What a beautiful view and comfortable rooms. Great valet service and polite staff at all areas. However, few maintenance points lacking in the room. Coffee machine water tank was so slimy that I complained twice, was not solved. Bathroom sink was smelly as not cleaned. Lights were flickering in some places, and was quite irritating specially as the lights were turned on automatically when moving around. No easy access for electricity points to charge mobile phones, laptops top. La Table Adrien with 1 Michelin star was a total joke of flavours and we left without finishing the dinner. I am very sorry to report that I am not coming back to this hotel to pay these prices and get what we got. Do get me wrong, service was very nice and polite. Its the management that needs to act.

Extremely underwhelming for a “5-star” hotel. Rooms are dated but big. Location is good. There is a very small pool that allows for 7-8 lounge chairs. Service: The staff smiles and seems polite but is incompetent for most basic things. The hotel offered to book private ski lessons for us. The ski instructor was not a good teacher and we gave that feedback right after the first session and asked to replace. The hotel did not indicate any issues with replacement or provide any feedback from the school. When we arrived the next morning fully expecting a new instructor and asked the hotel concierge / reception for the name of the new instructor. They told us they needed to find out. Turns out it was the same one. The hotel knew since the previous night and agreed with the school to keep them, the hotel provided no solution and planned to charge for a full day of private instructor when we didn’t want to ski with them. We had to contact the school ourself and work out a solution. Had we known we needed to do that, we could have avoided losing a whole morning of skiing. The hotel doesn’t seem to have a healthy partnership with the school and doesn’t care for its clients. Clients should book directly with the schools. Hotel should either own it’s services fully, or be transparent in telling the clients in working things out directly with the provider, or stop offering this service. We also asked the staff to make a reservation at a local pizza restaurant. They told us there was no availability. Having lost all trust, I decided to book directly with the restaurant and had no issues reserving the same night the hotel failed to do so (or maybe the staff didn’t care to even try). The unexpected positive is the polite and efficient shuttle drivers.

We did not stay here because we were already staying somewhere else. We dined here with family. They messed up all of our drinks and did not know what a dirty martini was. Staff was friendly. Service was pretty good but there were several mistakes. It was the first Michelin star restaurant I’d dined at and, quite frankly, I thought it would be better overall. A little overpriced for what we received but it’s to be expected in Verbier. Beware the stinky cheese fondue!!🫕 Skinniest stem in a wine glass I’ve ever seen!!

Amazing experience of Swiss excellence. From the views to the service, all was excellent! Highly recommend it for anyone.

We stayed for a family weekend and it was simply perfect from arrival to departure. Beautiful chalet and rooms, optimal location, most kind and helpful staff, scrumptious food (from breakfast to dinner, brunch) cozy bar with so many choices and helpful advice, amazing swimming pool with a view, indulging spa… bref merci d’avoir fait de cette parenthèse enchantée une réalité 🙏

We are a family group of seven and our ages range from 5years to 75 years.||There is something to please everyone, - swimming pool, hot tub, sauna,. Table tennis, table football and air hockey machine for the kids. Lounge and bar with magnificent views for the adults.||Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is so friendly and we have kept the reception staff busy with our requests - sorry guys 🤣 ||The hotel shuttle bus is always on hand to drive us into town or to the gondola stations.

The hotel was lovely, the service made it very easy to get a ski pass and the daily shuttle to the lifts and at night was always prompt and quick. My room was always cleaned perfectly on time, along with the turn down service every evening.

Excellent hotel, with very friendly and attentive staff. This was a repeat visit for us and we were very pleased that the hotel continues to maintain high standards. We have immediately booked to stay again next year. The only minor comment is that breakfast can be improved both in terms of what is on offer and the inexperience of some members of staff.
