"Spas and hammams in Marrakesh Going to the hamman, or public bath-house is an essential part of the Marrakesh experience. After being scrubbed down in the steam room, you’ll never have felt as clean as you like. Upscale hammans now offer the best treatments to entice the spa tourist crowd, with many riads have their own in-house hammam for guests. Choose from a menu of different options, with Moroccan ghassoul (mineral clays mixed with herbs and petals), gommage (scrubs), body wraps and most types of massage on offer. Noted hammams with the full spa experience include Le Bain Bleu and Sultana Spa – but check with your accommodation as to what they offer before booking. By AFAR Traveler , AFAR Local Expert"

This is one of the most relaxing hammam and massage I ever had. Very professional, clean and hygienic. Good value for money.

My first hammam was an exceptional experience. I have experienced saunas, scrubs, and a myriad of spa services in multiple countries. These treatments here in Marrekesh may very well, now be my favorites. Kind and attentive staff despite the language barrier. If you are here, come. You will not be disappointed.

We had the traditional hamman, my kessala was called aauatif and she was fantastic! It was super relaxing and a unique experience, well worth the money!

Amazing experience! We recently enjoyed the “gourmet” Hammam. It was invigorating, relaxing, and we felt completely pampered. Their products were high quality and left us smelling amazing and baby soft. Our choice ended with a meal which was in their beautiful courtyard restaurant and was delicious. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking to experience an authentic Moroccan Hammam.

Beautiful experience, very professional staff, incredible location, super central, good price list and options to choose between. Better to book in advance. Highly recommend!

The most amazing experience! We booked a traditional hammam for two as a sort of last activity in Marrakech before our departure and it was the best choice ever. Safa welcomed us and took care of us in every possible way. Aziza and Hamida and their golden hands made us feel so reinvigorated and refreshed. We really did not want to leave! Best treatment ever, we will be back for sure❤️ Shoukran!

The reception was friendly, and the service was generally okay — they even gave small gifts, which was nice. However, I asked many times beforehand if the place was hijabi-friendly and if men and women were really separated. They assured me that it was. In the end, it wasn’t properly separated, and we had to change rooms where it was mixed. That was not okay, and I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I wish they were more honest and respectful about the separation because for me, that is very important.

How disappointing. My expectations were rather high. Lovely decor, great atmosphere from the moment you step inside the check in area. The treatment I got was the Beldi Signature le Bain Bleu Hammam. 55 minutes for 350 MAD. I booked the day of, that's the only treatment I could get and I was excited. Sadly the treatment was subpar. The woman poured water on me, soaped me up, rinsed, put some black soap over my body (it all took about 5 minutes), and then she left, not just for the planned 10 minutes (there is an actual document in the room that describes the process and the times when you're left alone on the warm stones (no steam btw, even though I did a hammam elsewhere the previous week and spent 15 min in steam as intro to the treatment so check before booking), but she left me at first for almost 20 minutes. She came back, washed my body again with a special glove, rinsed and left me again for about 15+ minutes. For a 55 minute treatment, I think she was in the room for a maximum of 15 minutes. Doing everything fast (foot scrub, about 10 seconds) and probably working on other customers when she was disappearing (I could hear other voices in the room next door). It is nice to be washed and to leave clean from head to toe, but a 55 minute treatment should not have the person just wait lying on a warm plaque for the majority of the time. I definitely won't go back, nor do I recommend the place.
