We have used Le Collectionist a few times now, in Corsica and Mallorca, and they do not disappoint. The villas are superb, exactly match the description and if they are premium, then they are premium, you won't find a hidden cement factory nearby or find the view is of a power pylon. Their service is superb in terms of entry/exit/arrival, and along with a thoughtful box of goodies at the villa, they gave great ongoing suggestions for restaurants/supermarkets and beaches.

Our recent family stay at Villa de Paris in Puglia was nothing short of exceptional. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way, offering all the luxury, comfort, and high-end amenities one would associate with a five-star property. From the beautifully designed interiors to the immaculate outdoor spaces, every detail was carefully curated for an unforgettable experience. We were particularly impressed by the seamless booking and service provided by Le Collectionist, which made the entire stay stress-free and truly enjoyable. A perfect setting for a relaxing and indulgent family holiday.

My experience with Le Collectionist was exceptional and truly made our vacation seamless. From the moment we arrived, they took care of every detail - organizing our airport transfers both ways, planning beautiful excursions like the wine tour that we loved, and being incredibly responsive to our needs. What impressed me most was their flexibility and speed with last-minute requests. When we decided we wanted a spa day or needed groceries brought to the villa, they handled it quickly and efficiently. Having Le Collectionist coordinate everything made bringing both my family and my wife's family together so much easier and more manageable. They took the stress out of planning flights, reservations, and activities, allowing us to simply enjoy our time together.

We stayed at “Masseria Miria” on the site. Gorgeous. Staff were perfect. Villa was fully serviced. This was my first booking with Le Collectionist. I’m happy to report they are a legitimate company and everything ran smoothly. This was a vacation that dreams are made of.

Le Collectionist is a highly reputable and professional booking company. The employees speak and write English perfectly making booking very easy. They are responsive to questions and support you throughout the process. Villa Hermès is a charming modern villa perfectly situated within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, markets, the casino, and the beach in the fabulous town of Deauville France. Deauville is great as a base for exploring Normandy with most common sites within an hour's drive. If you choose Villa Hermès, you will love the house and love the town!

We had a very disappointing experience with Le Collections. For a company presenting itself as a luxury villa rental service, the so-called concierge support was completely unreliable. They advertise it as included, but in reality, it adds no value — you are simply overpaying for the villa rental, while the “concierge” service is little more than words. We booked a boat 6 months in advance, only to be told the night before that it had “broken.” The replacement was poorly managed — full of delays, extra charges, and zero accountability. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Even basic requests such as changing linens or assistance with luggage were handled unprofessionally. The overall experience was marked by poor management and a lack of responsibility. In short: you are not getting a true luxury service, just an overpriced rental with unkept promises.
