Le Damantin Hôtel & Spa

I stayed at La damantin spa in Paris — it’s a 5-star hotel and overall a very pleasant place. Everything was nice and cozy, and the staff was excellent — very friendly and professional. But to be honest, it doesn’t fully feel like a true 5-star hotel. Everything was good, but something was missing — it didn’t have that “wow” factor. Considering the price wasn’t too high for a 5-star hotel in the center of Paris, in such a good area, I still think it was worth it. I paid around 700 euros, if I remember correctly. Everything was clean and well-kept. The only issue I had was that the room was small — but that’s really my fault for not checking the size in advance. I expected it to be bigger. In general, it was a good stay.

Our recent experience at this establishment was outstanding. The staff, including Sebastian, the doorman, consistently delivered attentive and helpful service during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, which offers convenient access to numerous historical landmarks and is situated within a 10-minute walk of a metro station. Furthermore, the hotel's location provided a clear view of the Eiffel Tower's nightly illumination.

The rooms are beautiful, with modern design and classic touches. I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff. I recently stayed at Le Damantin Hôtel & Spa for a special weekend, and it was a complete nightmare.| • Our room was filthy, with a persistent sewage odor throughout the stay.| • The bed was soiled with feces.| • Balloons I ordered were not as shown in the photos.| • Numerous promised services were never provided.||I submitted a detailed complaint with photos, emails, and messages, but the management offered only a 25% discount, which is completely inadequate. Even communications sent last year went unanswered, showing a pattern of neglect and unprofessionalism.||This experience is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. I hope management takes responsibility and improves their standards.

We truly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Le Danantin hotel. Originally, we are booked a few nights at a different hotel across town. We were very pleased to find this hotel with incredible views of the Eiffel tower. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was also nice to enjoy some of the spa amenities and wind down after busy days.

What an absolutely first class hotel . Every single staff member full of smiles and nothing was too much trouble , special mention to Guy Wonderful The rooms were fabulous , attention to detail was first class , food and presentation of the food excellent . The position of the hotel is spot on, Eiffel Tower close by and everything in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and spa !

it was rather pleasant to stay in the hotel, the overall hotel environment is clean. However, there are some miscommunication with the taxi pickups that affected our trip to the airport which is unusal with a 5 star hotel. I strongly suggest to double confirm the hotel taxi prices before getting on the taxi.

We had absolutely the best time in Paris because of Le Damantin! The doorman Guy made the hotel feel so welcoming. He always greets us in the morning and always has a smile on his face. Thank you Guy for making our trip so memorable.
