Finally had a chance to give this place a try today. Unfortunately, I left underwhelmed. First off, it’s a great space, plenty of room and quite cute. My wife got a coconut macaroon that she said was delicious and she also enjoyed her latte. She also ordered a mac & cheese croissant and I got a baked French toast. Both were served cold. I might be able to understand not warming the croissant, but who would ever want cold French toast?? You would think they might at least ask if you wanted it warmed when ordering. While the flavor was ok it was not at all enjoyable as you can imagine eating something so dense when cold.

The cheesecake melted in my mouth and wasn't too sweet! My chai was made well and fast. Everyone was attentive and welcoming. Loved the next door art gallery and the bathrooms were super clean. Some gluten free options!

BEST hidden little gem! Once you go, you’ll go back, several times! Get the cappuccino. Have a day date upstairs and just talk without cell phones with your spouse. Simply delicious! ☕️ 🥐

What a great bakery in Johnson City! The quality of my breakfast sandwich was amazing. I had Bacon and egg with cheese on a croissant. Flakiest dough and so good. The only comment was the person who helped me wasn't much help when I said it was my first time. She didn't suggest anything and I was kind of on my own to figure it out. The cost of my breakfast sandwich was approx $11. They had coffee and teas as well. Not easy to find BUT worth it to search out.

Can't say enough good things about this place! Legitimately some of the best baked goods and pastries I've ever had. The flavors are very balanced, and they're never too sweet. I also adore the art gallery it's located inside of, which has resident artists' studios and a different exhibition every month. Wonderful place, so glad to have it in this community.

Nice find in a lovely area. Broad range of baked goods to choose from. Had the cardamon roll. Was a nice baked good with hint of cinnamon and cardamon. The RedRooster Cafe made a fair Latte.

4 only because the coffee wasn’t great. Cold brew tasted cheap and a dolled up coffee didn’t taste any better either - did not finish it. But the baking 👀 look this is the place! The ham and cheese croissant was delicious! The quiche was yummy - needed for warmed up more and by the time was given it and walked up stairs their line consisted of 30+ people (Saturday 11AM). So just kind of dealt with it being cold. Two coffees and two sandwiches all in all $22. Overall would hella go back, just maybe not on a Saturday when the world has the same idea.

I’ve been here in the middle of the day in the middle of the week and was pleasantly surprised at the speed, efficiency, and quality service then, and of course the delicious treats we had (key lime pie and a cookies and cream rice krispy.) So I was delighted to be here on a jam-packed Sunday brunch-time to receive the same experience! This time I ordered two drip coffees and a creme brulee donut with a chocolate croissant, delicious as well! What I love the most is the atmosphere this time of day! It’s crowded but doesn’t feel it at all because of the spacious ceilings and open concept next to the gallery. I’m absolutely delighted to see seating next to the art (and found out there is also seating upstairs!) The employees working the counter were so organized despite the many orders and it was worth the wait to be patient for fresh drip coffee. This is the kind of small, hometown feeling I live in local Johnson City small businesses. I can’t wait to come back when friends and family visit (and for late night sweet treats, since they’re open til eight and right next door to Little Magic- perfect for a night out that starts with dessert, or dessert after a couple cocktails!)
