The 10 Best Hotels in Cancun of 2024

"Indulgence comes easy at Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun where it’s hard to not be tempted by the huge full-service Mayan spa, five incredible a la carte restaurants, full reign over top-shelf drinks, and superior service that is by your side from your room to the pool to the beach. Add to that the absolutely stunning white sand beach and jungle landscape and it’s easy to mistake Le Blanc for a five-star slice of heaven. Rates include practically everything (often even airport transfers), and if for some reason you feel the need to venture off-property, you’ll have access to all of the Palace sister resorts, like the dizzyingly large Moon Palace complex, Playacar Palace, and Cozumel Palace. The 260 suites start smaller than average at 429 square feet, but come with friendly and on-point private butler service, full-size liquor dispensers, two-person jetted marble bathtubs, stocked minibars, and an in-room Lavazza coffee maker. This property was voted onto our World’s Best Awards list in 2022 and 2023." - Katherine Alex Beaven Katherine Alex Beaven Katherine Alex Beaven is a Los Angeles-based travel, food and drink, and culture writer. Le Blanc Spa Resort, Cancun

"This beachfront, upscale all-inclusive in the core of the hotel zone is a slice of heaven in otherwise crazy Cancún. Interiors are minimalist in decor, with all-white furnishings. At turndown, browse an extensive pillow menu while a butler prepares a whirlpool bath. Food is over-the-top at Lumière, sample the contemporary French tasting menu; for à la carte Italian, head to Blanc Italia. The spa caters to couples and is surrounded by bamboo gardens."

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed home and pampered. The service is top notch. From the concierges, Brandon and wait staff at every location were amazing; Lucinda, Christian at the pool always asking if we needed anything. Our butlers Roberto, Saul, Joel were always so attentive and exceptional catering to our every need. Alessandra our concierge was always asking if there was anything we needed and how everything was every day. Each employee at LeBlanc helped to make our stay special. Our room was decorated for our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, thanks to our Diamond Concierge Alessandra The drinks were top shelf and the food was amazing. The maid service was fantastic. Our room was immaculate. It’s such a beautiful location with incredible staff. You just have to try it once and you’ll fall in love. It’s our home away from home. Our expectations are always exceeded. It’s our favorite resort!

Le Blanc is so nice I don’t even know where to start. Every single expectation I had was not only met, it was blown out of the water. I’ve stayed in a lot of resorts in Cancun before, but from now on, this is the only one I will stay at. My spouse and I were both 100% satisfied and relaxed for our entire trip. All the food was fantastic. The restaurants are fantastic! The hydrotherapy in the spa was fantastic! The app they use is fantastic! Go ahead and download it before your trip and you can go ahead and make reservations for the spa, restaurants, excursions, etc. I also want to say that the butler service was out of this world. Cecilia was our butler until 3 everyday and Jose was our evening butler. We had more interaction with Cecilia because we’re generally early to bed, but both of them were beyond great. We felt like Cecelia wasn’t an employee by the time we left, we felt like she was a new friend we made. That’s how kind and wonderful she was. Jose even drew an amazing in room jacuzzi with rose pedals and a bottle of non alcoholic champagne (non drinkers) for us one evening after our return from dinner. They’re always there to make sure you’re taken care of, but if you want to be left alone you just press the privacy button and nobody will bother you. I could go on and on and I know I’m forgetting several things. If you are a nondrinker like myself every restaurant has non alcoholic options that are delicious! I really appreciated that. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. The “no kids” thing really keeps this place quiet and I saw no drunken behavior from any other guest. Every employee had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed happy to be there and happy we were there too. We can’t wait to go back and are already looking forward to it. Again, I’m a very well seasoned traveler. My spouse and I have been all over the world. I’ve been to a dozen resorts in Cancun, but this is the one I’ll be calling home from this point forward. When we arrived they said “welcome home.” Now I know why. 10 stars all day everyday.

Best all inclusive restaurant I have ever stayed at. From the start you are welcomed with a cooling cocktail and a aromatherapy neck pillow when checking in. The staff are attentive to all your needs. Rosa was our butler who anticipated and actioned all our requirements. Gym is up to date and fully kitted. Do not miss the cold plunge pool. The rooms are spacious with inclusive mini bar! Enough sun beds available to avoid fighting for them.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay – We Got Married Here! Le Blanc Cancun exceeded every expectation we had and gave us an experience we will treasure for a lifetime. We chose this resort for our wedding, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. The wedding coordinator was attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about every detail, making our special day absolutely perfect. Our butler was beyond incredible, anticipating our needs before we even thought of them and ensuring we felt pampered the entire stay. The drinks were top shelf and crafted with care, the dining was exceptional with every meal feeling like fine dining, and the pools and beach were simply stunning. Every corner of this property is immaculate, and the atmosphere is as relaxing as it is luxurious. What truly sets Le Blanc apart is its prestigious customer service. Every single staff member made us feel valued and celebrated. It is rare that I leave a destination and say I would return to the very same hotel, but in this case, I would come back to Le Blanc Cancun without hesitation. Fantastic hotel, fantastic experience. Five stars all the way.

I just left Le Blanc Cancun after 7 great days and here is my review. The resort is clean, the food was amazing. The entertainment was better than any other resort we have been to. The drinks were top notch. The room was very nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed 7 days and enjoyed the entire trip and honestly did not want to leave.|The here is a list of the great staff I got to meet.|This resort has butlers! Great people always with a smile, and kept us informed through WhatsApp their names were Joel, Eder, Roberto, Saul.||I had a great massage from Yamaysi.||Alisandra was our Diamond Concierge and she was amazing also. She came and found us wherever we were at the resort to make sure everything was going good. I have to say she was always happy and smiling. I really appreciate that!||Marianna was a very helpful and a great manager!||Yamile in sales was also great, she answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. She was a genuine, real person which also was big reason we upgraded.||Overall this is a fantastic resort with great staff, food, drinks and entertainment. We will definitely be going back soon.

Staying at this resort was magical! The views were breathtaking, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. Every corner of the resort was beautifully maintained, with stunning pools, beach access, and cozy spots to relax. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, perfect for both rest and adventure. I felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way. Can’t wait to come back to this little slice of paradise in Mexico!

