Spent one night in Matera, which was far too short. Was recommended this place and it was amazing! See photos for food, but it was so delicious. Local wine was exceptional. Another local digestivo to end the meal. Friendly service, fantastic food and drink. What more could you want?!? Try it, you won't be disappointed.

A Sweet Surprise in the Heart of Matera 🍨🍸 We stopped by this lovely spot in the heart of Matera just for dessert—and ended up having one of the most memorable moments of our trip. The dessert was absolutely amazing: rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with love. What made it even more special was that the staff created a custom drink just for me. It was thoughtful, perfectly balanced, and honestly better than most cocktails I’ve had anywhere. The attention to detail and hospitality was beyond expectations. Even though we only had dessert, the experience was so good that I can’t wait to come back for a full meal. A hidden gem worth discovering. 💫

Good food & good prices as well. We were served pretty quickly and the service was really nice. We sat on the terrace and could enjoy the beautiful view.

I dearly recommend! We enjoyed everything! The service was great, the waiter is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I think he might have been the owner. They have a very talented and creative chef. My husband had the carbonara which were made by the chef’s inspiration. Were the best pasta I tasted during all my trip. Seafood pasta also delicious, very strong fish taste. The pasta pommodori were also great! The shrimps also tasty. I didn’t have a taste of eggplant parmigiana but my friend said tasted amazing. About dessert I was also happy. I totally forgot its name, but the taste was amazing: the shell made from almonds and covered in dark chocolate and filled with an amazing cream. The tiramisu was classic, of course tasty. They also had a good prossecco, but I limited myself to one glass because was barely 12 in the morning. If I ever visit Matera I will come back again!

Everything beyond delicious. Alessandro, the waiter, super friendly and nice. Food so tasty that I almost shed a tear 😂 A place and moment to keep in memories forever. A must visit while in Matera. ❤️‍🔥 Thank you.

Bad reviews are old!! This is a must visit!! We had the most lovely lunch. The food was delicious, wine was perfect, and we sat outside to enjoy our afternoon in the sunshine.

Fabulous menu with quite a few seafood options. Atmosphere makes you feel at home. Excellent house red wine.
