Our recent stay at Le Blanc Los Cabos was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail. This was our third visit in two years, and the resort continues to impress us.||Outstanding Team Members||- Aaron, Diamond Concierge: From the moment we booked, Aaron ensured our trip started smoothly. He handled all our preferences, including spa and restaurant bookings, and even accommodated my request for a special juice since I don’t drink much alcohol. During our stay, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.||- Trinidad, our butler, was exceptional. One night, when my wife was having stomach issues, he showed great concern and went out of his way to bring her ginger ale and offered to help with anything else she needed. Giovanni, our butler at night, always ensured we had the perfect aroma from the essential oil diffuser and provided us with pillow spray for a restful sleep. In addition he was able to goto the store and buy my husband an electric razor to trim his beard since he forgot it at home (a bit surprised that beard trimming is not offered at the Spa).||- Ceasar, Pool Concierge: Ceasar was the highlight of our trip and deserves recognition as the best employee of our stay. He made us feel comfortable and at home, even checking on us when we weren’t in his section. We see great potential in him and hope to see him grow in the hospitality industry.||- Pool Staff: Victor was the best pool server, always polite and professional. Ulises also provided excellent service, and we appreciated his kindness. Juan and Sebastien worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces and always had jokes to brighten our day.||Dining Team:||- At Yama, the food was consistently excellent. German, Pedro, and Alonnada ensured we had a wonderful dining experience.||- At Lumier, the new manager was friendly and nice, while Rafael provided superb recommendations and wine service.||- Habibi: The updated menu by Habibi is even tastier now, and we look forward to seeing more innovations in the future. We also really like the breakfast their on Sunday & Monday.||- Bella: Was as good as ever. Victor, our server, did an excellent job, and the tiramisu table side cart was a fun and unique touch. However, we missed the affogato espresso served at the table during our previous visits.||- Ocean: setting has a lovely ambiance, but the food has remained the same. Service can be slow at times, but we genuinely appreciate Edgar and Wendy. They consistently came to our table to check if we need anything while we wait for our meals. The Diamond Dinner was enjoyable, but we didn't find any of the dishes particularly remarkable.||- Breakfast at International was great, with outstanding service from Miguel. However, the poached eggs were too sour due to an excessive amount of vinegar in the water.||- Concierge: Bianca was friendly and did her best to accommodate our pickleball schedule, which we appreciated.||- Spa: Rosa, my massage therapist, was incredible, providing two amazing sessions with her exceptional skill and technique.||A special treat from Isabel, the ice cream and churros lady, always had a smile and brightened our day.||Cocktail class was fun. Aaron the bartender paid attention and made sure all we have some fun during the class. We can’t wait to try some of the recipes at home.||Activity: Julia “miss energy”, who never gets tired and always has a welcoming attitude||Thanksgiving Dinner Party: The Thanksgiving dinner was impressive once again. Many hotel holiday buffets are disappointing, but this was extremely well executed. We did notice that some of the food was labeled this year (we left feedback last year) but not all, making it hard to know exactly what some of the items were or their ingredients.
