Le Cattedrali Relais by LAQUA Collection

We should have known not to enter this hotel when we found ourselves stuck at the entrance gate/barrier for ten minutes on arrival. After getting stuck twice more at the gate we asked 2 different staff if there was a code we could use for the gate if we got stuck again, but they both told us there wasn’t one and that we should phone them each time we got stuck. On our third conversation about the gate, the staff member gave us a code to use if we got stuck again. The inconvenience and annoyance at entering the hotel could have been better dealt with. |Checked in, room was fine and housemaid service was good. Some confusion over two differing DND systems…. The worst part of our stay was breakfast which took 45+ minutes after sitting at a table before we got drinks and food (there was only one other table occupied so it wasn’t busy). Breakfast served was minuscule and over-fussy when it did eventually arrive. One of us asked for some whole fruit but they could only serve us chopped up over-ripe and bruised fruit made to look like we were at a tea party. This was all made worse by the fact that a member of the staff management was sat behind us watching it all unfold and could have stepped in to help her paying guests and floundering staff. We didn’t take breakfast for the rest of our stay as it was so painful to sit through. We definitely will not be returning to this establishment which appears to have a very odd management style and little regard for its guests. We’d even go as far as to say we felt unwelcome as a gay couple to stay in this establishment.

Fantastic experience! A big thank you to the entire hotel team. We came as a group of 12 for a one-night party and were truly impressed by the high level of service and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is modern, high-quality, and clearly very well managed. Every detail was carefully considered — everything we requested was arranged perfectly. The team was flexible where possible, especially with early check-in and late check-out. The wine tasting in the cellar was unforgettable! And the location is excellent — just 1.5 hours from central Milan via the autostrada

Lovely location and tasty food. We ordered the full menu (6 courses and started with champagne) but ordered ‘half’ wine pairing glasses as we had to drive back to our appartment and he be seemed to understand our request. At the end of the evening he charged us however the full price each/ clearly a miscommunication but you would expect to see a correct bill rather than just an explanation on why he was right… not the level of service you would expect from a M star restaurant.

We had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and efficiently organized everything we needed, including wine tours and restaurant reservations. The chef’s talent stood out, and we returned after enjoying our first meal. The restaurant staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased and look forward to returning

We have been there end of March and the place is just gorgeous. Thank you so much for this enchanting stay. The hotel mixes art and comfort, and you really feel the serenity of the place. We had a beautiful room and the hospitality staff was attentive to all kinds of requests. We especially recommend the massage, it was one of the best we ever had. The dinner was just superb and again, we had real professional service. The breakfast is a moment you will never forget. I won't say more about it, I let you the pleasure of discovering it.

I would like to express my deep disappointment and frustration with an incident that occurred during my recent stay at Le Cattedrali Relais.|| ||I chose your new place for my stay because it is owned by a you, 3-star Michelin chef. I already tried the Bistrot in Torino where I enjoyed the food and service. Top Class! Given the high standards and exceptional reputation associated with his establishments, I expected a similar level of excellence at this hotel. It was for a special date for our couple.||||On June 1st, I checked out after 2 days of stay. We had a very good time and great experience till then. Unfortunately, I did forget 2 items in the cupboard: a jacket and a raincoat. I noticed the incident when I reached home in Switzerland. I felt my first dissatisfaction. I should have been called by the hotel as soon as they noticed that I left personal items in the room. ||Nevertheless, I called the hotel, and they only found my jacket. The raincoat disappeared; in simple words it was stolen . This incident has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, particularly given the value and sentimental attachment to the item.||||Following the theft, I promptly reported the incident to the staff. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response. The customer service I received was not at the level I would expect from a luxury hotel even from hotel director. ||Specifically:||- There was a lack of urgency and concern regarding the theft.||- The staff provided inconsistent information and failed to follow up as promised.||- I was not offered any form of compensation or assistance, leaving me to handle the situation on my own.||||Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel regarding this matter, I have not received any updates or confirmation about the possibility of retrieving my jacket. ||||The lack of communication and inability to ship the jacket back to me have further compounded my frustration and disappointment. I did need to ask a 3rd party to support me in this case to get back my jacket.||||Very Very horrible situation and experience

A beautiful, secluded paradise. We had an amazing “mini-honeymoon” in Le Cattedrali in May. The place was recently opened and it’s an incredible oasis. There are just a few rooms, big spa area with outside pool and outside lounges where you can enjoy the amazing nature and sunsets. We loved this place. The dinner was exceptional, with an impressive selection of wines. The staff is very friendly, attentive and you can notice how much love and passion they put into this place to make it a 5 stars experience.

Beautiful place, extremely nice staff, modern, stylish and well decorated rooms and venue. Excellent food, top menu served by friendly people.