Google
Leblanc Resorts and Spa in Cancun was an amazing time. We were greeted at the door with a coconut drink, gave us a special welcome impression. Brando checked us into the hotel explaining a lot to us as it was our first time in Cancun. He was very informative. We even had a Butler at our service ! Edgar was so courteous and attentive. Out of all the restaurants I definitely recommend the Japanese food. From the staff at the pool to the bartenders and waiters, the service was outstanding! Thank you for making my Birthday special. I cannot forget about the delicious crepes made by request. DELICIOUS

Le Blanc Cancun is our favorite place to vacation—hands down. My wife and I come here at least twice a year, often bringing family and friends, and every single person is blown away by the experience. The resort itself is stunning, the food is consistently incredible, and the service is truly next-level. A special thank you to Cecelia and Jose, our amazing butlers, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel completely taken care of. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Yelp
I love this resort so much. I've been to the Le Blanc in Cabo before, so I arrived with high expectations, and Cancun still managed to exceed them. Food: 10/10 The food here is incredible. Every meal at every restaurant was consistently delicious and, in my opinion, even better than Cabo. The drinks were just as impressive. I started telling the servers what kind of flavors I was in the mood for, and they always came back with something spot-on. Service: World-class The service at this resort is truly next level. The butler and concierge staff took the time to learn our preferences and often anticipated what we needed before we even asked. José and Cecelia were amazing. They surprised us with treats and gifts in our room to help us celebrate some special occasions. We had only mentioned these once at check-in, so it meant a lot that they remembered. Every staff member, from the waiters to the pool team, made us feel so welcome. The only small hiccup was that our name wasn't on the shuttle list when we arrived, but they still got us a ride after a short wait. Ambiance and activities: 10/10 Being able to swim in the ocean here is a huge plus. While the resort is smaller than the one in Cabo, I really liked the more casual, laid-back vibe. The main pool stays open later, and there's a fun scene at the pool bar in the evenings. The events and activities were great too. We enjoyed the live music, karaoke nights, and meeting other guests from all over the world. The hydrotherapy circuit is something you have to try. The spa here is a bit smaller than Cabo's, but the experience was just as good. Final thoughts I highly recommend Le Blanc Cancun to anyone looking for an amazing resort in Mexico. This place checks all our boxes, and we'll definitely be back!

Yelp
The Cavo Bar at LeBlanc was incredible. We always had an incredible experience. We got a private tequila tasting with the mixologist, Nathan, and it was incredible. He is so knowledgeable and knows how to make a delicious drink! This was a great place to lounge and have a delicious drink throughout our trip. And during football season, the perfect place to catch a game!

Yelp
One of the best resorts we have stayed at. Surprised with the food, everything was spectacular. Couple of restaurants to choose from. There was even a coffee shop with delicious desserts. Every restaurant was different and had its own vibe. You really don't need to leave the resort. Service was excellent, I will say room service was a little slow but nothing to be mad at. The staff members treated us amazing, always happy to help with our needs! Definitely will be coming back for that reason. We appreciate Enrique at Yama for making our dinner experience one of best. The chef at Yama also greeted us with a delicious seafood meat dish. At the pool side we were welcome by Julio, Hector and Jubal; they were really attentive with us. Definitely will be coming back. The staff was welcoming.

Yelp
Le Blanc exceeded all expectations! Brought the wife for a surprise birthday celebration and everything from initial reservation to picking additional add-ons to arrival were to notch. Cancun airport leaves a lot to desire but those stresses melted away upon our arrival. Greeted with drinks, warm neck rolls and prompt service did the trick. We've been to all-inclusive resorts before but the feeling of being pampered and attention to your every desire was unparalleled. Some places shy away from giving away food and drinks but not here. I even got a pair of pants ironed with less than two hours notice (my fault for forgetting the need but the butler came through!) We will be back!

Yelp
This place pales in comparison to the resort in Cabo. A fraction of the size, and much less dining options. I'm rating it more so on the size of our room and food more than anything else; since when I travel food is a huge portion of my choices. The resort itself is very pretty, clean, excellent service, very comparable to Le Blanc Cabo in that regard. Prime location on a beautiful beach, ample beach chairs and although the seats fill up fast, we actually never had an issue snagging chairs by the main pool or lagoon pool. Drink and food service at the pool was super slow. 1.5 hours for a hot dog! But the hot dog was probably one of the better tasting things we had during our stay. We decided to swim up to the bar for drinks for better and faster service. Pizza at the terrace restaurant on the 3rd floor was decent too. But the pizza at the resort in Cabo is 10X's better. The buffet for breakfast was not good, like at all. We tried it for lunch on our last day too. Chose a variety of different things, had one bite of each to try and ended up leaving - left plates full. The buffet food is bland, under seasoned, overcooked and overall a complete disappointment. Lumier was decent, but we sat for 24 minutes at our table before our sever ever came by to greet us. All we had was water, from a server's assistant. Took us 45 minutes to get wine and appetizers. Needless to say, we were very vocal about our displeasure in this. The Mexican restaurant upstairs was a let down, again under seasoned and just bland. The steakhouse was decent but nothing stood out or would make me crave coming back. And sadly, no Lebanese restaurant at this property. Now to our room: we reserved the "honeymoon suite" at both Le Blanc Cancún and Cabo for the room size and view, with butler service and amenities. The Cancún resort room was tiny. Had an in room jacuzzi tub that took up most of the room, a Juliet balcony, 2 seats and a small table, a single sink for the bathroom area and a shower toilet room together that was so small you had to shimmy around the door in order to close it. The beautiful white decor was appreciated but that was it. Le Blanc Cabo for the same room and price is no comparison - huge double vanity with a soaking tub, separate water closet, huge walk in shower, huge balcony, living room area, and overall better value for the money. Entertainment was decent in Cancun with fewer daily activities, less dining options, bust still stellar service. I would probably not come back to the Cancun location for the same price as the fabulous Cabo location. It wasn't bad, but for the money, the Cabo location is much better.

Yelp
Excellent service, food, and a beautiful hotel! My husband and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays and we had a wonderful time eating so much delicious food and relaxing in the pool and beach. There are 5 restaurants including French, Japanese, American steakhouse, Mexican, and Italian. My favorite was the French restaurant for their rack of lamb and crème brûlée with the Japanese restaurant's sashimi being a close second. The service was excellent with staff constantly asking if you need any drinks and there is also the le blanc mobile app where you can conveniently order items for your room and butler services. There are some entertainment shows and activities like gym classes and cooking classes, but overall there aren't too many activities and it can be a little too relaxing. It's a great romantic stay for couples but may not be active enough for larger groups.

Yelp
Our first time at this adult all inclusive resort. We belong to Moon Palace, 45 minutes south of here, and we love it. This time we tried LeBlanc, part of the Palace resorts. We are enjoying it. This hotel resort is nice size with three pools, five restaurants and a variety of activities. For golfing we were shuttled to and from Moon Palace where we had showers, lunch and massages, tho LeBlanc has a lovely spa, also, where we had our mani pedis. At the Luna pool we did a spinning class on bicycles in the water. We participated in a movie trivia game. The evenings have entertainment at 9. We saw a fire/water show, a band, acrobats and listened to music at the Lobby Bar. We kept track of the schedule our butler sent us daily to find things to do like bracelet making, bingo, movies trivia, and how to slice a ham. You can relax at the beach or in a pool. Reservations are required to do a lot of things. Shoutout to excellent employees: Emilio, who is in manager training in Yama, our butlers Rossy and Ramy, and our concierge Ingrid. They kept track of us, and gave us treats in our room. We were waited on and given whatever we asked for. Laura, who led movie trivia and helped with the fire show was enthusiastic, and kept us wanting more fun. Leblanc is high end and special. A note: the facility is handicapped accessible, tho I only saw a few people with canes. The beach could be difficult with the uneven sand.

