Layla Tulum Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

My stay at Layla Tulum was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the customer service stood out, every single staff member was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make our experience feel personalized and seamless.||The food was phenomenal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all consistently delicious. I genuinely enjoyed every meal we had on-site. Whether we were starting the day with something light or winding down with a flavorful dinner, the flavors and presentation were on point.||Layla is also in a perfect location, close to everything you’d want to explore in Tulum, beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and boutique shopping. It made getting around super easy.||I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my solo trip to Tulum where I stayed in the garden pool view suite at the Layla. The room reminded me of a Morracan riad with the bold rustic furniture and gorgeous colored tile patterns throughout. The bathroom was my favorite, featuring a rainfall shower with exceptional water pressure. I also loved the rooftop pool and lounge area that offered breathtaking city views, especially during sunset hours. The food was Special shoutout to Ricardo and Anahi at the front desk. From check-in to check out, I really appreciate the hospitality that ensured I felt comfortable at all times. They gave great recs on where to go and things to do around the area!

Fantastic hotel. It is not very big but that makes it very attractive. Very clean and lovely rooms. Great roof top swimming pool and restaurant. Cosy seating. Nice breakfast. And above all, super friendly people. This was the start of out Mexico trip and it could not have been better.

The cutest and best hotel in tulum we had a wonderful time staying at the layla hotel. All the staffs were very friendly and respected our privacy at all times, a very special thanks to Ricardo for having a wonderful team that took care of my whole family and Evelyn for all her recommendations about the best places to explore around the area. We really enjoyed put staying here but the best part of this hotel is their RoofTop with a beautiful view, you definitely have to going to see the sunset there, they also have a mini bar there what is great if you just want chill even if you don’t want gotta out the Bar at the roof top it’s perfect to hang out plus it’s a pool in there isn’t cool? The bartender Cristian was so friendly and professional he made a special cocktails for me and my husband since we were celebrating our anniversary. We definitely gonna come back to this place and I really recommend it. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Layla Tulum for a week and it was the most fabulous experience. The hotel itself is so well situated in the centre of Tulum and is genuinely an oasis of calm. The rooftop bar / pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the decor there and throughout the hotel is superb - think Moroccan riad. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and have excellent air conditioning (a must!). Finally, what really makes the hotel are the staff. They really cannot do enough for you, and are available at all times to help plan trips, answer questions, provide suggestions or just have a chat with. The cleaners, bar staff, chefs and front of house staff are all wonderful - we’d come back for them alone!

We had a really great stay at Layla, the rooms were spacious, both pools were beautiful and all the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed being able to hire bikes from Layla, and appreciated the recommendations they provided. The location is ideal, it is right in the action and everything you could want is within walking distance!

I absolutely loved Layla. The decor was a Moroccan style and put together so lovely! Every staff member was friendly and catered to the needs to the guest. The breakfast was amazing which is included, so much delicious food. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants and shops. I would stay again for sure. What a gem! Plus rooftop pool and bar - which is a great place to have breakfast. Loved it - it’s a must stay!

We originally booked a hotel through Hotels.com that looked beautiful online but turned out to be a nightmare. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the heaven that is Layla Boutique Hotel and it completely saved our trip.||From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to welcome us with warmth and hospitality. They gave us breathtaking accommodations and top tier service. One of the team members even helped us coordinate our exit from town and arranged our travel back to the Cancun Airport. Truly above and beyond.||Our room was absolutely stunning, with a window facing the most incredible mural. The air conditioning was icy cold—just what we needed in the Tulum heat. The bath products smelled amazing with a clean, organic fragrance. The bed was plush and incredibly comfortable.||To top it all off, the rooftop pool and restaurant area was out of this world. The food and drinks were delicious, and the entire vibe was relaxed, stylish, and unforgettable.||10/10 experience. I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful hotel and I can’t wait to return.
