Our recent stay at Le Damantin was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, creating an atmosphere of comfort and elegance. From the moment of booking to our late checkout, every aspect of the experience was handled with remarkable professionalism and care. The staff deserve the highest praise—warm, attentive, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful, they are a true asset to the establishment. No request was ever too much trouble, and every interaction reflected first-class service. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and ready ahead of schedule, complete with a stunning bathroom that added to the sense of luxury. In every respect, our stay was faultless. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning soon.

I’ve been traveling for years and stayed in many hotels, but my experience here truly stood out. I walked into this hotel after being disappointed with another nearby, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming smile from a young lady at reception. The first impression set the tone for my entire stay. Every time I needed assistance, she was quick, professional and genuinely kind. What was supposed to be a short 2 day stay turned into 11 relaxing and enjoyable days. The staff as a whole were courteous and helpful, and the atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional. I want to especially recognize Shaina at the front desk for her outstanding service, friendly attitude, and professionalism. She truly made my stay memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Like other reviewers, I agree this isn’t a 5 Star hotel. ||After paying €1600 for a two night stay I was surprised and disappointed. ||The look of the hotel from the outside with building work going on and scaffolding up and the cramped and underwhelming reception area inside gave me the feeling this wasn’t what they were advertising. |It got worse when we entered our room. There was literally not enough space in the room to put two small carry-on cases anywhere that didn’t block a door. It didn’t have a view either so there was no reason for it to be this far off satisfactory. |I rarely complain but for the money paid this was a long way off what I was expecting and what other hotels deliver for similar or less money, so I called reception immediately so they could potentially rectify it. To be fair to them they sent someone up promptly who told me there was no chance of a change of room as the hotel was full but would look into a discount and would inform me the next day what that would be. This stopped us checking out immediately believing they would be reasonable. |The next day they wrote informing me there would be no discount but here’s a gift of some macarons. ||I’ve long felt that the star ratings for hotels is unsatisfactory and in the worst of cases allows hotels like this to significantly under deliver

I stayed at La damantin spa in Paris — it’s a 5-star hotel and overall a very pleasant place. Everything was nice and cozy, and the staff was excellent — very friendly and professional. But to be honest, it doesn’t fully feel like a true 5-star hotel. Everything was good, but something was missing — it didn’t have that “wow” factor. Considering the price wasn’t too high for a 5-star hotel in the center of Paris, in such a good area, I still think it was worth it. I paid around 700 euros, if I remember correctly. Everything was clean and well-kept. The only issue I had was that the room was small — but that’s really my fault for not checking the size in advance. I expected it to be bigger. In general, it was a good stay.

Our recent experience at this establishment was outstanding. The staff, including Sebastian, the doorman, consistently delivered attentive and helpful service during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, which offers convenient access to numerous historical landmarks and is situated within a 10-minute walk of a metro station. Furthermore, the hotel's location provided a clear view of the Eiffel Tower's nightly illumination.

Le Damantin Hotel & SPA is synonymous with refined elegance. The hotel's atmosphere is sophisticated from the moment you enter, with impeccable decor and a subtle fragrance that permeates the entire space. The rooms are beautiful, with modern design and classic touches. I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff. The service is discreet yet efficient, always ready to surprise with personalized touches. An absolutely delightful experience in every sense.

Pros: location, breakfast, modern interior Cons: Squeaky bed, loud construction at 7:30am, small rooms, view from window of cement wall, low shower water pressure. Hotel is advertised as romantic and excellent for couples.. It isn’t. Biggest issue for me, I couldn’t sleep past 7:30am thanks to the squeaky bed and loud construction noise. Bad hotel? No. But certainly not worth the money. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for this price.

I recently stayed at Le Damantin Hôtel & Spa for a special weekend, and it was a complete nightmare.| • Our room was filthy, with a persistent sewage odor throughout the stay.| • The bed was soiled with feces.| • Balloons I ordered were not as shown in the photos.| • Numerous promised services were never provided.||I submitted a detailed complaint with photos, emails, and messages, but the management offered only a 25% discount, which is completely inadequate. Even communications sent last year went unanswered, showing a pattern of neglect and unprofessionalism.||This experience is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. I hope management takes responsibility and improves their standards.
