LAZ' Hôtel Spa Urbain

We had a great weekend here. The staff were amazing. My friend had had an accident and needed a double bed and they really went out of their way to help her. My daughter and I were upgraded to a fab suite with two terraces and views of the Eiffel Tower. The beds were very comfortable and extremely clean. The spa was beautifully relaxing. All in all fantastic hotel and we will definitely be back!

This is an amazing boutique hotel in so many ways . The staff went for and above to help us in every way. The breakfast was fabulous and they also have a wonderful cocktail menu for the evenings as well. The lobby is beautiful and there is an additional garden to sit and have a drink.. This hotel goes beyond with a wonderful little spa area with a pool and steamroom and sauna. After a day of sightseeing , this was incredible . !!|Our room was really nice and comfortable with a great view . The second room we had , had an actual Terrace with outdoor seating where we could see the Eiffel Tower lit up... amazing !!! Without a doubt this is a fabulous oasis conveniently located in Paris!!!!!

We loved our stay here! The hotel is a small, modern boutique spot in the 9th arrondissement, and it really felt like a hidden gem. The reception team was absolutely incredible — so warm and welcoming (we’re really sorry we forgot your names!) but we’ve rarely felt so genuinely looked after. Huge thank you to them.||Our room was on the 6th floor and super spacious, with a large balcony and a small view of the Eiffel Tower — you could see it twinkle at night, which was such a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the little stereo they had in the room with meditation music and ocean waves. Such a thoughtful detail.||The hotel also has a spa downstairs — the underground pool feels like a little oasis, and you also get access to the hammam and sauna. If you want to splurge, they offer massages too.||We didn’t try the breakfast-in-bed option, but we went downstairs in the morning and had a really good breakfast with pastries, cheese, and proper coffee.||Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for a relaxing few days in Paris.

This is a very beautiful and unique hotel. The staff have been kind and extremely helpful. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, but the upgraded room we received was just perfect! They really understood what we needed for our stay.||The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very private, quiet, peaceful, and feels like it’s all yours—which is something I absolutely love.||I do have just two suggestions. First, I hope the hotel considers offering more English TV channels for guests who speak English. Only BBC and Sky News were available in English.||Second, I wish the government would ease the restrictions on air conditioning. We had an A/C control unit in the room, but it made no difference—despite setting it to the lowest temperature and the highest fan speed, there was no noticeable increase in airflow. I eventually had to request a fan from reception to help cool the room, as the A/C vent only had a small pipe with a soft, limited flow of air.

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The decor is modern and understated but still quite homely. I really like the layout of the room where I can sleep without looking at my desk, and work without looking at my bed. The bathroom was nice and big with strong water pressure. The staff was very good as well, making sure my stay was excellent. The closet was actualy a nook with a curtain, and thus somewhat small. So better to keep things folded rather than hanging. Overall highly recommend, will keep on my list for future Paris business trips.

The Indian staff member tried to over charge the city tax and then she reviewed it and then I made certain to remove it from the hotel deposit for the room instead she charged extra and it costs more in international card fees and exchange rate conversion. I've asked for the hotel deposit refund and im awaiting confirmation. It has been almost 2 weeks. Some staff are delightful. This particular mother and daughter were not friendly and I didn't appreciate being overcharged at the end of a great stay.

Enjoyed my 2 night stay at Laz Hotel Spa Urbaine and will absolutely choose here on my next visits to Paris. Superb location - only a short walk to Liege and St Lazare stations. Convenient cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets etc all nearby. The staff were very helpful and the room and bathroom (in fact all of the hotel areas) were spotless.The spa, pool and gym are very small but did the job! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at LAZ' Hôtel Spa Urbain! The hotel is in excellent condition, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms (thank you for the upgrade) offer every comfort, have good mattresses, and are very inviting. We are already looking forward to our next visit to LAZ' Hôtel Spa Urbain!