Yelp
Top notch amenities. Excellent food. Relaxing environment. Super friendly employees. Your own butler. Multiple restaurants. 5 star . Why are you not here. You need to experience this level of vacationing. Treat yourself to an exceptional vacation and fabulous experience.

Yelp
SCAM SCAM SCAM Can I put Zero??! This is the WORST experience I've ever had. Spent 4 hours bouncing back and forth btw their sales managers and when they couldn't sell the cheapest deal - they continued bouncing us from shuttle to shuttle - property to property so we can get our money back. 4 hours of this - just so we can go back to the airport - never in my life I'm coming to any of those hotels/resorts. Empty promises and Scam LIARS!

Yelp
Five Star Vacation every single time! Wonderful food, pools, ambiance and activities. Best employees and service. Their spa/salon, although expensive, is fantastic!

Yelp
If you're looking for a place that has impeccable service, look no further. This place delivers beyond anything you could imagine. The butler on each room does whatever they can to accommodate your every need no matter how frivolous they may seem. My butler Brito was super friendly and met my every need (especially food like bone marrow). Outside of that, every food item was spectacular and fresh. You could tell every food item was like fine dining items you'd get at an elevated restaurant. Favorite restaurants was Yanma strictly for their sashimi, and Lumiere for their lamb rack. Also shoutout to Leblanc for hand made dressing and a bomb rib eye. If you're not a foodie and looking for adventure, however, this place is quiet and can be kind of boring. Luckily I can pig out which is why I could fit right into this resort

Yelp
This resort was AMAZING, we absolutely loved the all inclusive adults only. We stayed in the honeymoon suite facing the ocean on the 5th floor for 7 days. From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and the check in process is so easy. They give you wristbands that are keys to your room, they also set you up with the hotel app on your phone. The app is a game changer and you have everything organized through it. We loved our butlers Antonio and Armando, they were always there to assist when needed. We had originally booked dinner at each of the 5 restaurants they had on site. We ate at each of them once but our favorite was Yama out of all of them and we ended up eating there for all our other nights. Guadalupe was our server there and she was exceptional, we loved her! The pool and beach service was a 10/10 as well. We were set up each day at the pool, definitely recommend grabbing a chair on the bar side because the sun hits there the longest. Alejandro, Maura, and Ricardo took very good care of us the whole time. Alejandra was amazing as well, 4:30pm everyday she would bring out the fresh churro cart. During our stay we used the gym everyday, they have everything including TRX and the Pilates reformer classes. They also offered morning yoga on the water facing the ocean and pool bike workouts. We also had a couples deep tissue massage with Naomi and Luz who did an incredible job. The sauna, ice room, steam room, jacuzzi, and plunge pool was a cool experience as well..make sure to reserve ahead of time. The one thing that sets this place apart from other resorts is the customer service. Everyone does an amazing job making you feel taken care of. Make sure to bring lots of $ to tip as well, they deserve every penny. We look forward to visiting their Cabo location next!

Yelp
This May a friend and I decided to take a vacation to Cancun for the first time. We decided that we should stay at the Le Blanc Spa Resort All Inclusive Resort. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Welcome Drink (not sure what it was, but it was delicious) and a warm weighted pad for our neck after our travels. Our luggage was put away until our room was ready and we received our wristbands to access the property amenities. We decided to enjoy that time on the beach until our room was ready and ordered some lunch as well. We walked around the property and it wasn't too large or too small. It was very nice and well-maintained. When we arrived at our room, our luggage was brought up to us shortly after. The room was very clean and spacious for 2 people. We made dinner plans at a few different restaurants on the resort: Blanc for breakfast (no reservations); Lumiere French Restaurant, Bella Italian Restaurant; and Yama Japanese Restaurant. All the places we chose were delicious. My only complaint is the serving sizes are a lot smaller for Americans :-). I also think things didn't stay open long enough like places to get a snack or ice cream. Sometimes I like to stay up late and a nice snack would be great. The small time window it's open isn't enough in my opinion. Otherwise, everyone was amiable and the resort was very nice. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied and you may not need to leave the resort. I highly recommend which is why I'll be returning to one of their properties again next year.

Yelp
This is 1000% the best resort and all-inclusive experience I've ever had and we WILL be back. If you're looking for luxury and relaxation this is the resort for you. We intentionally wanted an adults-only all-inclusive and were desperately trying to avoid the "frat party/spring break" vibes. Le Blanc delivered on all fronts! The service: UNMATCHED. From the second we stepped out of our shuttle, we were treated like royalty. We were handed cooled wet towels, drinks, and flowers as we entered the lobby, offered massaging neck pillows while checking in, and I awoke from a nap on our first day to our butler delivering me afternoon chocolates. I couldn't have had a better dream if I tried! The room: We booked one of the honeymoon rooms and it did not disappoint. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach in front of the resort and of the sunrise every morning. There was a very nice soaking tub, large tv, dining area, and the king-size bed was the picture of comfort. The room was also stocked with liquor, snacks, beverages, and top-quality toiletries (all complimentary since the resort is all-inclusive). 24-hour room service is also available at no additional cost! The amenities: This place had everything we could want! Three pools that never felt crowded, swim-up bars that made whatever drinks we requested, lots of beach loungers, multiple restaurants, a coffee/chocolate shop, gift shop, jewelry store, spa, excellent gym, and more! We used the gym multiple times and loved it. The prime pool seating gets taken early, but we found chairs we wanted every day. The staff will help you locate seats and bring you towels and stands with ice buckets on them with bottled waters. Other staff will wait on you for food/drink. Often times our servers brought the next round right as we were getting ready to ask. They truly anticipated our every need! We also had a fantastic time on the beach! The staff found us seats with umbrellas (will place one if it isn't already there) and brought us drinks and food while we enjoyed the view/swam! The food: We had such a fantastic experience with the food. All of the restaurants had diverse, fun menus with quality food on them. We never had a meal we didn't like! The only restaurant we didn't get to try was Lumiere (French) because my husband didn't pack clothes to meet the dress code (slacks and nicer shoes). We're planning to try it on our next visit! We scheduled room service for breakfast on the day of our big excursion since we had to be up before any of the restaurants were open and also enjoyed it! You need dinner reservations for all of the restaurants and we had no problem making them day of, but also were very flexible with when we ate since we could literally snack at any point in the day. Your butler or the downstairs concierge can help you make the reservations. The excursions: Prior to our visit, we were emailed all of the potential excursions. It's a HUGE list! Spa and excursions are at an extra cost and we booked in advance. They can be very pricey, but there's something for everyone! We opted to do the Chichen Deluxe package which was a 10-hr full-day excursion that included transportation, a bilingual tour of Chichén Itzá, swimming in a cenote, and souvenir shopping in Valladolid, as well as a lunch buffet. We had such an amazing time and would highly recommend it! Le Blanc is the epitome of luxury and we can't wait to be back!

