Crepes were good and decently priced for what you get. Portion size could be a bit bigger but quality was good. I personally preferred the buckwheat as white was too chewy for me. We had both savoury and sweet options. Kids of course liked the sweet but I’m glad they had savoury options. Seating was more cramped and restaurant isn’t the most spacious so be ready to get cozy if you have groups larger than 4.

Quite mid tbh. Went here for breakfast on a Monday morning around 9. Perhaps because it’s located on a touristy street, the atmosphere here was more modernish than i expected, playing pop songs in the background. I like how they let you byo crepe so that you can have all the ingredients you like. I got a buckwheat crepe with spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, asparagus, raiser beef, and pesto sauce. The portion was okay, though I expected it to be more filling than it had. The taste of the buckwheat crepe was mid, not giving out a lot of flavor, and its texture was more rough than another one I had in another crepe restaurant (which I liked better). The veggies fillings were just fine, nothing special, and the roast beef also lack in flavor and seasoning, making the entirety of the dish tasted kinda dry and bland. Overall just a OK restaurant, nothing outstanding. Personally wouldn’t return. I’d say if you’re really looking for a NICE & DECENT crepe restaurant, try other places (e.g. Le Billig) that’s more authentic!

We drove up to Quebec City for four days of vacation. We stayed in the upper old city so we could walk everywhere. We found this restaurant by just walking past. We had two sandwiches and finished it off with a banana strawberry choc crepe. All were very good. A great lunch. Our server was very nice.

Google
The restaurant inside is small and they don’t have outdoor patio dining area like other restaurants on the same street. Their food is good and I am happy to see they have crepe with chestnut spread that USA don’t really have it anywhere. Crepe has both sweet & savory. Bacon sandwich is surprisingly good as well unlike American’s salty bacon, here’s a lot lighter and less salty.

Google
First time here. Quaint little restaurant. We stopped in for breakfast. We had one sweet and one savoury crepe. Both were delicious in their own way. Our only complaint is the coffee was very mediocre. We had a drip and an americano and both were very average.

Google
The crepes were absolutely perfect. I loved being able to see them made. Seating was pretty tight, but all of old Quebec is tight, so it is in character. No complaints!

Google
Absolutely incredible crepes! While traveling through Canada, I stumbled upon this charming creperie and was blown away. The buckwheat crepes were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I tried both a savory crepe and a sweet one topped with fresh strawberries, and they were both phenomenal. The plating was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted homemade. Bonus points for the cozy stone wall interior and friendly service. One of the best meals of my trip—highly recommend!

Google
Delicious stop! We split a savory crepe and a sweet crepe. Both were great. The savory was Choix #7 (Bacon, fresh spinach, tomatoes goat cheese, basil pesto). Sweet was strawberries and bananas with a maple syrup drizzle. Both with flour. I wish we had tried the buckwheat out of curiosity. Chai latte was also good -lots of cinnamon, a little less cream/milk than I am used to but had a good flavor.

Yelp
We sat at the counter and had the bonus of being able to watch the crepe chefs at work. The crepes were amazing and I will be back! Shared a savory crepe and a dessert crepe. My mouth is watering remembering.

Yelp
Excellent meal In the QC !! Crepes ! So delicious. We tried 2 . A sweet and a savory ! Plus a Kir royale and a dirty chai latte for me. Drinks were great and the cocktail was so pretty ! Latte could have been a bit stringer in chai taste but was still nice and creamy. We had the pesto and veggie crepe and the strawberry and chocolate crepe. Oh boy. Beautiful presentation on the sweet ! We opted for ice cream on top instead of whipped cream, highly recommend that switch. The pesto was delicious and fresh. Loved the cheese and veggies mixed into it. The strawberry chocolate was awesome . Light and crispy crepes. All freshly made. The service was fine and the place was nice and cozy. Great little discovery around the corner from our hotel. Really enjoyed this meal . You have to come here when in QC !!

Yelp
Great service, excellent crepe menu with a variety of different style coffees to start your day in Québec City. The resto has sweet, savory or gluten free crepes with vast array of fillings to suit your fancy. Breton has limited seating, so on the weekends it can be an arduous affair. Coming early will certainly help but be advised it does get busy there very quickly.

Yelp
Line not too bad for lunch, only about 15 minutes. Had the buckwheat crepe with egg, spinach and goat cheese, but they omitted the egg by accident. To be honest I love buckwheat, but this made for a drier crepe. Sister had the ham, cheese and asparagus with bechamel, she thought the cheese could have been meltier. Overall delicious with a little side salad. I'd definitely return to try the sweet crepes.

Yelp
Friendly staff serving a delicious assortment of wonderful sweet and savory crepes. Both the crepes and the coffee were delicious. Located in the heart of the old town.

