The quality of service is very poor especially at the restaurant. The reception desk people are rude and unhelpful when we pointed out something is not right in the bill. Me and my wife stayed at the resort for 2 days. We had dinner at the restaurant one day. None of the staff could speak English. After several attempts we ordered only 1 menu as the menu was unfamiliar to us. The waiter also forgot to serve us wine and had to be reminded twice. They served us 1 menu divided in two plates which we were OK with.we also said it’s OK if they want to give us just one plate we could share it ourselves. However at the checkout we were charged for 2 menus which costs 55 euro each.So we paid for extra 3 course menu which we never had at first place. When we brought this to their notice the restaurant manager refused to agree this. This is very unprofessional according to us. When we asked them after our dinner for the receipt the manager refused it saying that we will send it to the reception directly. Be careful with them and always ask for a bill for any extras that you take there right on the spot.

We recently enjoyed mother-daughter spa day at the Château des Thermes, and it was a truly relaxing experience. The beautiful building and surrounding park create a serene atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful escape.||Various pools, both indoor and outdoor, offer something for everyone. The zen areas are wonderfully designed for unwinding and reflecting. The beauty treatments and massages were excellent, with skilled therapists using high-quality products.||The lunch buffet was varied and refined, with an outstanding selection of desserts. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a pampered experience. Quality drinks available throughout the day added to the feeling of luxury.||Overall, the Château des Thermes is a haven of relaxation. The stunning surroundings, variety of pools, excellent treatments, delicious buffet, and professional staff make it a must-visit. We look forward to returning for another day of bliss. The room is very well thought and spacious. Great breakfast. The spa area is spacious , clean and offers a variety of experiences. A special note to the staff, who was always friendly, nice and professional: from the desk, the bartenders, the cleaning staff, the waitresses, the beauticians … they made our stay even nicer.

We really enjoyed the spa, rooms are decent, breakfast and lunch are nice quality as well. There are a lot of saunas and different realxing areas. The environment is also beautiful. We have enjoyed the outside areas the most. One thing I would not order again is the dinner as it was nothing special and took many many hours to receive all the courses.

Just went for day stay. Amenities were very good and not overcrowded. Lunch was very tasty! Would not recommend going if English is your language. Signs were in other languages but not English. We were not shown around so had to work out where we had access to without being able to read signs. Communication was difficult and felt like they were annoyed at having English speaking guests. The bar guy actually rolled his eyes and shrugged at us and then served person behind. Upon leaving Cecile was very friendly which gave me hope that maybe we just interacted with a couple of staff having a bad day. Maybe ask for a quick tour when you arrive - this may help.

Service could be so much better, not a nice experience. Accusing us of going into the wrong treatment while they actually made a mistake. And then once they realize, not even an apology. The location and facilities are nice but I never want to go there again because of the terrible staff. Rude girls as well working in the spa area. Restaurant service was inefficient and some waiters are actually the ones working in the spa, no joke. When we wanted to order desert and asked for the plates to be removed after already waiting with empty plates for a while, we were told to wait as "they are working in order of the tables" (excuse me?) we then informed the waiter we will never come back again.

It is somehow regrettable…coming since 3 years, the Standard and service quality decreased remarkably in this period. Rooms could be cleaner, interior starts looking used…in the Saunas a lot of details are broken, tiles missing in the hammam, sauna oven wooden pieces broken/removed…if the Ressort charges superior prices the service and mainentance also needs to be superior, but unfortunately it is not any more the case…we are coming every year the same period in July, since 3 years every year the restaurant serves the same menu…on the positive side, the staff is very polite and friendly. Especially the ladies at the reception (there especially courteous Ms. Melanie). Perhaps it would help to have a customer satisfaction survey because the Ressort never listened to its customers the past 3 years…
