Beautiful boutique hotel close to a shopping and eating district. The hotel is an oasis in the middle of the city. The courtyard is beautiful and the grounds well kept. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside having drinks every night. I had an excellent massage at the spa. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable.

Not 5 star in service and expensive||Let me start with the Pros;|Situated in a good area in Casablanca, this hotel has a beautiful courtyard and pool area where you could enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. |Breakfast had a good selection and is situated inside and outside. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. |Restaurant seemed very popular also with outside guests but we didn’t eat there we just had drinks. |Boutique hotel so smaller and not a hotel chain.|Good size rooms ( we stayed in a pool facing room and a lovely view overlooking the pool . |Nice Clarins products provided . ||Unfortunately the Cons outweigh the Pros;||The service at this hotel was not up to standard 5 star. We sat at the pool for 3 hours without a waiter approaching us , bringing a menu or asking us if we wanted any drinks. |Reception staff were sometimes not always present at the front desk and needed to be called at the office behind the reception.|We checked in as a couple , when entering the room there was only one gown and slippers, water etc- not ok for a 5 star.|Attention to details at this hotel is missing - flowers on the main reception table were sparse in the vases and wilting… |Upon checking in not even a welcome drink was offered ( not being petty but once again not 5 star)|Not enough toiletries were provided in the room. One bar of soap is not adequate for a basin, shower and beret. |Price for the room was overpriced .|Had a mojito in restaurant - was served in a long glass and looked like all ingredients were just thrown in. Not a very good mojito at all: |Additionally we were waiting to be collected for dinner, the hotel was filled with external guests waiting for tables at the restaurant so we struggled to find a place to sit and wait , besides the couch right by reception. |Breakfasts had a good selection but there were little insects flying over the food. Some of the food looked like it had been sitting without being covered for hours. |It was my husband’s 4th stay at this hotel ( my first) and unfortunately we won’t consider staying at this hotel again if they don’t improve their overall service . ||We stayed at many hotels around morocco and unfortunately this hotel did not weigh up to what we paid and all round service

I stopped by this restaurant for a light bite and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is calm, classy, and very welcoming. The staff were polite and attentive without being intrusive. I ordered something simple, but it was fresh, nicely presented, and full of flavor. A perfect spot if you’re looking for something chill yet refined. Definitely coming back!❤️🫶🏻

My first time staying here, and I’d definitely consider coming back. Service across the hotel and its two restaurants, Jazmin and La Pergola, was excellent — the staff were consistently attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. The food at both spots was high quality and enjoyable. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed felt a bit worn, but I imagine that will be updated soon. Breakfast is very good, and again, with a great service during it. A couple of small things: the lobby and patios can get noisy at night (you can hear it from the rooms), and I was surprised to find smoking allowed in the lobby bar (possibly cultural). Also, dining options in the immediate area are limited, so you’ll need a car to get around.

Just arrived in the hotel, very courteous reception staff, lovely room. We have gone down for a pre-dinner drink in the lobby bar which is completely ruined by a cigar smoking guest that has polluted the lobby with acrid smoke and heavy smell. It's incredible that such a fine hotel allows it's reputation to be ruined by such a selfish act.

I stayed at Le Casablanca Hotel for three nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was also a highlight: very good quality with a variety of options that made each meal enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with convenient amenities including available parking, which made things much easier. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to others visiting Casablanca.

This is a beautiful property. The staff are professional and polite. The terrace bar and grill is an amazing pace to hang out. Drinks and food are ok - pizza, sandwiches, etc. Moroccan cuisine would have been nice. The pool and pool service are also very good. All the rooms are non-smoking, but the restaurants and bars still allow smokers at any table. I'm not a fan of cigarette smoke while eating. A smoking ban at restaurants and bars doesn't decrease business. ||One major problem we had was a party in the outside pool/sitting area. The music was very loud and echoed into every room on the property. The light machine sent waves of various colored lights and strobe lights directly into every guest room. We were told this would end at midnight, but when it didn't and I went to inquire, I was told they "usually end by 1230-0100". When it finally ended just after 1230, a deconstruction crew was banging hammers and clanking metal pipes until around 0330. I understand the need for a hotel to have events, but I would not have booked if I was informed that I would not be able to sleep for one night of my stay. This property is not equipped to have an event and allow guests to sleep at the same time. Essentially the management is double-dipping by collecting event and guest revenue simultaneously, but not accommodating the guests at all. We were also told they placed a notice under our door during the day informing us of the event, but we never received it. Even if we did receive the notice, we had already paid for the room so were powerless to do anything about it. ||I would stay here again, but only if I was assured there was no late night event. Perhaps management should make it easy for prospective guests to know about this at the time of booking so there are no disappointing surprises.

The hotel is nice, the valley is amazing, and most of the staff are great. At reception, only one guy was excellent, but the other two were the worst I’ve ever seen. I stayed 4 days, and when I came back, they gave me a room with no AC and treated me with a very bad attitude. Instead of helping, they were busy making bookings for other people. The lady at the reception, honestly, I don’t know from where they brought her. I’ve traveled all over the world and never seen this kind of unprofessional way of talking on the phone – exactly like saying “reception not available اش حب الخاطر”. If this is how a 5-star hotel works with the amount of money we pay, unfortunately it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Please give proper training to your staff, because this is really a shame for such a place.
