We were the sole guests in this hotel for two nights in December. First impression was that it was "Olde Worlde" and needed modernisation, but things did improve. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and bath were excellent. Breakfast was superb with individual orders cooked freshly and delivered to our table. (No help yourself here!). The staff were very friendly and helpfuland minor issues were resolved quickly. It would take just a couple of minor improvements to get full marks. The room was rather dark; the safe antiquated and hard to reach , for example.|But overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and fantastic hotel with a great location. Personnel extremely helpful and accommodating. ||The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate||Personally experienced a heath issue in the middle of the night in which the hotel staff acted swiftly, professionally and beyond expectation and we are very grateful for their service.

This place is like staying in a fairy tale. The service is impeccable. The rooms are beyond comfortable. The breakfast was exquisite. Love these properties! It was a great stop on our 25th anniversary trip through Champagne. Merci Oiseaux!!!

We had a lovely stay for 1 night . The staff were lovely and the hotel is very pretty . The breakfast was a really good French breakfast . Wish we had longer to stay but we were on our way to Chamonix for a friends birthday . Would definitely come back and stay here again .

We had an overall excellent stay. ||A lovely room, quiet, warm, clean. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a pleasure, including making our little canine friend super welcome. We loved the breakfast each morning, the local cheese is a must! ||Unfortunately, the dinner restaurant has no chef. It is simply reheated pre-prepared food, and at an astronomical price. Too late once we realized. Perhaps the owners can be more clear on this. Better to go elsewhere in Troyes for dinner. ||We were surprised that Amex was refused.

Le champ des Oiseaux is in the historic center of Troyes, really charming and well situated. We went as a family and it was just perfect, very quiet, amazing beds, pillows everything was ready including travel cot. It is a real gem. The a breakfast was delicious, bespoke and very large quantity. A lot of attention to the details and customer needs. We did not have the time to try to pool but it looked beautiful and tempting. In short, we loved it there, heavily recommend and will go again!

We stayed here for a night as a stopover on our trip to the South.Centrally located,clean,lovely decor and the added bonus is the pool so peaceful and serene.Great communication from Maria re restaurant recommendations and local knowledge.We will return for sure.

Right in the heart of the city of Troyes, below the cathedral and the old bishop's palace. A charming timber frame dwelling. The building has been beautifully restored and provides a charming and relaxing environment in which to stay. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming.
