Visited this restaurant on my last evening on holiday in Bordeaux, and it’s safe to say I left the best until last! I had the St Pierre menu and opted for the egg & carbonara sauce to start, the pork for main and the chocolate mousse for dessert. Each dish was a flavour explosion I’d never experienced before. The chef is extremely creative and has crafted some magical combinations of food. They are clearly very talented and passionate about what they do. The presentation was amazing as well - all of the dishes were like works of art. The service was outstanding as well. If you’re in Bordeaux id highly recommend visiting Le Davoli!
