Wonderful experience here with Elizabeth. She was attentive and very helpful in introducing the huge variety of wines here. Easy ride on the train from Lausanne with great variety of wines produced in the region.

I've heard that Swiss wine is great but not exported, and we've always wanted to try it. With high expectations, we had a disappointing experience. We decided to go on the 21st of this month(Nov) after seeing this winery on ChatGPT recommended it. That day, we were supposed to have a happy wine tasting with my dad, and each of us bought an Expert package, which included three white wines and two red wines. In the end, after tasting, we each picked our favourite four wines, and a total of 16 bottles (plus a few that I picked myself) were ready to take home. However, problems kept arising. After checking out, I thought all the wine had been packed, but my father noticed one bottle missing when he checked the receipt. He asked me to check carefully, so I counted again and indeed one bottle was missing. I then reported this to the service staff – a middle-aged woman with a gloomy face. She came over slowly, checked the receipt, looked at me again, counted the bottles again, then whispered something to her colleague before telling me that there was indeed one bottle missing and refunding it to me. However, she actually overcharged me by one bottle (making it 17 bottles)! What's even more outrageous is that she didn't even say sorry. After that, I re-counted the number of bottles and made sure that there was no wine inside by carrying each one of them before leaving. And for the tax refund, they only gave me a receipt. I asked them twice if they were sure that I could get a tax refund just with this receipt and no tax refund form. They said that I could just take this receipt to customs and get it stamped and then take it to global exchange to get a refund. It was also ridiculous. When I got to the airport, customs told me that this was just a receipt and not an official tax refund sheet. Later, after returning to the UK, we opened the wine box and discovered that the two types of white wine I had specifically told her about – three bottles of each type – had been replaced with an exact match of six bottles of each! I really have nothing to say in the face of such a situation. I would like to remind everyone that if you are planning to visit a winery while travelling in Switzerland, it is best to avoid this winery. If you must go, it is best to carefully supervise their packing process throughout, carefully count the quantity, and check whether each type of wine is the variety you requested, so as not to repeat our mistakes.

This was one of the very few wineries that you can come to without making a prior reservation like so many in the region. Victoria was our wine connoisseur and she explained the tastings, regions, and tailored them to our preferences. Like others have said, it's way cheaper to buy a bottle and take it off site to enjoy after tasting. But this is totally worth the visit and walk through the hillside vineyards!
