We ordered an Almond flavoured cake with raspberry jam (suggested by the lazy lady herself when I said we don't like too sweet cakes to cut the sweetness a little with the tart jam) and salted caramel swiss meringue cream for my husband's birthday. She asked me to send her a photo of how I want the cake to look and it looked exactly the same. Now coming to the taste: this has been such a hit among the people. We have tons of leftovers and me and my husband are looking forward to after dinner dessert everyday. The cake is just enough sweet and flavoured that it's hits the right spot. The layers were so beautifully set. The cream, so delicious. And the jam was the perfect addition. It has the beauty of handmade cake with the perfection of a professional baker. We have tried their pastries too. Absolute perfection. We'd be a regular from now on and will be looking forward to occasions to order more cakes! Thank you so much for making our special day even more special. ❤️

The best way to start the day is at Lazy Lady! We love their iced coffee with a rotating selection of house-made syrups PLUS the ever-changing offering of baked goods means there will always be something for everyone. The breakfast brioche is a must-try in our opinion. Then getting to enjoy your goodies in an art gallery - the perfect spot to catch up with friends, get a little work done or just enjoy.

Finally had a chance to give this place a try today. Unfortunately, I left underwhelmed. First off, it’s a great space, plenty of room and quite cute. My wife got a coconut macaroon that she said was delicious and she also enjoyed her latte. She also ordered a mac & cheese croissant and I got a baked French toast. Both were served cold. I might be able to understand not warming the croissant, but who would ever want cold French toast?? You would think they might at least ask if you wanted it warmed when ordering. While the flavor was ok it was not at all enjoyable as you can imagine eating something so dense when cold.

The cheesecake melted in my mouth and wasn't too sweet! My chai was made well and fast. Everyone was attentive and welcoming. Loved the next door art gallery and the bathrooms were super clean. Some gluten free options!

My favorite bakery & coffee in JC! The rotating selection of pastries and seasonal flavors keep things fresh, especially as frequent visitor at the Lady. The art gallery and big window vibes are dreamy and the staff are incredibly kind.

BEST hidden little gem! Once you go, you’ll go back, several times! Get the cappuccino. Have a day date upstairs and just talk without cell phones with your spouse. Simply delicious! ☕️ 🥐

What a great bakery in Johnson City! The quality of my breakfast sandwich was amazing. I had Bacon and egg with cheese on a croissant. Flakiest dough and so good. The only comment was the person who helped me wasn't much help when I said it was my first time. She didn't suggest anything and I was kind of on my own to figure it out. The cost of my breakfast sandwich was approx $11. They had coffee and teas as well. Not easy to find BUT worth it to search out.

This has quickly become our go-to bakery! We recently moved from Nashville this past spring, and my husband — who’s both dairy-free and gluten-free — had pretty much run out of options until we discovered LadyLazy. It’s absolutely charming, the treats are delicious, and the staff couldn’t be warmer. The cakes are divine! And as a fun bonus, they even have little pony Miller High Lifes — love that touch!
