, it would be tough to do badly here.

Many choices great food, reasonable prices, god portions. Great to grab a seat at the bar and watch any number of games! Lots of energy in the place!

Got the chicken florentine flatbread as well as the chicken parm sandwich with onion rings. Everything tasted mediocre. The takeout order didn't come with utensils and was not packaged inside a bag. I had to hold the items individually. That's a red flag for me. Wait was around 20 minutes. The chicken florentine flatbread was very basic. The crust doesn't take like anything. Chicken is dry. Only good thing is that it's a large portion for the price. 5/10 The chicken parm is way too salty. This is the worst chicken parm I've had so far, and I've had over 10 different ones from other restaurants. The bread was grilled slightly and had a nice crisp, but it's ruined by the overwhelming saltiness of the sauce and chicken. The cheese didn't melt completely and had a rubbery, plasticky texture typical of low quality mozzarella cheese. I've included a photo of a bit of the cheese showing its stringy rubbery texture. Overall, I was really disappointed by this dish. 2/10 This restaurant is located really close to the Hampton Inn so it's convenient, but I would still suggest driving a bit further out to try another place. Seems to be a good place for drinks though.

This was my second time coming here for dinner and overall I would say it's your average experience. Depending on the time that you go, you will have a little bit of a weight so just be prepared. It does get crowded. In the two times that I've been here we've ordered the spinach dip which I would say was not that great. The quesadilla was average no complaints. The pizzas are a nice size and have creative options most of the time. Drinks are good. Not too sweet not too strong and the desserts are amazing but they are huge so be prepared this most recent visit. We had an issue with our bill. That was unfortunate but things happen so I won't hold it against them. Overall, it's your average bar and grill and nothing too fancy. If you're looking for a quick bite or bar to sit at to watch the game, this is a good place for you.

Stopped in about 2:00 this afternoon expecting to find a full parking lot but was surprised to find a barely half full restaurant. Opted to sit at the bar as service always seems to go smoother that way. Still annoyed they don't have any Kolsch on tap or in cans; I guess IPAs are still all the rage. Went with a Whalers Ale in desperation. Decided to try their French Dip Sliders and that was an excellent decision. Meat was tender and tasty and they do not skimp or portions. I always enjoy Laura's but more often than not- I end up dining some place else (this has happened twice in recent visits) because the line is usually out the door. If you come here after 5:00 Wednesday - Saturday be prepared to wait. Obviously they're consistently putting out good food, but I just don't feel like waiting 30 minutes. I'll keep coming here but I know now to visit during 'off peak' hours

We were visiting the area and saw this restaurant packed with cars. Laura's Bar and Grill is a local business we discovered and seemingly enjoyed by the community. Our food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The friendly neighborhood atmosphere is something we really miss living in Orlando. We definitely would return and certainly recommend it!

This place is not too far from my house. I decided to stop in with a friend. We ordered appetizers, sushi and the eggplant Florentine...... so delicious The bartenders are really nice, the service is fast and the ambience is so amazing. From the street you would not think it was as big inside as it is. There are plenty of seats at the bar, tables and booths to choose from. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed

We made reservations for 50 people the same day and they had no problem meeting our needs. The staff were amazing. The food was great.

We went to Laura's for the first time yesterday and it was terrific. The ambiance is upscale neighborhood bar and grille. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient. We requested outside seating and it was excellent. The only negative was a contingent of Bryant graduates and family were celebrating loudly but graduation from college gets a hall pass. My wife got a salad with steak tips. The steak tips turned out to be four little steaks. They were grilled to perfection. A 9.5 out of 10. So if you're looking for a place to go to that is a little lively and serves great cocktails and food, you might want to give Laura's a try

Great food and service but one Major issue... the women's and men's bathrooms are always a mess. Toilet paper on the floor, toilet paper containers empty and water on counters and floors. Yet there are 4 to 5 ladies standing at the hostess stand talking and not busy. This is a constant problem and needs to be addressed fast as customers could fall on the wet floor and get hurt.