Yelp
Just returned from our first stay at Le Blanc - celebrated our 20th anniversary. We loved the food and the entertainment was quite good! We booked everything through the app, or via email before we arrived, so we didn't utilize the concierge (didn't even talk to one) or butlers much. We used credits for a cabana one day, great couples massage, and the romantic dinner on our actual anniversary. Met lots of fun couples and had mostly great service! A few hiccups worth mentioning: Butlers - very friendly but didn't feel like they did much or offered much, ran our own baths and got an extra candy on our anniversary... Cabana was nice, but the people around us got better service and umbrellas were set up so it definitely wasn't worth it especially if you don't have credits. Romantic. DInner - it was raining, so we went down and asked if we were continuing or reacheduling - they weren't sure (odd) so we stood in the rain while they discussed and decided to carry on. They sat us in a cabana with the wrong names in the sand... I told them we were in the wrong seat and they moved us! Food was good, they brought dessert and it had the wrong initials on it too!! Not even the same wrong ones. Our last night we went to the Japanese restaurant (again) and there was an a*hole on FaceTime two tables down super loud the entire time and the servers didn't do a thing about it. Everyone was irritated. They didn't have bracelets so idk if they were extra special or what. We overall would rate LBC an 8.5 - returning to GMP in June with the kids!

Yelp
M y family and I just finished our week long stay at LeBlanc (September 5-12) and as usual everything was great. We wanted to say Thank You to the following employees and to let the company know these employees are great representatives for the Palace Company brand. Angel, worked in the Terraza restaurant Rahul, worked in the Lobby Bar Luis, Butler for the 8th floor Daniel and Jessica, worked breakfast buffet Alex, Victor and Luis, Luna pool staff Thank you to all of you for your service and wonderful personalities.

Yelp
Beautiful white sand beach in Cancun. For being a 5 star resort though, there's not enough activities during the day or night. Only restaurant that I'd give 5 stars is the Italian. All the cocktails had an aftertaste like they were using aspartame in their mixes. Service was great but beware of the "hard" sales presentation they lure you in to get free spa services. Not enough to do to get me to go back and to top it off the 4 of us are all having stomach issues after the trip.... Wish I could be more positive. That's my honest review of Le Blanc in Cancun

in my opinion, Le Blanc is one of the top 3 all-inclusive, adults only, luxury resorts in the cancun hotel zone, and this is coming from someone who has stayed in multiple all inclusive resorts in the area. this property was incredible. from the views, to the cleanliness, and the beautiful beach and pool. the service was phenomenal. the property has numerous restaurants and bars, a full service spa, and beautiful ocean front rooms with tubs big enough to fit you and your partner. when you come in, you will be greeted with an amazing coconut aphrodisiac drink which was very refreshing. this resort is not for those looking to party, turn up, or an up beat vibe. this resort is suited for those looking to relax and a romantic, chill vibe. perfect for honeymooners, babymooners, or simply for those looking to unplug.

Yelp
Whatever you do, do NOT say yes to the "breakfast presentation" which gives you "free" spa credits. We thought we'd have to sit through a silly timeshare sort of presentation, but we were forced to attend a one on one, extremely awkward meeting in a quiet, empty restaurant (which CHANGED LOCATIONS TWICE--that's how long the "presentation" was). Were were trapped for three hours and passed off from one salesman to the next every time we tried to leave. This COMPLETELY ruined our honeymoon and enfuriated me so much that I took an entire year to leave this review. (I'm still angry thinking about it.) You will be intimidated, guilted, and all around harassed. They also didn't offer anything when we submitted a formal written complaint while we were still there. This is a low class hotel masquerading as a high end resort. I would definitely deter anyone I knew from paying to stay here.

Yelp
There are many pros and cons to this resort so I'll start off with the pros. PROS: Many of the waitstaffs and workers are amiable and attentive. You get a few that are rude, especially the manager, named Eric, who was condescending and rude and not helpful whatsoever. Restaurants on site or open (most of them) until 11 PM and if you are still hungry you can order room service for food. Their app makes it easy to order room service, get the butler to refill certain items and find out more amenities that the resort has to offer. Overall, beautiful resort with amazing views. We were able to watch turtles lay eggs on their private beach. (No flash allowed for anyone planning on taking pictures) Their gym is open from 6 AM-11 PM and it is well equipped with many machines and weights. CONS: I would say most of their cocktails are very watered down, which is probably to limit the amount of inebriated people in the resort. Le Blanc is a spa and a resort but the spa is absolutely trash. You literally have the word spa in your resort name and you can't do simple tasks properly. I got a pedicure and it was the worst pedi I've ever had. Lady was nice but she did not know what she was doing. She kept looking at the lady doing my brothers feet to figure out what to do. On top of that she dropped the scrubber on the floor and proceeded to scrub my feet again after picking it up. Gross and unsanitary. To top it off, my toes are uneven and the lady did not even take the time to do my toes properly. To anyone wanting to go get their nails done, avoid this overpriced place at all costs. I started developing an allergy rash throughout the night. This was on the last day and I didn't do anything different besides the spa. My mom and aunt's massage was nothing special. I would recommend booking your restaurant dinner reservations prior to arriving here since most places get booked up. Other than that, this place is spectacular and worth checking out. When we were checking in they told us that our stay came with $100 credit per a room to purchase gifts, but when we checked out they stated we denied the $100 free credit for shopping. Who In their right mind would deny free credit? They kept changing their story continuously lying. How is it that another party in our group that had a different room get the credit but not our room? Eric, the manager, did not even have a reasoning for it and just stood there dumbfounded. He needs to learn a thing or two about hospitality. I do like this resort for its beauty but I think that's the only thing really going for this place.

Yelp
If I could skip out on the scammy timeshare presentation, I would 100% come back here. The food and service were great. I appreciated 24/7 room service and the restaurant access. The pool is gorgeous, the spa is great, all 5/5. When we said we didn't need to hear the timeshare spiel, the person checking us again got visibly frustrated with us and kept pressuring us. I don't blame him individually, but I do blame the resort for putting that pressure on staff. We did eventually give in and boy oh boy is that hours of my life I will never get back. I felt like i was being indoctrinated into a cult.

