Lax. Retreat, The Linc

The first time I went to Lax, I opted for a seated massage, but it didn’t turn out well. I decided to give it another try when I went back to redeem my birthday voucher from Le Friends. This time, I chose a mani-pedi, Mama Glow massage, and a scalp ritual and all of them were soooo amazing. A big thank you to Sarah for her wonderful manicure. Not many people can do my nails well as I have nail issues, but she did an excellent job. Apple was amazing with the pedicure, and I wrapped up the sessions with a 60-minute Mama Glow massage and a scalp ritual by Aisah. Mama definitely feels the glow!!! 💖 I love, love, love them to bits. Shout-out once again to Sarah, Apple, and Aisah 👏

I spontaneously booked a manicure for my mom and I a day in advance and was able to secure a morning slot right at the opening time. This was lovely since the spa was empty and we were looked after straight away. Apple did a wonderful job with my mom's classic polish manicure and Hannah did my gel manicure with more attention to detail than I have ever reveived at any nail salon. The tea, massages and masks/lotions provided left our hands and arms feeling super relaxed. I would highly recommend Lax. based on this experience and would love to visit again when I am back in KL.

I had the best 1-hour seated massage at Lax Retreat, The Linc KL, while my daughter enjoyed having her nails painted as part of the Mommy & Me promotion. The experience was relaxing and pampering for both of us! My daughter also received a complimentary kids’ juice and a coloring book, which made her feel so special. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, creating such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend Lax Retreat, for a wonderful spa experience with your little one ! You also may visit their another newly opened outlet at KLGCC !

This women’s only spa is amazing! The vibes are so calming and the therapists are kind and friendly. The mani-pedi experience was great and my therapist really paid attention to detail on my nail design and followed exactly! Will definitely be bringing my friends and family here too 💘

Absolutely loved this place! The aesthetic and ambience are so calming and pretty — it instantly puts you in a relaxed mood. The music was such a vibe too, super soothing and perfect for unwinding. I got a massage and a manicure-pedicure here before, and everything was amazing. The gel application was neat, smooth, and long-lasting like 2 months and my nails turned out so pretty. The therapists were professional and polite. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Booked this spa for my mom and she had a great experience. Clean space, friendly staff, and very relaxing. Highly recommended for women.

Tried the seated massage “best of both worlds”, I’d give it a 8/10. The spa is beautiful, super aesthetic environment. All the staffs are lovely and they were very accommodating to us. The best spot for a girls relaxing day out! Worth the splurge for special days

Just a wife using her husb’s Google Acc (had to mention coz ppl might confused as it is women’s only spa 🤭) Overall, I such a lovely experience at Lax Retreat from start to finish because of their superb staff named, Apple which was super friendly, welcoming, and very easy to talk to, which instantly made me feel comfortable. She took the time to suggest the best way to do my French manicure, explaining what would suit my nails best, and I absolutely loved how it turned out. It’s clean, neat, and exactly what I wanted! I also did a callus treatment with Apple and it was really great! She was very gentle yet thorough, and the whole process felt comfortable and relaxing. My feet felt so much smoother afterwards, and I could really tell she knew what she was doing. Thank you so much once again Apple! 😙❤️ On top of that, I truly love Lax Retreat’s ambience. The space is calm, cosy, and soothing — perfect for unwinding and enjoying some proper me-time. The entire session felt unhurried and peaceful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the results, and I’ll definitely be coming back again 💖✨
