We had an amazing stay at Le Blanc Cabos and were truly impressed by the level of service, the quality of the food, and the overall amenities. Everything at Le Blanc Cabo felt elevated and thoughtfully executed—easily the most exceptional all‑inclusive experience we’ve ever had, whether on land or at sea.
There were two areas, however, that didn’t quite match the otherwise outstanding standard:
• Butler service: While the butlers were polite, we didn’t find the service particularly helpful for our needs. We’re self‑sufficient and tech‑savvy, so we didn’t require much assistance, yet we still felt obligated to tip at the end. It created a bit of awkwardness rather than added value.
• Spa service: I experienced poor attitude and service (or the lack of) from one of the attendants in the Aura Spa. I brought this to the attention of the spa manager and hope it has been addressed. One suggestion for the spa manager would be to prioritize hydrotherapy access and attendants for guests who have scheduled spa treatments.
Despite the above, our overall stay was outstanding, and Le Blanc Cabo remains the best all‑inclusive resort we’ve visited. We look forward to returning.