Yelp
A nice little restaurant with with great service and lively ambiance. It was a hot and sunny day on a weekend afternoon. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were seated beside the window, which was really comfy. We had sweet crepe with banana and chocolate, and a savoury crepe with roasted beef, egg and cheese. Both were delicious and nicely presented. Our server was excellent with wonderful and caring service. Definitely I'll recommend this place if you like to have a good meal while visiting old Quebec

Yelp
Came in because of recommendation by the internet while in Quebec. I like the windows open up and allow fresh air in to the restaurant. The interior feels very family friendly. Very busy almost always a line the twice I can to Quebec. But the Service is on the most part good as it is very busy. I always order their roast beef crepe as I prefer their savory over their sweet variety of crepes.
google avatar

Yelp
Went in during a nice non-busy hour and was seated immediately. Service was very kind and attentive. It's quite loud but has a good amount of seats. It's kind of dark inside. There is free wifi. I ordered the white flour crepe with apple sauce and vanilla ice cream. The apple sauce was quite nice, sweet and sour. It had apple bits in it too which was a pleasant surprise. The ice cream was good as well, and the crepe was well done. I would have preferred if the crepe was a bit thinner. It costed $13 before tip.

Yelp
Delicious crepes and enormous hot chocolates. Very cozy atmosphere although quite busy. Service was prompt and polite. Would definitely return.

Yelp
The good the bad and the ugly. This is a very popular stop. Very friendly staff and I really enjoyed my breakfast crepe. Unfortunately our second crepe was both dry and had little custard to make up for the overly cooked crepe. My Dirty Chai came near the end of service. Maybe offer a coffee in the mean time as it was almost an hour. I'm sure if you come you might have a completely different experience and we would certainly give them a second chance but we will give an honest review. We understand the rush of the crowd.

Yelp
Have to go here when in Old Québec it's a good thing off season usually long line up to get inside

Yelp
This place is super busy for good reasons. We were seated after waiting about 30 mins at the door. You will definitely get to know your neighbors because you are seated very closely to the table next to you. Since we came for brunch, I picked the choice of white flour crepe of #6 with eggs, mushrooms, asparagus, Swiss cheese, and they all come with bechamel sauce and it was delicious. Hubby made his own version of a "burrito" crepe with different meats, cheese, veggies and he was super happy. The latte here could had used more caffeine but the crepes are the superstars here.
google avatar

Diana D.

Yelp
We stopped here for brunch. Even though the place looked crowded from outside, there were plenty of tables indoors that could accommodate a large crowd. The interiors had rustic decor and felt cozy. We ordered mimosa and cappuccino to drink, along with a veggie and meat crepe. There are a lot of great options for crepe lovers here. The crepes were good. Staff was pretty friendly as well.
google avatar

Angel B.

Yelp
Over half an hour wait time. But folks who came out said something along the lines of "it's worth the wait!" The staff is great. The food was delicious. And it was surprisingly filling. This was our last day in Quebec City and I felt good until we drove into Vermont many hours later. Take a look at the pictures all over the walls while you're there. The vibe is like a diner but the service is like a restaurant. Bon appetite!

Yelp
Um, having arrived on a Monday after 2pm into QC, there are very few places open - never mind for a late lunch. It was a long walk from Hotel 71- we kept getting lost on which hill to take so we enjoyed the cozy warm atmosphere. That was a plus- sitting in the quaint retaurant window booth was enjoyable. The turkey crepe had sliced deli turkey that was so thin and not much in there. My banana nutella crepe was tasteless. Soup was the best part of the meal. We warmed up and left hungry.
google avatar

Sami N.

Yelp
Really cute small spot on the main strip, had a variety of options, including gluten free. Tried the dirty chai latte which was delicious. And created my own gluten free omelette. Waitress did advise there is no guarantee of no cross-contamination.
google avatar

Lawrence U.

Yelp
Place is small. Right in the middle of old Quebec. Place has a long line. Service was fast for us. The crêpe was savory and combination blended well.
google avatar

Jenny G.

Yelp
I am so glad that I did not follow the negative comments and got this place a try. The crepes, cafe, and service were 5 stars. For me,I like my crepe to be simple, so I build my own. I ordered a white flour with fresh strawberries and whipped cream with msole sauce on the side. It was just as I expected. The crepe had a crispy edge with lots of fresh strawberries, just enough whipped cream. My daughter had their choice E. Strawberry, whipped cream, and chocolate. It was a lot of chocolate. Shr's a chocolate lover, so we enjoyed hers. My latte was on point. We went for a late lunch at 11 and had no lines. Fast service, delicious crepes. Our server was so nice. I would go back next time.

