16 Swim Trunks to Pack This Summer

"Activewear brand Rhone has some of the best tech in the game, its swimsuits being no exception. Available in a sleek navy blue as well as a litany of seasonal flavors. This suit has a mesh brief liner not unlike a compression short, so there's a good amount of protection if that's something you're into."

I had such a wonderful experience at the Le Creuset store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness from the staff. The employees were not only helpful, but incredibly knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to answer all my questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and even shared tips on how to care for my pieces. The store itself is beautifully laid out — bright, welcoming, and so well-organized. The displays are stunning and make it easy to visualize how everything will look in your own kitchen. Shopping here was a true pleasure!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to share my experience at this store. I recently walked in to this outlet store not sure what exactly I was looking for. I wish I remembered the girls name but she was a manager, I told her what I was looking to cook. She recommended a few pots. she didn’t try to over sell me anything just pointed me in the right direction. I ended up buying all 3 she recommended because of her knowledge on these pots. I must say my family loved how my beef stew came out :) great service ! Thank you Le Creuset

Shopping at the Le Creuset outlet was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all questions without pressure. The customer service would be enough to bring customers back, but the fantastic prices are a bonus. I will definitely be returning soon!!

Le Creuseters Eastern Region

In all across America, there have been so far 2 that have horrendous service. 1 in the Midwest, and this would be the one for East coast. The manager is lackluster, one female employees lies to you about start and stop dates on events to urge you to purchase items right away, and continue lying to you despite being clearly wrong, no apologies given, another is completely rude over the phone. Yet they speak amongst each other like rainbows and butterflies. This is the type of sales environment that’s common in the 90s. They ignore you when they see you have a return (a right of a customer within 45 days of being unsatisfied), they ignore you when they’re not sure if you’re going to purchase anything, but when they see you start taking interest on items, they’ll sweet talk you and start pulling items off the shelves before you’re even sure if you want it. And they’ll be even sweeter if they see you make a large purchase. The quality of items here at the store are also horrendous. Many of their first quality items have very large pinholes and/or scratches. The sales associate who lied about the store event end-date, swore that their first item pots shouldn’t have any visual imperfections at all…. Well I showed her all of it in the store, and she played coy. Many of their second quality items in the clearance section have deep scratches that according to Le Creuset’s standards, is to be deemed “unsafe” to eat off of. Yet these people sell them. I have no idea why they take all of them out of their box yet don’t make sure they place them properly on the shelves. I have never seen so many plates deeply scratched on the eating surface - worse quality than even the plates Creuset plates at Home Goods. Be careful buying over the phone as well. Sales associates won’t look over item to warn you of any damage. They’re just eager to make the sale.

Amazing location. Great employees very helpful. They checked in the back for an item I didnt see and suggested items that would go well with my purchase. Overall I loved the customer service and will be going back to get my Dutch oven!

Google
This is a great location if you buy. A shop from hell if you try to return. All Le Creuset outlets are like that. When you buy, they hand you the box, give you an apparent assurance that everything’s perfect inside (albeit Le Creuset itself claims the hand made nature of their products would rarely appear the same perfect shape). They rarely open the box for you, let alone offering you a detail visual inspection of the item. When you try to return, however, they would carefully inspect the item to death to a point, it’s just loony. Every single excuse they could found to refuse the return, they will use. With some luck, they will insult you too as if you are a liar. For example, if they see any scratch, they will blame you and claim the item cannot be resold, thus, cannot be returned. So, please do yourself a favor. Those people at Le Creuset Outlets cannot be trusted, no matter how nice they talk when you buy. Insist on opening the box, have detail inspection of the item before paying. Because, your good deed and trust will only punish you if you decide to return.

Andrea today was amazing, so helpful and efficient! We come here often enough that some associates come and go, and that’s ok. But Andrea needs to STAY. Great asset to the brand and this store.