Yelp
We just came back from our stay at Le Blanc Cancun and we had a great time despite some of the cons we experienced. From the moment we got out of our shuttle we were greeted with towels to wipe our hands and they took care of all our luggage. We went to check in and it was a breeze. I was anticipating them to do the whole sales pitch to join their membership program, however since it was late, we bypassed that! We stayed on the 8th floor in a honeymoon suite. The view was incredible! The room was spacious and clean. It had a jacuzzi in the room too which was nice because after hanging out by the pools, we utilized the jacuzzi in the evenings. Some of the pros of this resort: -The rooms with the view are wonderful and spacious -We got a really good rate through Costco -Food at Blanc, Yama were great -Desserts such as the candy, macaroons, crepes, ice cream and churros were delicious! -Staff and butlers were super friendly -Hydrotherapy massage was great -Smaller pool was wonderful and not crowded at all -The smell of the resort was amazing! -Environment was quiet and just what we needed Some of the cons: -Reservation system for dinner was ridiculous. we couldn't get any real reservations even talking to concierges. the earliest times for our dinners was 10:00pm. I know I'm on vacation, but by 10p, I'm starving. -The room service options and food was meh. My husband can't eat dairy and they didn't have a lot of options. We did order a braised short rib one night, dairy free, but it was burnt at the bottom and not good. -The bigger/main pool, people would wake up early, and "reserve" loungers so by 10am, you couldn't find a lounger at the main pool until around 5:00pm. So we just opted for the smaller pool, which was great! Overall, my husband and I had a great time. We didn't go with a lot of expectations especially reading the different reviews. What made it most enjoyable was being with the hubs for our first getaway since we got married.

Yelp
If you want total pampering and luxury, this is the place for you! We try to go here at least once a year. There is a butler for each floor that helps with dinner reservations, activities and anything for your room. Being all inclusive there is little extra that you pay for at the resort (outside of the spa). Food is fabulous in all of the restaurants, the poolside menu has many great items on it as well. Don't miss the churro cart and the ice cream area. The coffee and sweet shop is a daily stop. There is so much or little to do. It's the perfect adults only resort.

Yelp
Nice small upscale resort with excellent service. Good food. However, when we checked in to our room which we'd reserved 8 months prior, we were downgraded. Finally after making a fuss we were provided a room that was equal to what we'd reserved. The room was made up several times a day which was wonderful. There's a lot of pressure to attend a presentation to be a member- time share. There's 4 pools, one of which is a small jetted pool. But they get busy and we never were able to find a spot near the main pool. Which also has excessively loud music. But the cocktail waiters by the pools are attentive. Our bathroom had a pervasive odor of drains by the shower. There's often a singer or piano player in one of the bars during evening hours, but Shows are thin on the ground and third rate. Overall a mixed bag.

Yelp
UPDATED REVIEW 7-30-23: In A Nutshell: -Came back to LeBlanc Cancun after a few years. -I'll tell you honestly that this luxury hotel is still top-notch & worth the price. -The things that changed were the restaurant names (i.e. BlancFrench is now called Lumier, BlancItalian is Bella, BlancJapan is Yama, etc...) -Staying here this time around I really took advantage of all the workout classes like TRX, pool spinning, yoga & pilates. -The gym here is very good with top of the line equipment, plus cooled towels, iced herbal water, cold water bottles & healthy snacks. -I highly recommend taking advantage of the Hydrotherapy, which is consists of a routine of sauna, steam, jacuzzi, cold/heated pools plus a scalp massage w/ drinking several shots of beverages like chorophyll water. -You should also use the spa shower/bathroom facilities if you have to check-out and need a place to freshen up before heading to the airport. -There is always free entertainment like a fire dancing show, magic show & live music or DJ. -If you were offered resort credits, keep in mind that now you can only use up to $250 in the spa (it used to be more). -You can also use the resort credits on select excursions or their gift shop (which is just a small section within the gift shop). -Even if you use the resort credits, you will always pay 16% tax so nothing is 100% free. -Some things that were not on the list to use resort credits that you should know are the wine tasting at Blanc restaurant & Mexican wrestling (lucha libre) show at the Isla Shopping Center. -The daily lunch buffet at Blanc was really a highlight b/c everyday there is variety of the food (i.e. whole roasted turkey, porchetta, etc...) -At the main pool there is one day they offer a seafood spread during lunch at 12:30pm, they had stone crab which was a very special treat, it's first-come, first-served, so once it's all gone, it's gone, so I suggest standing in line ASAP. -The customer service is very good from the welcome, butler, workout instructors, restaurant servers, pool concierge, etc... Overall, this is a great place to vacay, you will truly enjoy your stay here & if you are like me you might buy their $299 certificate deal to use within 18 months to stay at a reduced rate to save a few hundred bucks.

Yelp
We spent 4 nights here and had a great experience. Pros- we really enjoyed Christmas themed decorations in the lobby. Nice access to the beach with lifeguards nearby. Events every evening, (ie mentalist and Michael Jackson performance). Two infinity pools. Plenty of hammocks. Cons- The only reason I gave this resort 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the better service and more modern aesthetic at le Blanc in Los Cabos. Also, DO Not sign up for the free breakfast in which they steal 3 hours of your vacation to sell you a membership plan or upgrade your membership if you are already one.

Yelp
This resort was absolutely fantastic. The dinners were amazing and the spa and gym were both fabulous. Wonderful service and several special complimentary add-ons such as a birthday chocolate piñata. My only complaint would be the lunch and breakfast options. They were pretty limited and didn't compare to the luxury of the fine-dining dinner restaurants.

Yelp
Adults only. Yes please. Our family has visited a few of Palace resorts locations, yes we are members. Le Blanc with no kids was awesome. The service was excellent. We visited in early September so it was not busy. We treated ourselves to spa treatments... I could live in their spa and the treatments were above and beyond. The staff is amazing and our room was beautiful. My only complaint would be the hard sell on becoming a member or for us upping our membership. There are perks to it, they don't let you leave empty handed but sometimes it is annoying. If you are planning to visit I'd recommend making reservations at the restaurants when you book your trip, try all of them, they are all delicious and staff can tell you the most popular dishes. Definitely recommend this for a couples vacation where you want to pamper yourself and do spa treatments. I also recommend booking those treatments when booking your trip.

