Lavender Zamalek –
Located in the heart of B-South Zamalek, yet a true oasis of calm — surprisingly peaceful. The atmosphere is understated, minimalist, natural, and thoughtfully designed — and above all, no intrusive music. Instead, a quiet elegance with a Nile view and a lush, green backdrop.
The menu is diverse and carefully curated — from soups like minestrone or chicken broth, fresh salads, and Mediterranean appetizers (e.g., burrata, shrimp, salmon), to creative pasta dishes such as pistachio pesto or truffle risotto, and mains like grilled sea bass, “Lavender Chicken,” or tender filet.
I was pleasantly surprised to find minestrone on the menu. It exceeded my expectations — well-balanced in flavor, not overwhelmed by spices, as is unfortunately often the case in Egypt.
The team? Present without being intrusive. Friendly, attentive, and genuine.
Conclusion: If you’re looking for tranquility, variety, and tasteful understatement, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely return.
Thanks & ❤️🤍