Yelp
Great service and atmosphere for lunch during the German Christmas markets. Portion size was great and nice wine selection
google avatar

Yelp
Very good crepes. Expensive, but everything in Quebec is expensive. Two crepes and a drink were about $40. Tasted good.
google avatar

Dee W.

Yelp
Homey, classic comfort food. I've visited this restaurant numerous times through the years and love that it tastes as good as the first time. My favorites are the apple custard crepe and the ham or chicken and asparagus.
google avatar

Adam N.

Yelp
Been coming here since I was a kid. My favorite stop in Quebec City. The crepes are amazing as always. Fantastic options to make your own crepe. I typically go with the pizza crepe. Good beer and drink selection as well. The service is usually good, and the place is small and quaint for a good ambiance. Gotta finish off the meal with a butter sugar crepe. Unreal!
google avatar

Yelp
We were a party of 6 and got seated right away, but the waiting time for our food was about 30 minutes. We ordered their breakfast special the Breakfast Crepe, I ordered mine with a buckwheat crepe, and their le' omelette. The breakfast also comes with a drink, I ordered a hot chocolate. I've had better crepes elsewhere. I wasn't impressed with this place.
google avatar

Julia M.

Yelp
Great spot for brunch right is the middle of the old town area. It's on a very cute cobblestone street which is pedestrianized. The interior is stone and dark wood and there is booth seating. The buckwheat crepes and some toppings are vegan and they offer soy milk on their coffee menu. I had the buckwheat crepe with strawberries & chestnut creme and a soy mocha. Everything was delicious. The menu is in English and French and the staff speak English.

Madalynne B.

Yelp
The crepes were amazing, but the real star is the hot chocolate. It's the best I've had in my entire life. Customizable options, and allergy friendly options (gluten free). We came here twice in one week and both waitresses were very nice and helpful. The overall ambiance is nice and cool with warm tone lighting, a friendly atmosphere, and great decorations everywhere. We got a savory crepe - choice 5. And a sweet crepe - strawberries with maple butter, whip cream, and chocolate.
google avatar

Jade L.

Yelp
One of my goal while visiting Montreal and Quebec City was to try as many crepes as possible. We went by here after dinner and was very pleased. The place was busy and you can see the gentleman making crepe after crepe. We were seated right next to the crepe kitchen and watched the magic! We ordered: Crepe with apple filling a la mode Buckwheat crepe with chocolate filling, bananas, and strawberries a la mode (sub whip with vanilla ice cream)
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
Great crêpes and awesome café sortilège! I just wish they didn't stand right over you when you're selecting the tip amount lol
google avatar

Matt G.

Yelp
Just WOW! We had the smoked ham, Swiss, asparagus and (drum roll) béchamel sauce crepe which was legendary. Finished up with the butter, sugar and custard crepe. Just got a chill thinking about it! Top it off with a long espresso- viola!
google avatar

Zach H.

Yelp
Very accommodating staff. I started off trying my best French but they were nice and switched to English for me. I got a crepe with chocolate and strawberries + coffee for breakfast. Pretty decent!
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
We enjoyed dinner at this restaurant. Small dining area by the bar caused me to have to move my chair several times. The service made up for the cramped quarters. We found the crepes delicious, and they had plenty to choose from. Won't have to drop a fortune to eat here. Right in the middle of all the pubs and shops in Old Quebec City.
google avatar

CheRie O.

Yelp
Aaawww what a gem! Cute little spot where you can see how the crepes are made. Totally delicious. The service was fast and staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Try it if you're in Old City Quebec.

Yelp
Great service! Busy, little place. We waited to get in. Very friendly and prompt service. Decent pricing. The food we had was good, not great.

Jessica C.

Yelp
Excellent crepes and coffee. The restaurant was very busy, but we were able to be seated quickly at the counter, where we had a great view of the crepes being made. Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend for breakfast if you are in the area!

LYNN L.

Yelp
We shared the savory crepe with ham, asparagus & béchamel sauce. For dessert, we had strawberry, banana & chocolate crepe. Both were very satisfying choices.

Jill R.

Yelp
We enjoyed our savory buckwheat crepes for lunch. We sat at the bar so we could watch the masterful crepe making. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. We can't wait to go back for sweet crepes! Great hot chocolate and maple cafe au lait as well.
google avatar

Kate F.

Yelp
Fairly small restaurant, and from what I can tell, it's seriously understaffed. After we were seated, it took almost 20 minutes just for our waitress to come over. The food and drinks came (no exaggeration) an hour later. The crepes were good, but definitely not worth the wait

Nelson 6.

Yelp
Disappointing! Our galette was burnt to a crisp . Only good thing was the specialty coffee drinks.
google avatar

Alina A.

