LAZ' Hôtel Spa Urbain

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Room was nicely decorated but a bit small, which is expected of Europe. Booked the one with a terrace, however, it is facing courtyard so there is no view! Smoking is allowed at the terrace n ash tray was provided so it was a big bonus for smokers. Staff were amazing, especially at the front reception, Coco. Breakfast was a let-down. Very limited and not worth what I paid for. Better off eating breakfast outside! Only 1 type of sausage provided with the eggs but it was pork n we don’t take pork due to our religion. Only scrambled eggs provided. No other choices of eggs such as poached or omelette. No potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. However, Coco did his best to prepare something extra for us when we raised the issue. Kuddos to him! Not only that, Coco was kind enough to assist me with restaurant reservations, bookings of uber etc. He was always happy to assist. Coco is truly an asset to the hotel. Would love to see a bigger spread such as pancakes or waffles, more meat, potatoes n vegetables to accompany the eggs. Good location though. If they can improve on their breakfast spread, this will be a great hotel as the breakfast actually tasted really good. But for an additional €20 per night per person of just eating croissants and scrambled eggs, it is totally not worth the money. Hope to see some improvement with the spread as I have stayed in many other Europe hotels and they have far better selection than this.

Truly a great hotel experience! We stayed here for two weeks and from the day we arrived until the day we left the hospitality was nothing short of amazing! The hotel was extremely clean, the spa was always being maintained and well cared for. We had the best time, the staff became friends by the end of our stay, Julian the bartender was our favorite stop at the end of each night, amazing drinks!

The location of this hotel was excellent—very close to numerous restaurants and bars, and only about a 20-minute walk to the nearest train station. The breakfast buffet was clean and offered a decent variety of options.||||However, there were several areas that need improvement:||||1) We stayed in November, and it was very cold outside. When we checked in, the room was freezing. The front desk explained that the heater had been turned off since the room hadn’t had recent guests, and they said it would warm up within a few hours. After being out for about three hours, the temperature had only increased by two degrees. The staff was very kind and provided a Dyson portable heater, which helped, but the room never truly warmed up during our two-night stay. We suspect the windows weren’t properly insulated.||||2) Our room was on the first floor, and when the window was open, it looked directly onto the outdoor seating terrace. This didn’t offer much privacy.||||3) We booked two rooms for four people. One room had two twin beds pushed together with a single sheet, which we assumed would form a true queen bed—but it didn’t. The second room also had two twins pushed together, but with separate sheets. If this is the standard setup, it may be more cost-effective to simply book the twin room option.||||4) One of the rooms had a stand-in shower with only half a plastic curtain that didn’t reach the floor, causing the bathroom to flood every time we showered.||||5) The staff helping during the breakfast buffet seemed overwhelmed or bothered if you asked them for anything.||||Overall, the hotel has potential due to its great location, but these issues definitely impacted our stay.

We had a great weekend here. The staff were amazing. My friend had had an accident and needed a double bed and they really went out of their way to help her. My daughter and I were upgraded to a fab suite with two terraces and views of the Eiffel Tower. The beds were very comfortable and extremely clean. The spa was beautifully relaxing. All in all fantastic hotel and we will definitely be back!

An all-around great hotel Our room was modern and romantically decorated. We were able to sleep peacefully and relax. I also liked the hotel's ambiance and the small wellness area. The service was attentive and friendly :)

It was very lovely and cozy hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. The personal was nice and everything went perfect. The location is absolutely AMZING and everyone would love it there. Thank you so much.

Great location, rooms are perfect and the staff are extremely friendly especially king Julian behind the bar! Best French martini in town!
