UPDATED REVIEW 7-30-23:
In A Nutshell:
-Came back to LeBlanc Cancun after a few years.
-I'll tell you honestly that this luxury hotel is still top-notch & worth the price.
-The things that changed were the restaurant names (i.e. BlancFrench is now called Lumier, BlancItalian is Bella, BlancJapan is Yama, etc...)
-Staying here this time around I really took advantage of all the workout classes like TRX, pool spinning, yoga & pilates.
-The gym here is very good with top of the line equipment, plus cooled towels, iced herbal water, cold water bottles & healthy snacks.
-I highly recommend taking advantage of the Hydrotherapy, which is consists of a routine of sauna, steam, jacuzzi, cold/heated pools plus a scalp massage w/ drinking several shots of beverages like chorophyll water.
-You should also use the spa shower/bathroom facilities if you have to check-out and need a place to freshen up before heading to the airport.
-There is always free entertainment like a fire dancing show, magic show & live music or DJ.
-If you were offered resort credits, keep in mind that now you can only use up to $250 in the spa (it used to be more).
-You can also use the resort credits on select excursions or their gift shop (which is just a small section within the gift shop).
-Even if you use the resort credits, you will always pay 16% tax so nothing is 100% free.
-Some things that were not on the list to use resort credits that you should know are the wine tasting at Blanc restaurant & Mexican wrestling (lucha libre) show at the Isla Shopping Center.
-The daily lunch buffet at Blanc was really a highlight b/c everyday there is variety of the food (i.e. whole roasted turkey, porchetta, etc...)
-At the main pool there is one day they offer a seafood spread during lunch at 12:30pm, they had stone crab which was a very special treat, it's first-come, first-served, so once it's all gone, it's gone, so I suggest standing in line ASAP.
-The customer service is very good from the welcome, butler, workout instructors, restaurant servers, pool concierge, etc...
Overall, this is a great place to vacay, you will truly enjoy your stay here & if you are like me you might buy their $299 certificate deal to use within 18 months to stay at a reduced rate to save a few hundred bucks.
