Le Beach Club

This hotel has its pros and cons. The staff and service is amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is nice, the private beach was small but great, white sand and blue water. The area in general is a bit quiet, compared to “bigger” towns there were not so many restaurant options. Breakfast is very simple. The biggest disappointment was the room. Definitely not worth the money paid. It was ok-ish, but nothing special. At the time we visited they had issue with laundry service, so the sheets smelled horribly, like they were left in a wet place too long. They provided air freshener though.

A fantastic location right on the beach with a private area for sunloungers. You can have your breakfast whilst looking out over the sea. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, main beach and Ocean Spirit Dive Centre. Lovely big rooms with great air-conditioning. Lovely, friendly, welcoming staff and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to come to Mauritius and stay in a local area rather than the posh all inclusive resorts that are on the island. You are amongst the lovely locals and in a beautiful part of the island for diving and boat trips with Grand Baie only a short bus trip away (24mur per person for a single trip)

The sea views were stunning from the many vantage points of the property. Proper picture postcard stuff. The breakfast each morning was a good mix of European dishes and hot cooked breakfast (your choice of eggs made freshly for you) and of a very good standard. It was lovely to start the day seated in the outdoor dinning area with the magnificent views from a paradise island. We stayed in a one bedroomed suite on the ground floor (Villa 1) and the room was everything we could have hoped for. It had kitchen facilities, a good bathroom with nice shower, there was a separate sitting room and an outdoor veranda. It was very palatial, clean and extremely spacious. The staff were all fantastic and friendly throughout our trip and the management went out of their way to be helpful when we arrived at 9am, allowing us to have both breakfast and checking into our room early at 10am. Various staff members provided valuable first class information on the Grand Baie area, especially John Paul (JP) in security. The location is one of the best that I have stayed in and we just had the best holiday because of our accommodation. We will be back soon as it was an unbelievable experience, both sampling Mauritius and Le Beachclub.

This is our second visit and we were once again very impressed, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, our flight was delayed so we arrived very late but someone was waiting for us to welcome us. Stunning beach view from our room. Beautiful beach which is great for swimming. Tours can be arranged from the beach. Lovely breakfast that is included. Close to restaurants and shops.

Sleep and wake up to the sound of waves and sight of a beautiful calm blue sea. It is a great place to escape to in order to relax and reboot. The company i worked in for 12 years built this hotel and i have been going there over the past 15 years. It is a b&b and breakfast is a buffet with a decent amount of varieties to choose from. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is next to the beach and supermarket so there is no hassle to eat or cook. 5 mins drive to Grand baie for shopping or sipping a coconut water at the beach. There are ATMs in Pereybere next to the beach or at Grand baie. There are buses and taxis available. Basically everything easily accessible for a good holiday.

Right on the beach front. Hardly any mossies. Great breakfast self service menu, simple, nutritious and effective. Rooms have large pendant fans as well as AC.

About a month ago we stayed four days in this hotel. We have paid nearly $700 for the 4 days. This hotel does not give any tea or coffee in the room. No Shampoo and no water bottle. The next door super market was closed and we have to catch the bus to go Grand Bay to buy water. The buffet breakfast is very basic, not much food and same thing everyday. There are a lot of mosquitoes outside breakfast area and not comfortable to be beaten by mosquitoes while eating. There are some mosquitoes in the room as well. Best to go Perebere public beach to swim instead of their beach area. This hotel is just too expensive and I will rate it 2 star. We will not go their again to be beaten by mosquitoes.

Our family had a great and restful stay at Le Beach club. We loved the beachfront view we had with our villa which was perfect for the kids who enjoyed easy access to play by the waters. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which had a good variety of options. It was great that the villa was close to a number of restaurants and even a grocery store (2 mins walk but with narrow walkway to the main roads with cars. It definitely didn’t feel the safest if kids came along for the walk).||The check-in process was easy but we did have to wait over an hour to get access to our room, which didn’t help with our restless young kids. ||Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place! We do look forward to our next visit again in the future!