Yelp
Cute place. Smart strategy to create lines outside is to not seat people and take a while to do literally anything. From outside, looks like it's so full and there's a line, you think that it should be amazing. Well, think twice. Got a table decently quickly, however, took a long time to just order. Then even longer to get 2 crepes. We got one buckwheat savory crepe and white flour sweet one. Buckwheat was much better as it was actually cooked through. The regular white flour crepe was thick, uncooked and chewy. Their French ancestors must be horrified. Overall, the waiters were very nice but very slow. Unfortunately do not plan on coming back or recommending it. For the amount of time spent waiting and the quality of the crepes, there are definitely much better places.
google avatar

Jessica J.

Yelp
Cute little breakfast spot! There was a wait but it wasn't too bad. Good took a while but it was worth the wait. I personalized my crepe and it was so good. Get the melted cheese!

Zoe T.

Yelp
OMG! Best Hot chocolate I have ever had in my life. You can ask for it in a normal cup or even a soup bowl! We got two crepes and they were amazing. I wish I lived here and could come back because I would every day. Ambiance is great and we were seated really fast but lunch is rush hour. I loved this and would recommend for sure.

Yelp
Extremely dissapointing experience after being a long-time customer; while the food tastes great, service is un-smiling, mechanical, with a total lack of genuine caringness and joie-de-vivre. Multiple mistakes in the order, no proper apologies or compensation offered from the service staff. On another note; this restaurant prides itself of having a gluten-free option (displayed on the menu). However, when asked to take proper measures to ensure no cross contamination, nothing was done. I was able to look at the chef cooking my meal, and the measures I had asked for were not taken, and therefore caused a lot of pain and discomfort. Very dissapointed, for a high price point. Please do better for your celiac/gluten-free clients. It is a very serious disease, and if you cannot provide a proper gluten free meal, do not advertise it as such :(

Bea W.

Yelp
Good service and friendly atmosphere. You can choose your own ingredients for a dinner crepe or a dessert crepe. Crepes were just ok. Over cooked and not as many ingredients as I would have expected. Fresh vegetables though - and that's better than many!
google avatar

Pranav K.

Yelp
The average reviews are spot on for the most part. Seems like most restaurants around old Quebec are staffed by seasonal young staff and there is no incentive for high quality service or even having a simple system to take ones names down to get seated. Someone came after 10 minutes of seating to take the order and then the crepes came 20-30 mins later. Got the bacon spinach goat cheese on buckwheat and the bechamel veggie ham on regular flour.

Shari N.

Yelp
Delicious crepes I had buckwheat with blueberry filling vanilla ice cream and whipped cream Husband had white flour with apple and vanilla ice cream So so good
google avatar

Kelli W.

Yelp
Lovely location in the heart of lid Quebec. Attentive service and cafe au laity was divine.
google avatar

Myles H.

Yelp
We had the breakfast crepes and french toast. Both were excellent. Service was quick and friendly. We sat in the front of the restaurant where you can watch the food being cooked. Will return the next time we are in Quebec City.
google avatar

Sam S.

Yelp
Just loved this place! Totally worths the one hour wait! Amazing food, it is very small inside but who cares. The juices are real juices freshly squeezed Orange and carrot juices were the best! Chocolate crepe was awesome! My dad tried a savory crepe with roast beef and that was great too. Love it and will definitely be back!!

Yelp
Very solid crêperie located in the heart of Old Quebec. The restaurant was well decorated for the holidays and had cozy booth seating with views of the Main Street. We came on a Friday afternoon to quench our hunger from the day. When we walked in, the service was a little strange: our waiter mentioned that we were one of the only few to come in. This was just a bit off putting but they didn't stop us from enjoying our meal! We ordered the chestnut filling crepe and the strawberry, banana, and chocolate crepe. The team swiftly made our crepes in front of us thanks to the open stove concept. Our crepes arrived fresh and hot off the grill! I took my first bite of the chestnut crepe and I fell in love...it was decadent and had the perfect amount of filling as to not overwhelm but to accompany the crepe. The ice cream was also the perfect temperature. The chocolate fruit crepe was well prepared as well. I would recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a solid crêperie in old Quebec!

Chad D.

Yelp
Vegetarians are not 'angry'. When choosing the crepe from the breakfast menu special, I asked them to change the ham to spinach. She was happy to do it, and did not inform me that I would not be getting the breakfast special price. I asked to speak to the manager, who also told me that she was the owner. She seemed to be insulted that I'd expect them to change the 'formula'. I've been coming here since the 1980's. Restaurants that want to charge me $5 or $6 extra because they don't want to accommodate vegetarians are really misunderstanding how to treat customers. The manager's response was to tell me that "YOU'RE JUST ANGRY". I left this bad business and chose to eat at another crêperie down the road, which was excellent.
