Great experience, from the beginning to the end. Classy, comfortable, interiors are beautiful, everything is well organised. Just maybe not enough light in the changing room. And I would also put a body balm there. Prices are reasonable. Next time I will also try a massage. Staff was really kind and professional. I highly recommend!

Very good quality Hammam by a classy hotel , clean, quiet, warm. The service was top notch- Oumaima was my treatment assistant and was very friendly and caring . The body scrub and clay mask had a wonderful smell, the arcane oil shampoo was great quality. Very satisfied and relaxed . And chilling at the hotel lobby after was perfect ending to the experience . I’ve been to a few hammams and this is the best one I’ve ever been to! I went alone so can’t speak to any group experiences, but loved every minute there. The staff were respectful and kind, and the hammam treatment was amazing. The products were so great, and I love that I can take home the tools and buy the products at the front. I bought some soap and clay and it has lasted a long time. It was definitely a little hard to find but absolutely worth it!

We only did a massage so I cannot say much about their spa/hamman. It all felt a bit like a factory. We came in, got rushed to pay and choose the treatment. Then we were quickly moved to a locker room. A minute later we were directed to a massage room where they took of our robe. We had a duo room, although asked if we wanted to go together or we're together. The only communication were 'lockers', 'lay down' and later 'finished'. The massage was fine, although no words were spoken. When finished the massage therapist left and we were laying in a dark room wondering what exactly happened. When finished we just had to decide to start leaving. No bye, no thank you. The treatments are alot more expensive than average, and the experience is far below. If does not deserve the 4.6 average review, I would search for something smaller and friendly.

I had never done this before and it felt strange to be washed by someone my own age. At first, I felt like a king being washed by a slave, but after a few minutes it started to feel normal because it was similar to a massage and I saw it as a job, and she did it very professionally (thank you so much, Hasaina, all the best to you, I felt very comfortable). It was a great experience that I was able to have and I can only recommend it. Everything is clean, smells nice, very nice atmosphere, just as you would imagine a beautiful hammam to be :) And the massage afterwards was also very contemplative and relaxing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful hammam and an amazing facial today! The spa was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was truly 10 stars! I’ve been to many hammams in Marrakech, and this one is now one of my favorites. The scrub was outstanding, and I left feeling refreshed and like a new woman. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Best foot massage ever! The gorgeous Bouchra did a wonderful job of not only relaxing my tired feet but sending me to another planet while doing so. I can highly recommend this spa for massage, I’ve had a full body and now a foot massage in my 5 days in Marrakech. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff.

This is one of the most relaxing hammam and massage I ever had. Very professional, clean and hygienic. Good value for money.
