Le Bac à Glaces – Old-School Ice Cream in Paris Classic, vintage-style ice cream with rich, intense flavors. I tried three different sundaes, each beautifully presented with homemade whipped cream and a signature biscuit bearing the shop’s logo. Flavors included fruity sorbets, creamy vanilla, rich pistachio, salted caramel — and my favorite, the rum raisin, which was incredibly bold and flavorful. All made in-house. The texture was smooth and velvety, and the taste perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just pure and authentic. Service wasn’t particularly warm, but the quality of the ice cream makes up for it.

I had my first ever crepe here and it was the perfect place to have it! The crepe was perfectly cooked and the salted caramel topping was so mouth watering and went perfectly with the crepe! Their ice cream is also very light, not too sugary and super yummy @_eateryexplorer_

My local friend recommended this shop, so I visited for ice cream and a waffle. Unfortunately, there were no seats inside, so my family ate outside. But, two scoops of icecreams were really sweat and soft, and the waffle was crisp yet light. Service was really friendly and helpful. The staff answered questions and made recommendations friendly. I really satisfied this icecream shop and want to share my experience to other person.

The poire ice cream made my Paris trip! I went here twice during my short stay. Had the best crepe ever. Never knew salted caramel sauce can taste this good. Yoghurt ice cream was also so good. Absolutely recommend this.

The ice cream was delicious and there are so many flavors to choose from! Also a cute terrace to sit outside. Scoops are a very generous size and staff was extremely friendly :)

Get the crepes!!! We stopped by on our walk and they did not disappoint! Super friendly staff, little wait time, but the perfect location to stop in after spending some time shopping.

If you’re wandering through the charming streets of the 7th arrondissement, make a little detour to Le Bac à Glaces, one of Paris’s best-kept secrets when it comes to ice cream. This cozy, family-run spot has been serving up handmade ice creams and sorbets since the 1950s, and it’s just as delightful today. The flavors are simple but unforgettable, my favorite was fresh raspberry sorbet that tastes like summer in a scoop. Everything is made in small batches with natural ingredients, and you can truly taste the difference. It’s a Must!!!

The ice cream was ok - as much as one can expect from touristy spot. The service was quick, and the seating outside is a nice touch.

Yelp
Excellent ice cream in a great part of town. You can get a scoop and walk across the street to the park to eat.

Yelp
It's excellent, though rather pricey, ie, €3.50 for a single scoop. The dark chocolate - I assume this is a sorbet - is the most intense I have experienced in my long acquaintance with chocolate sorbet.
