This bed and breakfast hotel is wonderful! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist area of Paris but within easy access of the tourist area. The place is spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable. They have the best shower I’ve ever been in with lots of pressure and the water takes no time to heat. The owner is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices. Each item is delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Second time we stayed here. Great location at 5 min walk from Metro ( M12- Convention) and 10 min walk from exhibition centre. Very quiet street. Large room and also large bathroom. Super breakfast included.

Le Clos d'Oliviers is a very nice and cozy Bed and Breakfast with beautiful rooms with Nespresso machine and waterkettle and tea amenitier which I appreciate a lot. Madame Haude is a very kind host and staying here is almost as staying at home.

The stay was simply wonderful. A gracious hostess, great furnished and very clean rooms and an incredibly good breakfast with fresh juice, scrambled eggs, fresh croissants and baguettes from the nearby bakery. Everything your heart desires!|The accommodation is very quiet in a side street - you can even leave the window open at night without being bothered by noise.|You really had a feeling of coming home - and 1500km away from home!

Le Clos de l'Olivier is an understated, boutique hotel and a great bargain. It sits in a modest neighborhood with a number of quite good take-away food shops nearby. It's close to a handy Metro station that connects easily to a number of lines and to the lovely George Brassens Park. Also within a five-minute walk are several very respectable cafés with good food and friendly service. Rooms are very clean. Ours was spacious. Breakfasts are excellent. My only complaint is that it's difficult to locate at first because the signage is almost non-existent.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le Clos de l'Olivier, which is a charming Bed & Breakfast with style and personal touch run by Haude Bruzeau. We stayed in one of the 4 spacious, lovely rooms, enjoyed a delicous breakfast and felt like being at home. I have booked already for my next stay :-)

We were traveling with another couple and stayed at Le Clos de l'Olivier for four nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. It's a little far from the main sights but just a few minutes to the metro which made getting around easy. Also, we found some great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

On a quiet low traffic cobblestoned close. Easy walk to Metro. Simple metro trip to central Paris landmarks. Lots of restaurants. Roomy accom. with double sink, separate toilet. Tasty continental breakfast.