I recently ate at Laura's Bar and Grill. It was my first time there, but it seems like a favorite of one of my kids. They have a great beer menu, and we tried a couple of their specials, one from the land and one from the sea. The scallops over butternut squash risotto was the absolute winner. It was delicious, with both sweet and savory flavors. We ended up fighting over it and brought a taste home for Mom to try.

First time I went there Sunday 6th after I got off work, I had a Cheeseburger with Fry's to take home it was very good. Employees were nice and friendly. Atmosphere was quiet. Service was good. I'll be back to try something else from the Menu.

Horrible service!!! waited an hour for food. Order was wrong!!! First time there - It will be my last!!! Stay away for Brunch.

Julia C was our server. What an excellent job she did with ease. The food was amazing again. We started out with appetizers. The coconut shrimp and nachos were delicious. I got the steak tips over risotto. The taste was amazing! The risotto filled my whole plate. Others had Mac & cheese filled with lobster pieces. The braised beef was delicious too. Julia kept checking on us to replenish our drinks and take away unnecessary dishes. At the end she brought out a piece of chocolate cake for the guest of honor. We all were shocked. I recommend to visit this restaurant!

This place is never without a wait, but they recently added the ability to join the waitlist on your way to the restaurant which is so helpful! They have a huge menu and an adorable interior. He menu is huge and the portions match. I highly suggest their wraps and salads. The prices are affordable for the amount of food you get. They recently added a surcharge for using a credit card though so cash is best here!

I've eaten here a few times now and I consistently order the same thing and it's so good every time. My favorite salad is the steak and blue cheese with red onions. They also have so many sides to choose from all inexpensive and so delicious. My favorites are the onion rings and sweet potato fries. You have to get the ranch from here and use it as a light dressing with the salad, it seriously is the best ranch I've never had. We normally get our food to go and I think they also offer delivery.

The food was amazing!! The hostesses were maintaining the front and very nice! Our waitress Madi is amazing! But i do think they need to upgrade there stalls.. no where to hang my bag and keys. Other than that this place is pretty cool! go check it out!

Always a great meal and service at Laura's. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Tried multiple items from entrees, apps and sandwiches and all have been great. The steak tips over one of their salads has become the go to with a hefty portion of meat that is always flavorful and tender. Great sports bar with plenty of TVs to watch games and fun atmosphere. One of my favorite spots in Rhody

There's not a lot in the vicinity, and this restaurant has a nice casual ambiance with a large bar and lots of TV's. A cross between a sports bar and family restaurant. It was clean, lots of sunlight, and comfortable booth seating. Our party ordered a variety of dishes: steak sandwich, a Ramen dish and a Rhody Pizza. That pizza has hotdogs and mustard on it. Not your usual pizza. It was so odd, we just had to try it and well, it did taste a lot like a RI hotdog. So, if you have been dreaming of having your Rhody hot dog in a pizza form - here you go. The Raman dish was a huge serving. Flavorful broth, not spicy, lots of beef, onion and carrots and of course, hard boiled egg on top. Similar in appearance to an Asian noodle bowl, but with an American flavor pallet. The steak sandwich was large and lean with a nice amount of mushrooms and onions throughout on a soft roll. This is a casual dining spot with some interesting menu items along with the more expected items. Service was good. Plenty of parking around the building.

Joe is the best bartender around. Quick, efficient and knew my name after 1 visit, along with a great personality and always smiling. Dillan the barback is amazing as well. He also is always smiling, knows my name and you can tell he loves his job. Great employees !!

Just okay. The place was jamming on Saturday night, there were no spots on their lot so we parked in the hotel lot. As for ambiance, it was super loud. The service was fine but the food lacked flavor, and was definitely microwave hot. I had the salmon. It was dry and at temperature only achieved on the microwave. My husband had the same comment about the heat of his pasta. We also had the Mexican street corn nachos. They were flavorless. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Went to Laura's last week for dinner, our server Carrie was great, she gave us plenty of time to order and we started with the stuffies and then ordered the cheeseburger flatbread which was delicious and huge, two of us could barely finished it! Always a good time at this restaurant and will be back soon!

