We ran into Le Chantilly walking in the heart of Toulon's pedestrian area. It' s actually a historic french brasserie with an elegant style and cozy terrace. Friendly staff and amazing food, I would say home made even much better! Highly recommended for lunch or apero time!

We walked down the street and saw this little place. Went in, asked for iced coffee and frappe (ice cream and some strawberries, etc). The service was OK, yet, when I said Iced coffee, I just ment cool cappuccino, and the waiter wasn't explaining nicely that I was wrong and that in France, they're calling it differently. He didn't explain how, just to say, next time, each part of it differently - milk, espresso, and ice cubes. Oh, well. Except for that little indicident, it was great.

A sweet little place to stop while walking through Toloun. We ordered two espressos and enjoyed one of each of their house breads (pain au chocolat and a croissant - both splendid). The little cookie that came with the espresso tasted fantastic when dipped in it. Everything was just 7 Euro.

Miserable waitress ( tall with dark hair) in fact just rude Walked over and just stood there. It took me, the customer, to wish HER a good morning. Ordered Capacino.. which is served in a glass with a straw. Also an orange juice. She just slapped them down and walked off. Face like death, no smile, no greeting, no thank you .. nothing.

Gorgeous brasserie from 1907 overlooking the Fontaine des 3 Dauphins. Perfect setting to grab a coffee outdoors and watch the world roll by.

My friend and I went to this place while we were passing through, and waiting for a train which was 2 hours later. The waiter was odd from the first minute when we asked if there was seating available inside, he said "if you can find some place, sure, there's seating inside". After we get inside, we waited a few minutes for the lunch menu. When we finally caught the waiter's attention to ask for the menu, he said "only salade, lunch closes at 3pm". It was exactly 3:01pm. Had they not delayed getting us a table or a menu, we would have been able to eat lunch. Terrible service.

Tourists beware!!! Don’t let the setting fool you, this is not a place to spend your money. Neither the prices nor the attitudes are friendly. While the majority of the employees can speak English, they will choose not too, allowing you to stumble. Spend your money elsewhere.
