Very known place to eat the cassoulet from Toulouse and other specialties. The warm decor is inviting to savour delicious specialties from the area and local wines; we has a cassoulet served in the typical dish, one assiette toulousaine (magret, saussice de Toulouse and confit), bread and an assiette (a plate in English) of 3 cheese with a delicious green salad with a croustade flambee (Armagnac) plus 2 espressi. Red wine was local: a Gaillac.
Staff is Great: so smiley and so nice!