Great local bar and grille in Smithfield that located right off 295. Great options, lots of creative cocktails and daily specials. Has the feel of a local favorite!

Laura's is great.... Reasonably priced and very good food / big portions. Service is always good and it's a big place with a lot of seating. It can get popular and busy, so be ready sometimes there is a wait...

Had a very nice lunch with clients here on Friday. We arrived at 11:30 and were seated right away. Staff was friendly and efficient. They weren't crowded so early but by 12:09 the place filled up. We all ordered salads (different ones) and I also had clam chowder. The presentation of all 3 salads were excellent and portions generous but not huge. I had Cobb salad and it was very good. Would prefer bacon strips to crumbles but that was my only complaint. The chowder was excellent and a large portion son took half home to go! Overall an excellent spot, with diverse menu and good service!

Stop #1 on RI Foodfights 11th Annual Big Burger Blowout, the passport that started the trend! Laura's Bar and Grill in Smithfield amazing burger with lettuce, sliced tomato and onion and cheese...plus an order of tater tots. DELICIOUS!

My girlfriend and I decided to catch bruin playoff hockey last night at Laura's! We are frequent visitors here and really enjoy it. The bar setup is very sports bar ish with about a dozen TVs and lots of setting to catch your favorite games along with keno available. The service is always very fast and attentive serving great food! We both love the garlic parm wings or nachos as an app to start things off. Then go for a pasta dish or something that's on the special menu the night of and then cap it off with a delicious HOMEMADE DESSERT. Highly recommend Laura's to get good eats while catching your favorite game!

This is exactly what the restaurant name is, bar and grill, nothing fancy about it. If you like burgers, pasta or a sandwich this is your place. The server we had was nice and attentive, the overall vibe is relaxed and fun. The parking on the other hand, down right awful, there's very limited parking so plan ahead for that.

I really enjoyed this spot! I ordered the hot honey chicken sliders and it was delishhhhhhhh! It came with 4 sliders which was more than enough. I had to eat the other 2 later. My friend ordered the pulled pork sliders. I don't really eat pork, but it was also sooooo good! We ordered the Mexican street corn nachos as an app. It's pretty large and can feed like 4 people. Plus it was crave worthy!!! The staff was also really nice and the location is big and spacious as well. Will go again!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in the area. The food portions are huge, the service is exceptional and you have your choice of dining area or bar seating. This restaurant is always busy, I believe it is because of the food quality, selection and price. We stayed in the Hilton across the street and ordered to go almost every night because they were always so busy. We finished work early one day and finally got to eat in the restaurant. So impressed with the food and the staff. We will always return here when in the Smithfield area

Just tried this place. Holy moly everything was perfect. Service, food quality and portion sizes were great and the pricing was super affordable for 2025. Will 100% be back again.

I still enjoy it here! You have to do some research on what to get. Hit or miss with some stuff. The eggrolls and wings very consistent and yummy. Had surf and turf here!!! Very well cooked steak. I do have a complaint that their dessert chef got fire or quit i don't know, but now they get their cakes frozen from Wrights farm and restaurant depot. Not a great step. The dessert chef made a peanut butter cup dish that was so good and I really miss it.

Solidly good food every time. Service is good, prompt and efficient and friendly. It is quite a loud space, only in part because of the bar. This is a dependable place, except for sometimes it is hard to fond parking because they are always busy.

Awesome! The menu is huge, and there are so many good looking choices! Laura's came as a recommendation while we were in the area and it didn't disappoint. When I asked the waitress what was good, she listed almost everything on the menu. We started with the giant hanging pretzel, which was indeed Giant! And delicious!! I would totally get it again! Then for dinner my husband got the margarita flatbread and I got boneless wings with the Kickin' Bourbon sauce, which was really delicious!! Great environment, nice and light, and great for kids. We definitely come again!

Recently got the fish and chips here and I wasn't expecting such a big portion! Always love coming to Laura's!
