On arrival staff friendly and helpful and then not to be found.|Room is in need of refreshing, mattress is long past best by date. |Room not as clean as it should be and shower in particular was filthy. (Purchased product to clean it ourselves in order to use)|Experienced load shedding and some kind of backup power should be in place.

Hi Faizal, your hospitality wasn't pleasant at all, thought I should share with u. U made me feel unwelcomed from the minute I walked when talking about the payment issue. Secondly carpets were dirty, lastly but not least, u called me in the morning after I left to check if I'm coming back even before checkout time, I'm sorry buddy but it was just unpleasant feeling to be by ur place. I can also see it from my partners face that she's also not happy after she stood outside as if we have been chased. My feeling is that u were more interested on our money other than accommodating us. I might be wrong. But look it's done its done. Don't think I will ever stay there. My sister and I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, outside area well groomed and the breakfast buffet was out of this world...delicious. If ever we are back in South Africa we will be staying with you again. Your friends from the United States.

Rooms are in disrepair, cleanliness standards are low.

After my home had been through a flood it felt like I had nowhere else to go. This was my sanctuary for just one night. Thank you for the opportunity to feel the beautiful energy in this space. I would like to thank Venoth for his amazing service. Definitely recommend this place.

The rooms we stayed in were minuscule - we were traveling with two suitcases and the only room to open them was on the bed! There simply was no space on the floor to leave the suitcases open! Everything in the room was either tied or fixed to something to prevent theft - which prompts some questions about the view on guests.||The mattresses were really worn out so that sleep was not very comfortable. ||The "pool" is ridiculous - it's more of a water basin than an actual pool (approx. size: 2mx2m). ||The biggest annoyance, however, was breakfast: upon arrival we were informed that breakfast was served until 8 o'clock in the morning - and that these times were "strict", no exceptions allowed! With check-out until 10 o'clock I really cannot understand these breakfast times - and the tone in which this is promoted is not making you feel very welcome. ||The only positive thing about this gesthouse would be its convenient location in a safe neighborhood and its proximity to the highway for Johannesburg airport.

Le Cozmo is great! Busisiwe, the lady working at the guest house, is warm and so friendly. It's close to restaurants and shopping. I will stay here anytime I'm in the South

Had the best time at the guest house ❤️ room was super clean and the bed was comfortable, I highly recommend this place for couples who wanna relax and have a night out and get back to a comfortable clean bed. Will surly visit again.
