Very known place to eat the cassoulet from Toulouse and other specialties. The warm decor is inviting to savour delicious specialties from the area and local wines; we has a cassoulet served in the typical dish, one assiette toulousaine (magret, saussice de Toulouse and confit), bread and an assiette (a plate in English) of 3 cheese with a delicious green salad with a croustade flambee (Armagnac) plus 2 espressi. Red wine was local: a Gaillac. Staff is Great: so smiley and so nice! Price is good! Nice decor!

A lovely resteruant with the friendliest staff and a great atmosphere. The wine the waiter recommended was very tasty. We had the Prestige menu and the Cassoulete was amazing and so filling.

I was seated without a reservation with no problem. I had the extra ordinarily tender lamb shank cooked in honey and served with a good selection of garden vegetables. I asked for and received a petite salads vert even though it was something not exactly on their menu. The man and woman running the dining room were excellent. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The wine recommendation was outstanding. This is a place not to miss.

Had an incredible meal with incredible service here. Both the foie gras and cassoulet were insanely good. Will return the next time I’m in Toulouse for sure

Their menu emphasizes the ingredients in their cassoulet and it's true that the Toulouse sausage they use is absolutely fantastic. The cassoulet dish itself is well executed and lives up to the hype, slightly too dry for my taste. Honestly I can't say it is the best, since there are just so many out there. I'll try some other dishes next time.

Incredibly delicious food and excellent service here. So glad I stumbled across it. The waiting staff really looked after me. The 3 course meal was amazing. A great place to try specialty dishes local to Toulouse, and the owner was also very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my evening.

Passing by the place we made a reservation for the same evening. The food was superb but the service was very slow and non attentive at all. The food arrived first, far before the bottle of wine and i had to serve myself to a clean glass after waiting at least 5 minutes although our waiter had taken with him the dirty one. Those things are not acceptable if you are paying a bill of € 165.00

The cassoulet was delicious and their chocolate mousse is also highly recommended.
