Le Charme

We stayed at this hotel over the last few days and can confidently say that it was not a 3 star hotel. To start off with some good things - The receptionist was really friendly and greeted us well. Breakfast was good! However, the room did not meet our expectations. The comforter was dirty and not clean. There were shoe marks in the bathroom which remained for 3 days even though we got the room cleaned daily. The bidet shower had mold on it and was dirty. The bathroom sliding door kept coming off and was almost about to fall on me. The room was very tiny, there was not enough space to even walk around. Even the bedsheets were not that clean. I will not recommend this hotel.

LeCharme is like the name suggests, a charm. I stayed 6 days and loved it... Comfortable, everything you need for a longer stay. What stood out is the wonderful attention, friendliness and helpfulness of Liliana, she helps you with anything you need to make your stay awesome. The owner, Pablo, is also wonderful. He comes and says hi to his guest's to make sure all is good. Great people!! I highly recommend booking in LeCharme.

Subió mucho el nivel. Es atendido por sus dueños nuevamente y se nota en los detalles. Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme hace unos años, y fui este verano nuevamente, gran cambio. Los felicito y muchas gracias por la calidez.

Un lugar muy acogedor atendido por sus dueños . Muy limpio y todo muy prolijo . El lugar muy bien ubicado . Recomiendo plenamente .

Excelente lugar para ir en pareja o con la familia. Muy limpio, muy bonito todo. El desayuno muy abundante. Creo que se nota que es atendido por sus dueños, eso marca la diferencia.

Divino. El lugar re acogedor. Acaban de reabrir los dueños, atienden con mucho entusiasmo. Todo muy limpio, cómodo. Re buena ubicación. Rico desayuno y vistas espectaculares desde el cuarto. Ah, la pileta climatizada un plus en la estadía, y además nos comimos una fondue. Muy rica. Que más se puede pedir! Fue un viaje fusión suizo patagónico.

Un lugar con calor de hogar, acogedor y tranquilo, por sobre todas las cosas. El personal es cálido y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo cuanto necesitamos, nos asesoraron con mucha dedicación sobre paseos y excursiones. Esta todo impecablemente limpio y muy bien decorado con estilo patagónico. Súper recomendable!!

Pésimo servicio de parte de la dueña un desastre 0 recomendable. Además de ser incómodo las habitaciones y los baños super chicos horrible.
