We had a wonderful time. The hotel is wonderful, the service fantastic, the rooms are cosy, comfortable and beautifully decorated and have everything you need. The property is in a wonderful location nestled amongst all the champagne houses and on such a stunning avenue. Everything is an easy walk from the hotel. We loved it so much we have already booked another stay.

We arrived Thursday and were welcomed very friendly. Parking for the car with charger. Fantastic room with livingroom. Clean and very stylish. The bathroom is new and very tidy. Good quality towels. Lovely breakfast with champagne. We loved every second of our stay. We will be back this spring. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed.

Excellent location in Épernay. A truly amazing boutique hotel with personalized service. Our room was spacious and featured a beautiful marble bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower.||||We also had a fantastic, personalized champagne tasting. We truly enjoyed the champagnes from this house, which are of the highest quality.||||We loved every moment of our stay!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Épernay. Very welcoming staff, huge comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast and fantastic champagne. We also made use of the e-bikes to visit some of the neighbouring towns, which was great fun. Couldn’t recommend it enough and nothing we would change!

Lovely large room, with excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal for walking to change houses around Epernay, and the discount from their own brand is a bonus. Le Trois Cloches is one of the best champagnes around.

We stopped here on our way South but it is a lovely place to explore the area from too. The rooms are very well designed, large and comfortable. The staff are very warm and friendly and you are surrounded by champagne, what could be better.