Yelp
Many pros of this resort - beautiful, stunning views, great service, amazing pool. Resort overall: stunning, well maintained, great Covid protocols, easy to take a test and get back on our flight for just $20. $26 transport to the airport and back. Check in was easy, check out was easy. Service: on one hand, amazing service, on another, aggressive service! Not everything required a long drawn out explanation especially on day 3 at the resort. Also, I was so concerned with not having regular cash and needing to tip all time, it created stress. My favorite part was when I was told later that tips were included. Honestly, I barely carry my phone with me let alone cash when I go to the pool. Not my idea of relaxing. They mean well and are very attentive and on top of things though. Rooms: comfortable beds, the jacuzzi tub is amazing, the shower...well it was one of those rain shower heads and there are two extra wall rain shower heads...BLISS. Also the rooms are full stocked with a bar and stocked mini fridge. Food: underwhelming. The best thing I had was these ravioli lobster dish at Bella. Amazing. The fruit too. The buffet has a great variety. However, room service food quality was very bad other than the coffee. Drinks were mostly watered down but nbd on That. However, they were still very good - just don't forget to ask for a brand or they give you low quality ones. They have some great activities open to all - fitness and more. Plus the live band was great - the dj night was good but not a ton of folks there. I'd go back but be better prepared next time.

Yelp
You really can't go wrong with this resort. Came here for a business trip and I am looking forward to my next stay at the Cabo San Lucas location. The workers are polite, hardworking and not one of them had a bad attitude-- I think this is one of the most important details in a stay at a resort like this. I really can't find one bad aspect of my stay. The lunch time buffet by the pool was something I found on my last day of stay at the resort; I wish I found this on the first day! The chefs are able to cook anything-- flavored with the ingredients you provide. (I preferred szechuan style) I really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and any dish you picked you really couldn't have gone wrong with. I couldn't find one bad restaurant, in all honesty. I tried foods I've never thought I'd try in my life. I also loved that they had a sand volleyball court-- something I looked forward to on the daily. The butler service was incredible although I didn't quite use the service as often as I could. If I had to nit-pick, the room service food could be improved a tad bit.

Yelp
Service. Service. Service is what makes this a great resort for us. The hotel itself is beautiful overall especially the lobby and main pool area but some of the finishing touches still need to be worked on (eg old elevators). Quality of food is good but can be a lot better. As mentioned, service is amazing here. Staff seem happy overall and are super helpful, professional and courteous. We attended their membership presentation which was filled with cheesy sales people but we got through it victoriously without buying anything and managed to get two amazing spa treatments as a result. The spa is absolutely world class. Expensive but worth it. We will definitely be back and look forward to checking out Le Blanc in Cabo's.

Yelp
Chilling/Maxing/Relaxing all cool/Hung out with the wife and some cool peeps/ outside of the pool...Ay... I got bars but I digress. Shout out to Brito and Eduardo the butlers for looking out in every way shape and form. I liked the service those guys and the housekeeping team gave us there. I'm talking a nice coconut milk bath drawn every night by the butler with my fresh Le Blanc slippers waiting for me already prepared for when I get out. The food and waiters were good. Every restaurants had food you will probably not like but the vast menu allowed for you to find something you do like, Churro cart, pool side bar, pool side food all hit the spot. My favorite bartender was Hector in The lobby at night and Renan at the swim up pool. I liked the hydrotherapy and the gym. You can walk right on the beach and enjoy the beautiful waters of Cancun. This resort was very relaxing . From check in to the private ride (extra $) to the airport on check out was all top notch. My only gripe is this place is a little too relaxed. Kinda geared for the retired from retirement type, so no music of my liking could be found anywhere except for the DJ on Cavo will take . We didn't want to be with the party crowd so we knew what we were getting but come on by the pool I would have settled for anything even genres. Don't get me wrong I'm in control of my own vibe and me and the wife was lucky enough to find some cool peeps to vibe with but without creating that vibe you just got elevator music. Nevertheless, I would come back cause the service was that good!

Yelp
Stay away! They are a scam! You will be forced to take a tour which turns into a nightmare of 6 hours where they place you under extreme duress. No food, alcohol only, harassment, scaremongering, threats.

Yelp
THE BEST ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT I HAVE EVER VISITED! Arrival - Everything was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door with being greeted with a cream de coco drink, a heated neck pillow, and a rose for the ladies even before they checked us in. The half ocean view room was fabulous, jacuzzi included. The resort has an app which you can keep track of your stay, order butler service for anything, yes I mean anything, and review activities and shows. HIGHLY suggest you download and access it ASAP prior to arriving. Opps, forgot to tell you about the free beach bag they give you which is waiting for you on your bed as you enter your room, which came in very handy. Also, the entire resort is filled with a calming scent paired with the perfect cooling temperature. Butlers - we were assigned 2 butlers, one for for the daytime and one for the evening. Both were great. Very attentive and accommodating. Never an unprofessional moment. We utilized them for ironing, room service, ordering specific items to our room and more. Shows - wonderful shows for a resort. We were able to see the Circus show and Michael Jackson impersonator. Both were an hour long and very entertaining. Highly recommend you make time during your evening hours to see the shows the resort offers. No reservations needed for the shows. Food - delicious. It's hard for me to know where to even begin. Let's start with a couple of fun surprises. By the main pool area, the staff prepares homemade Churros daily which you can fill with chocolate or caramel. Deeee-licious. We also experienced the staff prepare a fantastic Paella in a huge pan for everyone at the pool. It was amazing to see and tasted deee-licious. We tried all of the restaurants except for French. Each restaurant had great food and service. We made reservations for 7:30pm nightly so we could go to the shows which start at 9pm and then have a few drinks on the beach afterwards. The buffet at Blanc restaurant was always fantastic as well. You can't lose with food here. TRUST ME. Hydrotherapy - what a fabulous treat which is included in your stay. We scheduled a 2nd appointment after we enjoyed the first experience so much. It's approximately 1.5 hours of mostly hot experiences (sauna, vapor, jacuzzi) mixed with a couple of cold/cool down areas (cold sauna, cold bath). They also provide you with facial, hair, and body cream to apply while you move through the experience. Staff - VERY professional, accommodating, approachable, and friendly. Period. Ability to visit other resorts - YES! You have access to 5 other resorts BUT those individuals cannot visit Le Blanc :) We did wander out a bit and visited 3 of the resorts. We thought the best was The Grand at Moon Palace which is what the staff at Le Blanc will tell you as well. WARNING: when visiting these other resorts you will miss Le Blanc. Coco Bongo - if you want an unforgettable night out go to the COCO BONGO night club. It is filled with performances and fantastic music. Get the VIP Front row tickets (you don't want to be standing for hours or have a bad view. Trust me it's worth it). We paid $185 a person and had a BALL! Arrive early/on time for the best front row seating. PRO TIP: DO NOT accept the guided sales tour if your gonna be bothered by a 2 hour sales pitch and then asked more questions. Stop being cheap and trying to get free CREDITS with absolutely no intention of signing anything but then complain about trying to be sold! That's what you see the few complaints are about. Cheap people getting free credits but want to complain about the sales pitch. Pfffft. This was the longest review I ever wrote because Le Blanc was that amazing and deserving.