Google
Absolutely horrendous experience from top to bottom. No resolution after speaking/waiting on hold for grand total of 8 hours and counting (on hold now…)! Spoke with 5 customer service representatives and 3 managers all who had no idea where my order is. Each individual gave me a different story whether it be new system causing delays, package is on truck, and my personal favorite we don’t know what’s going on… we need to reach out to our warehouse. Finally over it. Can’t justify spending $1,600 on pots and pans for this level of service. Requested refund. Promised 7-10 days. Going on 2-3 weeks… no refund. For all the praise surrounding Le Creuset I expected this process to be effortless. Absolutely absurd… I will never purchase a product with this company.

Yelp
After looking around a specialty retail store that carries this brand but did not have the item I was looking for, a sales associate whispered to me I could try looking at Le Creuset's Outlet store. Upon arriving, I noticed they were having a storewide sale inside. I was looking for a specific dutch oven (Sauteuse) so that we can not only braise our beloved meats but have a more multifunctional one. Due to the President's Sale where most items were between 30% - 40% off, we came at a very busy time. Yet through the madness, the sales associates were all patient and very accomodating. Things are grouped by style and they offer the more popular colors. Happy to conclude, they did have my Sauteuse in Marseille Blue. This outlet store carries everything from bakeware, cookware, and its accessories, kitchen tools, to tabletop. This small but mighty store carries it all! All the associates were wearing masks and there were plenty of liquid hand sanitizers found near every set of displays. So are recipe cards to help you tell your family, "what's for dinner."

Yelp
I love cooking with my Le Creuset French ovens, a.k.a. "dutch ovens". However, these things are not cheap. The 7.25 quart round oven, one of their most popular products, lists for $515. The street price at Williams-Sonoma, Sur La Table, Amazon, and the Le Creuset web store is $385. That's a lot for a pot. Which brings us to the Le Creuset shop at the Jersey Shores Premium Outlets mall. This store has a large selection of their cookware, bakeware, kitchen accessories, and even cookbooks, at substantially discounted prices, and seasonal sales with prices slashed even more. Chris, the manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a professional chef, and he gave me lots of advice on how to cook and care for the pots, some culinary tricks, and personal recipes. I got a new 7.25 quart round for $189, less than half of what it normally sells for everywhere else. It is first-quality, not a factory second. I love a good deal. If you are in the market for cookware, you should visit this store.

Yelp
Love this store! Chef Chris and his staff make you feel at home when you walk into the store. As much as the price is good, you want to go when there is special sale going on. Everything is top quality, even if the product is made for the outlet store. The store will allow you to store your purchase in the store room so that you don't have to walk around carrying these heavy pots and pans. Just drive to the back of the store with your car, call them, and they will bring the purchase to you. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Searching for a heart shaped cocotte everywhere until I reached out to this store. Chris was amazing with his customer service and was very helpful with every step to get this item shipped to my house. Thank you so much for everything! Best customer service ever!!!

Yelp
The store managers have a lack of sense of respect when treating customers. They judge you on the items you buy and are outwardly combative when you ask questions. They treat white customers much better than they do minorities

Yelp
Amazing service from Chris! It is certainly challenging to accommodate customers during this pandemic, Chris was so patient with us and gave us the attention and necessary recommendations when it came to the products. Will be shopping with him again!! Thanks again and I can't wait to get my pots!!

Yelp
A great store with anything you could want that is Le Creuset. The sales ladies were so nice helping me to find what i was looking for and able to find something that was on sale. I'll definitely stop in more often to see if i can find a bargain or if i need a great gift. Their products are always great!

Yelp
My wife is a big fan of Le Creuset cookware. I'm a big fan of the things my wife cooks. I'm not a big fan of spending a lot of money on cookware. For these reasons, I'm a big fan of the Le Creuset outlet. They have a standard discount based on how much you spend (if you're buying regular price items). The real bargains are their sale items, though. If you live close enough to go often, or if you don't care about having your pieces in the samecolor, you could put together a cookware set here pretty cheaply.
