LAZ Parking

When I got back to my car the windows were smashed in and my stuff was stolen about six other cars in the parking garage also had smashed windows and stolen stuff. Charged me an extra 3 dollars on the way out cause I took longer to file a police report. Nobody walked around or even monitored the garage at all complete waste of money in fact now I will have to pay to get my window fixed.

Parked there and when I returned home to find find out I was double billed. there is no one to contact in this matter. tourist nightmare! DO NOT PARK THERE!

The positives : it was very close to my hotel, and my car was not damaged or broken into. The negatives: There is basically no entrance or exit for people walking.we took the stairs from the top floors, there was only one door to leave the stairs all the rest were locked. So we had to exit a few floors up from the exit still and walk down the car ramp even though there is a sign saying not to.The worse part was going back the next day, all the doors to go inside to retrieve your car were locked on the outside. We tried a few doors to the stairs as we made our way up the STEEP car ramp by foot, all locked. we had to walk up the STEEP car ramp to the top. terrible experience with a bunch of luggage in hand. (also no employees working there, probably due to covid)

No elevator above the third floor, with 5 small floors of parking. No stairs up either. You have to walk the ramp. Parking spots extremely narrow. Entire structure feels poorly maintained. You may _have_ to park here, but you won’t feel good about it. There are two levels on the roof, San Francisco Toyota uses the upper roof level. There are stairs down, but the only way back up to your car is the narrow ramp. Hope no one is coming down while you’re walking.

Parking here was a dangerous mistake. We parked on the third floor, but it turned out the elevator was out of service and all the doors in the stairwells were locked. We had to walk in the car lanes, which are extremely steep and have blind turns. To make it worse, there were bloody handprints on the handrails in the stairwell. I felt completely unsafe.

Got my car broken into here. Terrible parking place. Just save your money and park on the street. This is a scummy parking lot. Very dirty and not worth getting broken into.

I used a parking app to gain access, it was not readily apparent how to do this when I arrived so I pulled the ticket and didn’t see the scanner. Upon exit, the attendant, who I’ll call Mr. Surlypants, refused my pass because I hadn’t scanned in and insisted I pay an additional fee to exit. As much as I’m a newbie who may have gotten confused Mr. Surlypants provided no explanation( I had to put it together myself after I left at 12:30am) and they collected a double fee for my stay. I’ll be posting again if I don’t get a refund and an apology. As of now, F this officious little hole in the ground.