Yelp
An absolute dream resort, where every detail is tended to. Amazing food and spectacular sands.

Yelp
We spent a LOT of money on this resort for our honeymoon in October and although the property is beautiful and clean, I do NOT recommend this resort to anyone for QUITE A FEW reasons. First of all, there are were quite a few negative reviews regarding the insistence and harassment of hotel staff re: attending the "promotional breakfast" where they attempt to get you to lock into their program- these reviews have since mysteriously disappeared.... But I'm here to tell you- we wish we would have listened to these reviews. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were relentlessly harassed. They called us at 9am the next morning to harass us. After repeatedly saying no, they didn't stop even on our way to the airport. It was disgusting and made the trip incredibly stressful. Although this is an all inclusive, the staff does not do anything for you until they are paid. If you want a drink, a towel, a chair, anything, you have to pay first. As an American, I am very accustomed to tipping and have done so at every all inclusive I've ever been to, however, this was on another level. You shouldn't have to pay for common human decency considering the hefty price tag. We signed up for the private boat tour to Isla Muerjes which was a complete and total rip off- we were put on a huge catamaran with 100 other random people which would have cost half the price if we went through the company and not Le Blanc. Terrible experience. We did a week at Hotel Xcaret and a week at Le blanc- le blanc was almost double the price, however, Xcaret blew Le Blanc out of the water in terms of food, service, and quality. Don't waste your money and don't be fooled by the paid reviews. You will be harassed and disappointed.

Yelp
Came here real quick to visit some friends while I was on my trip and the place from the back doesn't look all that great, but once you go inside its very modern and high end looking. Pool is large and well laid out with design and decor of the resort is very high end. Staff seems to be very nice and friendly too.

Yelp
Back to paradise again, a home away from home. It seemed like we never left. We came here through a Costco deal with private transportation. That is the only way to go. We were invited to do a sales talk at Beach. Palace in exchange for a dinner on the beach. The talk was alright but the dinner was fantastic with lobster tail and filet mignon. We went to the spa everyday with its new addition of steam room with mud face masks and. ice room. We also visited the other palace resorts Nizuc and Moon Palace. Moon palace had a great water park and Nizuc had a great Asian restaurant, however home (Le Blanc) no resort had the same tranquility and chill environment. I missed the French restaurant which is now a fine dining restaurant. This was my least favorite restaurant on the trip as nothing in the menu stood out. They no longer had my favorite lambchops, ahhhhh. Lamb at the fine dining place was too gamey. I wanted to thank these people who I jot down on my trip: Guillermo-yama waiter (Memo) who went above and beyond. Excellent waiter and made sure our sushi was fresh. Johnathan chef of Sushi who came and made everything was good Alejandro and Antonio 3rd floor were best butlers, always making sure i had my jacuzzi and restaurant reservations for that night Elias-best bartender and all around friend we love to talk with at Le Blanc Isabella-sweetest cook and makes best omelet and tostados!!! Elias waiter at Blanc- always friendly during our breakfast and lunch sittings Oscar-Italia-knew Japanese and impressed us with his knowledge of wine Jorge-sang to me-when we told him it was our anniversary, very touching -he worked in the front pool area Lychee sorbet-best dessert had on my last day Pilates and yoga on the water- best instructor ever! All in all, i love this place and it gets better every time I go!

Yelp
Wow... still in shock from what an amazing experience I had at Le Blanc. To say the service was out of this world would be an understatement. The staff, the rooms, the service, the vibes, the food, the pools, etc... were 5+ stars!! I usually save my "if you're looking for a getaway, BOOK NOW" sales pitch for the end, but DAMN... what are you waiting for, BOOK NOW!!! The checkin experience was phenomenal. Friendly faces greeting you and get you settled with a tour. If your room isn't ready they will hold your bags. When it's time for you to head to the room, your butler (yes I said YOUR BUTLER) will be there to greet you and show you all the amities around your room, and there are a lot! Everything from what you can expect and order with your butler service to your in room mini bar! And if you're celebrating something special, they will make it one to remember!! With every reservation, depending on the number of days you're staying, you get a certain amount of resort credits that can be used for various things... excursions, the spa, gift shop goodies, beach cabanas, upgrades at dinner, etc... The app is the best place to start to see all the dining, nightlight, fitness, spa and pool options available! You pick a categories and you can make reservations at one of the restaurants, sign up for a yoga class or even see what entertainment is going on for the evening. You can order butler services and room service on the app. Going on an early excursion and need to eat? No problem! Advanced breakfast scheduling is available! Need a bath drawn in your jacuzzi tub before or after dinner?? Don't fear, it can all be scheduled and enjoyed at your leisure. The pools and beach were super clean with very helpful staff. Food and drink service whether you have a cabana or canopy... they will take care of you! However it's definitely worth it to reserve a cabana or canopy one day, and if you use your Resort Credits it's only about $40 USD out of pocket. TOTALLY worth it! The restaurants are really good! Some better than others and some more limited on options, but all a great experienc2 Hands down though, what makes this place top notch and the best of the best is the STAFF! Everywhere you go on the resort everyone bends over backwards for you to have the best time!

Yelp
The Le Blanc Cancun was the spot we chose for a winter couples getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIP's. The staff met us at our transportation, offered us cool towels, took care of our luggage and guided us to the check in area. The check in process was super relaxed and informative. We explored before heading to our room and met an incredible woman named Lucinda at the lagoon pool. She immediately introduced herself and offered to set us up with anything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Our room was in a word spectacular. Our Butlers, Marco and Joel were attentive, asking if there was anything they could do to enhance our stay. They seemed to genuinely care if we were happy with every detail of our stay. We tried the beach and main pool and they were very nice, but the lagoon pool is where we spent most of our days. Lucinda went well above expectations every day. Whatever we asked, she made it happen. She is constantly on the move and works very hard to assure everyone at the pool is as happy as possible. The wait staff at the pools, especially Javier, are constantly asking if we need anything. The drinks, from iced tea to alcohol were refreshing and tasty. The pool area was very laid back and super relaxing. Not a party pool which is exactly what we wanted. We were looking for a very relaxing resort and Le Blanc fit our needs perfectly. It's best suited for people looking to enjoy some quiet time. If you're looking for a trendy party hot spot, this may not be what you're looking for. We spent one day on the beach renting one of their cabanas. Jesus and Christian were very attentive, bringing us food and drink whenever we asked. The food was excellent. We really liked the snack menu. They bring it right to your chair, freshly prepared and very tasty. The shrimp tacos are simple but really tasty. If I had anything they might improve it would be the food at a few of the restaurants. The steakhouse was excellent, and the asian spot was very good, but the italian restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. One other note, if you want to sample their once a week fish market by the main pool, get there right when it opens. It empties out very quickly (less than half an hour). I would highly recommend the Le Blanc Cancun to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Yelp
Good drinks, Food isn't that bad. Checking in to this place is horrible. My wife and I are on day 2 and still waiting to get in our room. They stuck us a temp room for the night. Still waiting as of now and they still have our luggage on hostage. Not sure why it takes so long to check in and clean rooms. We will never come to this hotel again.

