Such a great meal! The scallops for the entree were divine! I had the chicken dish, partner had pot au feu, both fabulous. Dessert was Montmartre Brest. Nice service, atmosphere!

Excellent restaurant! Really lovely and delicious food, all fresh, with great friendly service, and a varied wine list. We are very satisfied customers. Highly recommend!

Misleading Opening Hours – Disappointing Experience We headed to Le Bon La Butte with children, looking forward to a nice meal based on the opening hours listed on Google Maps. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience. The doors were open, but the staff informed us they weren’t serving yet. It felt like the earlier hours online were posted just to attract more tourists. For a place in such a popular area, we expected better attention to detail and a more customer-oriented approach. I hope they update their online information and take more care in managing visitor expectations. A little effort in this regard would go a long way.

Good overall, we had mussels, fish, couteaux and some vegetables for starters. Not sure about the quantities that I found a bit small. The white wine selection is great and service really friendly. Would recommend for a tasty and cosy diner.

Best meal I’ve had in Paris. Small cozy restaurant with amazing staff. (Sorry guys I didn’t catch your names) you deserve a raise. Loved the razor clam starter and the main course. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is visiting.

Our group of 4 had a stellar experience here for Sunday dinner. We tried to dine Sat, but they sold out of their menu in 1.5 hours! Apps: broccoli guacamole and gyoza were unique, tasty. Mains: Veal chop (daily special), tuna, simmental beef - really incredible, highly recommend. Dessert: chocolate soup with a house-made mint syrup and whipped cream, (heavenly! Not too sweet.) We also had a cheese plate. Shout out to the new director, Martin, who is fantastic! He has impeccable taste and he truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. This place clearly cares about its top ingredients and execution of dishes, and it’ll remain a highlight of our dining experiences in Paris.

My family & I had dinner here and it was really lovely. It’s located a few minutes from the Sacre Coeur on a quiet street. My wife had the lamb which was amazing. They let us try the wine to help decide and the service was great. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

After a long day of wandering Paris, I happened upon Le bon, la butte and it was just what I needed- good food, a nice setting, and warm service. My waitress was so sweet and very patient with me. A great place to dine or hang out if visiting Montmartre.

Yelp
We went to visit Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and the surrounding neighborhood. All of the tourist restaurants seemed to offer a similar menu. We kept wondering down the hill, off a side street, where there were no tourists or souvenir shops. An empty restaurant with bouillabaisse on the menu!! We tried that plus mussels with pork. The server, Mathilde, was amazing pairing wine and ultimately desserts for our meal. Turns out we were just a bit early for dinner. When we finished at 9:30, the place was full, with locals. This is a hidden gem, didn't show up on google maps search, Yelp or Chat GPT! I am proud to be the second Yelp reviewer!

Yelp
We spent a very pleasant morning with friends and their dog up in Montmartre on a 2 hour guided tour organised by a very charming girl - she took us around the various sites where artists, poets and writers lived and told us about each one. Not cheap but I recommend her...will try and find out her contact info & write up another day At the end of which we were a little hungry...our friend knew 2 restos....both full, either no space at all or a long wait. We wandered about and went past this place...literally...we looked at the menu, not exciting, virtually empty...at 13h on a Saturday in a tourist trap, empty??? We went back and entered...they were expecting bookings but had 1 spare table. We sat down and had a longer look at the menu...and after a little discussion go/stay we decided to try it out We each found something to eat except no starter for my partner as too many things needed or had bread and she can't take refined flour...so soupe a l'oignon, couteaux, 2 steaks (mine as usual well done please!), St Jacques and canette...followed by a cafe gourmand, espressos and a dome chocolat...washed down with a very nice bottle of rouge (picture to follow)...only just realised it was 62€ which was probably the reason we didn't have another...I would say totally exorbitant even if nice It was all very good...and yes, a totally tender, well done steak for me...it can be done if they could be bothered...service fine...the only poor thing was the cost of the wine, its unnecessary and we probably would have had more if better priced
