The staffs are outstanding especially the two concierges named Rocio and Cesar, they both helped me throughout my stay at Le Blanc from arranging activities and making plans. I loved the drink that Rocio recommended to me after we had a brief conversation about work and life one night to get to know the staffs like having a conversation with a friend. The hospitality staffs were great in helping to maintain the cleanliness and making us feel comfortable during our stays. Byliyoel and Rodrigo, the hospitality team on my floor was so accommodating that they help setup our romantic night out and got the Jacuzzi ready for us to enjoy after our night out. It’s like visiting a close friend home where they are the best host. No doubt this is the most exceptional hotel I had ever been in, the service level is extraordinary. The next time I come back to visit Cancún, I will absolutely be staying at Le Blanc. For those who had never experience what a 5 Diamond hotel is like, I would recommend staying in Le Blanc for 3 days, just so you can absorb what’s it like to be king.

Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun was a magnificent destination for our family vacation. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and serene—perfect for unwinding and enjoying a truly worry-free experience. The resort offers exceptional amenities, and every on-site restaurant we tried was first-rate and absolutely delicious.||However, the highlight of our stay was the superb service we received, especially from Alessandra. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our trip unforgettable. Alessandra consistently went above and beyond to ensure our family had an enjoyable, seamless experience. She anticipated our needs, often assisting us before we even asked, and made us feel like we were her top priority.||In the short time we were there, Alessandra became like family to us. Even when she wasn’t physically present, she made sure someone else was there to take care of us—Javier stepped in and did a wonderful job continuing that high standard of service.||It truly felt like Alessandra’s mission was to make our vacation stress-free, and she exceeded all expectations. When we return to Le Blanc, we will absolutely request her as our host or concierge. Her exceptional service made this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had.||Thank you, Alessandra, and thank you, Le Blanc, for a perfect experience!

Visiting right now. For context, this is our 9th trip to Le Blanc Cancun since 2011, and likely our last. We've returned so many times because the boutique-style resort, service, food and amenities have truly been top-notch. Unfortunately, the consistency of the past is no more. The service is still great and the food is good, but the resort has clearly sold so many Palace Resort memberships that there is now a hierarchy among guests that makes non-member guests feel like second-class citizens, from availability of dinner reservations, to spa appointments, and especially for chairs around the pool. Nearly 100% of chairs are reserved for members around the pool from 6am onward. Non-members, who still pay upwards of $10,000 for a week's stay, are relegated to the less desirable spots. Not sure why Palace Resorts would take this approach but Le Blanc now feels akin to a typical timeshare hotel. It is no longer the high-end boutique experience we've come to expect and not worth the price tag. |Despite the above, certain individuals try their best to navigate these challenges. Thank you to Chris, Jeanette, Marine for their hard work serving around the pool. Jose, Lucinda, and Yessica too. And Maira at the indoor bars.|All said, if seeking a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive 5-star experience, try Grand Velas Boutique in Los Cabos.

Blown away by the service. The restaurants were all fantastic. We made reservations for Yama and Lumiere before our trip and were so happy we did. ||The buffets were out of this world, amazing selection and top-notch dishes.||The service we received made us feel like royalty, and we are just regular old people and we felt so bougie. 🤣 very quiet hotel, the beds were amazing and even the pillows were fantastic!||Our butlers Billyjoel and Rodrigo were the BEST. So helpful and so friendly! Always making sure we had everything we needed and even suggested things we didn't know we needed.||The room service option was great for days we needed to be up and at em early for excursions and it was always delivered to the room fresh and precisely on time. ||We came in July and the seaweed was too terrible to swim in the ocean, I didn't know that was a thing, but the pools were really nice and made you feel like you were in the ocean with the infinity edge.||

Staying at this resort was magical! The views were breathtaking, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. Every corner of the resort was beautifully maintained, with stunning pools, beach access, and cozy spots to relax. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, perfect for both rest and adventure. I felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way. Can’t wait to come back to this little slice of paradise in Mexico!

This place is amazing. They greet you with moist towels, a flower and coconut milk...you are treated like royalty here. Everything is immaculate. The service is beyond compare. Everyone is over the top nice and attentive. The food has been out of this world. So many delightful choices and the presentation is stellar. Billyjoel and Rodrigo were our very attentive butlers and they were so accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. They even suggested things we hadn't thought of. We ate at The Lumiere and Yama (reservations required for both) and they were out of this world. Even the buffets here are incredible.

If you are on the fence with booking, just do it. You will absolutely love it! Allison at the front desk was so welcoming and om point with our check in. Our highlights from the trip were the live music country band, The Cash and the violinist player Jorge Casas. Not to the mention the amazing food, our favorite being Yama restaurant which we went back to 3x. Shout out to Chef Freddy! |Dunia and Suemy from the spa gave my husband the best mani and pedi right before our flight! We left feeling so pampered. David from LeBlanc even made sure I had my rajas made fresh before my flight. The service was absolutely exquisite at this resort and I can’t wait to be back. The only feedback I would share is to play more music by the pool areas.

Leblanc Resorts and Spa in Cancun was an amazing time. We were greeted at the door with a coconut drink, gave us a special welcome impression. Brando checked us into the hotel explaining a lot to us as it was our first time in Cancun. He was very informative. We even had a Butler at our service ! Edgar was so courteous and attentive. Out of all the restaurants I definitely recommend the Japanese food. From the staff at the pool to the bartenders and waiters, the service was outstanding! Thank you for making my Birthday special. I cannot forget about the delicious crepes made by request. DELICIOUS
