Le Creuset Boutique

This location is awesome full of all sorts of Le Creuset items all of which are worth every penny and every color and design you could possibly want 10 out of 10 totally recommend. They are definitely an investment, but worth it. The store was clean. The staff was friendly and there’s plenty of parking.

The Le Creuset store in KOP is beautiful and I was surprised and thrilled to see so many items on sale. They also had the new colors and seasonal shapes. Gorgeous store! Christopher was so knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy at all, and I love the item I purchased. It's now a "must go" location when I visit the KOP mall.

Morris was a godsend in my neurotic pursuit of specific colors and styles. He was nothing but helpful and friendly when I called to inquire about a number of colors available in-store. He searched his inventory and hooked me up with the last one of my dream pieces that has been sold out everywhere. Thank you, Morris, for a painless exchange and ending my Artichaut collection hunt!

The lady w dark hair working at the shop has a horrible attitude, rude and arrogant. Not sure what makes her feel arrogant about working at Le Creuset. Won't back....

If you know what you're doing in the kitchen, Le Creuset is second to none. In fact, they set the bar well beyond any competitor's reach. There will be things that I do that no one will be left to understand.'" - Charles Péguy As it pertains to this particular boutique, whatever they're paying Jennifer, it's not enough! She is professional, attentive, and courteous. With a wicked, but never inappropriate sense of humor, she found the product I was interested in, in the color I wanted, and then some more. She went we'll above, and beyond any of my expectations. I've called stores across the country, as well as other retailers that carry Le Creuset without success. Imagine my delight when I found Jennifer, and she found exactly what I was looking for, especially, since the product line was no longer in production. Five stars is not enough for the customer service I received. Perhaps, one day I'll take the drive down from Connecticut to thank her in person. In the meantime, don't forget to pay the lady! ;)

Very unfriendly lady at the register. The gentleman on the floor was looking for the item I had picked out for a while ended up offering me a huge box for it that won’t work to ship my item. Overall made me not want to purchase anything and they didn’t seem to be bothered. Id rather purchase from crate and barrel instead.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Stephanie at the King of Prussia store. Because the website was not working, I had to call the store to place an order. She was sweet, knowledgeable, efficient and made whole process painless. What a good reflection on LeCreuset!

I went in looking for a Christmas gift for my friend. A lot of the store was out of my price range. The sale associate was really great. She asked my price range and then showed me different options that would fit. I was able to find the perfect gift for my friend.

As a long time fan of LeCruset I was excited to visit and was delighted with everything I saw. While other stores like Sur La Table also carry the line here I found a wider variety of specialized cookery. Some practical, a rice cooker for instance with a vented insert that prevents boil over and some purely fantastical, do I really need an individual sized Dutch oven? Probably not, but it was so cute! If you fancy yourself an aspiring gourmand then a LeCruset piece is a definite must. The quality can't be beat. I have burned a dish beyond recognition and the pot scoured clean with ease. And of course there are the colors, not unlike Fiestaware, it's a rainbow. Yes the price tag may seem hefty but you will never have to buy the same item ever again.

[720] This Le Creuset location is located in the King of Prussia mall. It's a small location compared to the outlet Not many sales so that was a bummer Love the product Staff was eh. She talked to use but never moved from behind the counter. I doubt I'll be back since there is a larger selection in the outlet store

I have been coming to this store for over 5 years. I love the products and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I visited the Le Creuset store in King of Prussia PA. I purchased some bakeware which was not in stock but I was assured it would sent to my home in 7 to 10 business days. This was on December 9th. I did not receive my items so I began calling both the store and the main customer service number. Customer service failed to return any phone calls even after I left numerous voice messages and sent an e mail as well. The store manager finally got back to us and assured us the items were in transit. Some of the items were delivered on December 20th others were missing. Once again I began calling the store and customer service as well. No one seems to know anything. I have names, dates and documentation. This is a poorly run operation and I would hesitate to purchase any products again. It's really sad such a big company doesn't care about their customers. I paid for items I have not received and no one is able to help me and correct this problem.
