I would like to express my deep disappointment and frustration with an incident that occurred during my recent stay at Le Cattedrali Relais.|| ||I chose your new place for my stay because it is owned by a you, 3-star Michelin chef. I already tried the Bistrot in Torino where I enjoyed the food and service. Top Class! Given the high standards and exceptional reputation associated with his establishments, I expected a similar level of excellence at this hotel. It was for a special date for our couple.||||On June 1st, I checked out after 2 days of stay. We had a very good time and great experience till then. Unfortunately, I did forget 2 items in the cupboard: a jacket and a raincoat. I noticed the incident when I reached home in Switzerland. I felt my first dissatisfaction. I should have been called by the hotel as soon as they noticed that I left personal items in the room. ||Nevertheless, I called the hotel, and they only found my jacket. The raincoat disappeared; in simple words it was stolen . This incident has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, particularly given the value and sentimental attachment to the item.||||Following the theft, I promptly reported the incident to the staff. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response. The customer service I received was not at the level I would expect from a luxury hotel even from hotel director. ||Specifically:||- There was a lack of urgency and concern regarding the theft.||- The staff provided inconsistent information and failed to follow up as promised.||- I was not offered any form of compensation or assistance, leaving me to handle the situation on my own.||||Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel regarding this matter, I have not received any updates or confirmation about the possibility of retrieving my jacket. ||||The lack of communication and inability to ship the jacket back to me have further compounded my frustration and disappointment. I did need to ask a 3rd party to support me in this case to get back my jacket.||||Very Very horrible situation and experience