Yelp
This is a fantastic option in Cancun. We had a private car to the hotel, was about 20 minutes ride. Fantastic service . There is a drink menu in the vehicle and they call ahead to have your drink waiting for you. The check in process is very private but it does take some time, okay while you enjoy your drink. We were a bit annoyed our bags took some time to get to our room because we just wanted to jump in the pool . The vibe is very ‍ friendly. Primary it's a couples resort. We enjoyed it. They have great service throughout the hotel. They also offer the Covid test for you to return home. The beach is beautiful and pleasant to walk along in the morning. I loved having their coffee from the lobby bar. And the chocolates from the bakery were delicious ! They do have 3 pool options. The main pool seemed the most lively and we enjoyed that. Annoying you must go out early to hold a chair though. The hotel does offer skin care products for the sun by the towel stand. The pool service is excellent and menu is good. We did enjoy the breakfast restaurants and sitting outside. They offer French, Japanese, Italian and Mexican restaurants. You do need to book the times in advance as the were often booked solid. We didn't care for the room service options. I wish they were more of a Mexican flair and less of an American one. We used this service more than once. We had an incredible time here . Enjoy the level 3 DJ and Music entertainment. Also enjoyed meeting new people.

Yelp
I just checked in and I can feel the difference as soon as I walked in. The staff is so gracious and welcoming. I read the reviews and my sister also stayed here and she strongly recommended this resort. The view is amazing and you feel nothing but the tranquility of this place. It's not chaotic and noisy but exactly the opposite. We just checked in and since we were too early, they offered us lunch until the room was ready. I'm sure I will have more to write about but so far, it's awesome. Can't wait to check out the room!!

Yelp
The service has gone down hill here. We are members and due to higher occupancy the resort can't handle the occupants. Customer service has gone down hill. Vegetarian food options are minimum.

Yelp
We stayed at Le Blanc Spa Resort for 2 days over the Thanksgiving holiday, and had a fantastic time. I came here with my boyfriend towards the end of our travels in the Yucatan Peninsula. We started in Tulum and slowly made our way up north to Cancun over the span of a week, and we splurged staying at 5 star all inclusives along the way to check out the competition :). Food: We ate at a couple of their restaurants (Lumiere, Blanc, Yama, and tried the beachside service). Food was great but not Michelin level. 4-4.5/5 Seemed to be more European-centric than Mexican. Service was top notch. Included Activities: We did the water journey in the spa which was included, and found the afternoon session to be a lot less busy than the morning session. It is very relaxing and we loved it. However, when it's busy, COVID protocol is questionable. I also tried out a paddleboard yoga class in the morning, which was fun, and we watched an evening show. We also checked out the sister hotel, Moon Palace, as Le Blanc covers activities over there. It was not worth it IMO. Travel time is 30 min each way and that property is so large it takes shuttles to navigate. Service: The employees here are sooooo kind. So much so that I almost felt bad? I'm not used to being waited on like this and having a butler. It was a nice experience. Be prepared to shell out $$$ in tips. The employees deserve it. Room: Well appointed, beautiful design, but kind of small and lacking a proper balcony for the cost in my opinion. COVID protocol: Only 25% of guests here wear masks, which is not the hotel's fault, but to add to this, the property is small (real estate in the Cancun hotel zone is tight), and a lot of their venues are indoors. Compared to other resort we stayed at in the Yucatan Peninsula, this stay was the riskiest of all. The hotel definitely seems to take things within their control seriously though. I think 2 days was enough time for us considering the amount of activities they had offered. I think if you're a relax by the pool/beach for the day kind of person, you would love this place. However, if you're looking for activities and culture, there are better all inclusives you can stay at!

Yelp
From the get-go, we had an issue with the transportation. We requested pickup but our representative did not send us a confirmation email. If she had, I would have noticed it was shared and requested private service. Instead we had to wait for over an hour with a bunch of spring break teenagers for our ride to arrive. Since they did not have our transportation on file, I had to call and schedule it right then and there at the airport. On day 2, our water was out in our room for the majority of the day. They gave us no information about if and how it would be resolved and no plan B for what we'd do if it wasn't resolved. They said they couldn't move us rooms because there were "none" left available even though online it showed several were still open. I had to stand in the lobby for 2 hours making a scene for the manager to even offer anything to make it right, at which point they gave us a 50 minute massage (even though we already had spa reservations for the following day). It was clearly intended to get her out of the lobby. They kept saying the lack of water to our room and a few others was out of their control but the response was absolutely within their control. They should've either moved us to another room or called another one of their properties and arranged for us to be placed in a comparable room. Once the water turned back on at about 6PM, it was orange/brown and smelled like sewage, so we still couldn't use it. Our butler Rosa (who is very kind and we were not upset with at all) told us to run all of the showers and faucets until the smell cleared. It took hours for the color to be clear and the smell to be gone, except in our bathroom and one of the sinks which is still smelly and yellow. On March 5,, we go down to the pool and sit in a normal chair. We stayed there for one hour and staff came over and kicked us out because it was allegedly reserved for members, even though there were no signs indicating that it was reserved. Humiliating to be kicked out after already sitting there for an hour. We had already ordered drinks and had a server. Incomprehensible why no one told us? By the time someone informed us, there were no seats left because everyone came down at 7 AM, left their towels on the chair, and then left for hours on end. I asked why no one was monitoring that situation so that other guests could use the pool seats and they said they'd start now. We then had to go to the beach and hunt for chairs, which we had to set up ourselves. I had to personally drag two chairs over from the storage space along with tables. My partner again went inside and waited a half hour to speak to management and finally someone came down. When I wasn't able to get any information yesterday about the water, it took me leaving a google review for someone who could rectify the situation to come talk to us. She was the head concierge. Her primary concern seemed to be the google review being taken down; not our experience. She then said she's sorry today for my "perception" of the experience, which was incredibly condescending. We did not perceive losing water for most of the day and getting kicked out of the pool, we experienced it. Their solution was to start monitoring the pool for people holding seats (should've been taking place all morning), and making an "exception" to get us pool seats tomorrow. Refusing to compensate us other than the free massage we didn't want. The staff here are wonderful and work so hard and it's not a reflection of them. It's the condescending management who throw their hands up and suggest nothing can be done.
