Avoid this property at all costs. It is under some kind of legal investigation as per their manager and we have been waiting for over a month for our refund. ||“Unfortunately, our company, our holding company, and the investment company that raised funds for us are currently under administrative investigation by FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority; equivalent to the SEC in the USA). As a result, we are only authorized to register new wire transfer payments, but not to approve them while the investigation is ongoing. Only a designated FINMA lawyer has the authority to approve payments”||Please avoid staying at this property. As expensive as it is, the apartments are suffering from major plumping issues. Shower will overflow on the rooms. The bathtub is held together with duct take. For the rate per night, they use duct tape to quick fix plumbing issues. ||We had to leave the property early as it was not livable and we requested and got approved for a refund. However to date we have not received our refund. ||We had to find last minute accommodation. ||So much of a headache while paying a lot of money for what one hoped to be a comfortable stay.

I was extremely happy with my stay at Le Bijou Zurich. This is a very well thought through apartment. Loved the gym and sauna - both being a very important part of my daily routine. No other accommodation has ever offered this in the privacy of the apartment itself. There is so much attention to detail, it is incredibly well done. Bravo!

The apartment was not bad, but the impression of our stay was ruined by fraud with deposit. After our check out the owner of the apartments wrote that the deposit was returned, but we never received our deposit back. At first he said that the delay could be due to the bank terms, then he said "not our" problems - connect your bank. When we asked for a payment order with the bank mark, he sent only the transaction number of the wrong transaction. We were very disappointed that faced with scammers.

The apartment exceeded any expectations and anything else I have ever stayed at. Spotless clean. Very comfortable with all amenities I could wish for. James was always extremely friendly and responsive. Always responded to any request and wish almost in realtime.

A fabulous design at an ultra prime location. Great for those who seek modern hospitality. If you are looking for a traditional hotel experience with a bellboy and a lobby than this is not for you. If you enjoy check-ins without waiting time, great remote service and absolutely fantastic design in an unbeatable location then this is the place for you.

Would not recommend it for a family. There is no reception and no clear instructions on how to enter the apartment (specially for people who are not from Switzerland) we had no clue until randomly someone opened the door as they were leaving. Even calling the number provided was not really helpful, everything was too high tech which is totally unnecessary! There was also no specific times given for room service, and we couldn’t reach out to anyone to ask for early room service as they came in very late and we had to leave the apartment for them to clean which took 30 minutes. As its located near the bar, its very noisy almost the whole night. And if anyone was smoking outside in the street, the smell comes in the apartment if we open the windows for some air. There is so much potential in this place however its very poorly managed. The 2 stars are for the location and interior of the apartment.

I would say it’s more than the perfect apartment. Peaceful, luxurious and very pleasurable all in all. Everything you could wish for and even more. Location, service, internet, kitchen, bed, interior design was all incredible. Everything looks even better than in the pictures. The best advantage of this service is the staff! It was very friendly, helpful and efficient and provided concierge-type services. Moreover, the price is excellent in comparison to traditional hotel options. It’s literally THE BEST experience I've ever had. Who doesn’t believe me I advise to make sure of that by yourself! I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
