I had an amazing stay at Le Domaine. The staff was very nice, food delicious and the pool is great. There are very beautiful sunsets. Our room was super spacious (100 m2) and clean. The bathroom is outside and very open, so you dont have a lot of privacy. The interior design is stylish. All in all we loved staying there and would definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely quiet and peaceful place to stay on the small island of La Digue. The nucleus of the resort is situated right on the seashore, the buildings of the two restaurants and bars are close to the nice infinity swimming pool and it sun beds. The site here is right next to a pleasant public beach that has a few four poster style sun loungers that the hotel s guests can use. This small beach also has the added attraction of areas of sea that are surrounded by walls built with small boulders so as to create shallow pools that are ideal for very safe use of the sea.| Just across from the heart of the resort is the main reception, the spa and a clothes store. Then behind that is a large area of well kept gardens and a forested hillside where all the hotel accommodation is located.|The accommodation here is very good, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, there are nice areas for relaxing on terraces or balconies and some villas, at the top of the range, have their own unique small plunge pools. The buildings are spaced out over quite a sizeable area and so there can be a fair amount of walking to do between the rooms and the main leisure and dining area but have no fear, there are plenty of buggies laid on, with happy, friendly drivers that can either come at your call to bring you down from your room, or take you back. For instance, after dinner when buggies can be found waiting around, just handy to run you back. It is a nice little courtesy service.|As already stated, the dining and pool area is by the sea and it is here that both the buffet and a la carte restaurants and the two bars may be found. The buffet “La Combava” is large and spacious and is interesting as every evening there has its own different theme, where the food and sometimes the entertainment leans toward a specific culture such as Italian or Creole etc. The food is pretty good and there are waiters to serve wine and beverages as well as conscientious chef’s and management that enquire as to your satisfaction with the fare of that evening. “Santosha” is the resort’s a la carte restaurant and I must say that dinner there was excellent. Particularly as we found with a beautiful red snapper dinner. “Santosha” is also open at lunch time and I can certainly recommend trying the Octopus or Caesar salads there then.|Finally the Infinity pool is great, it has water at a very pleasant temperature and its uniform 1.2 metre depth all over is great for either swimming or just hanging out in the cool water.|Le Domaine de L’Oraneraie has a beautifully chilled atmosphere and really is a slice of heaven in a tropical paradise.

We stayed for 3 nights celebrating a significant birthday. We arranged a seafood beach dinner and it was a highlight. The massage was great and the food excellent. Rooms were amazing: spacious and comfortable. The resort is in a good location, minutes from the ferry and next to a bike hire store. We cycled easily to all the main attractions on La Digue.

We spent a month in this beautiful place. We can only speak with the greatest appreciation about the location, the excellent staff, and the services that meet the highest demands. We enjoyed every minute we spent there to the fullest. Among the staff, we must highlight the security manager Mr. Amin, who was our constant support and an excellent host with his attentiveness and reliability. The restaurant manager provided us with unforgettable culinary delights day after day. We would like to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Erik, for his hospitable and attentive care. Mr. Sohag took care of the impeccable, comfortable, and spotless cleanliness of the villa, he is a great housekeeper. We thank you for everything and look forward to seeing you again. The best place in the world😊

Excellent hotel with outstanding service and great food. We stayed for five nights in the Domaine and really enjoyed all aspects of this great hotel on half board. Breakfast buffet offers really everything you need for a great start of the day, the dinner buffet was the best we ever had. Lots of variety of food, everyday under a different slogan. Rooms, equipment and service were outstanding, we highly may recommend this hotel for your stay on La Digue

It appears very nice but don’t forget it’s only a 4 stars hotel. No room service. No possibility to have your breakfast in your room. I had a see garden suite. In fact I was in front of a wall of trees.|The rooms are nice but be prepared to search for 10 minutes the good button to switch of all the light|There are little steps everywhere which is perfect to fall or hurt your feet.|The staff is very friendly but they are beginners. |Well, à wrong good idea

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the perfect choice. Le Domaine de L’Orangeraie truly deserves a 5-star rating. The attention to detail and personalized service are what set this hotel apart. Bright, the manager, along with his amazing team, Elvin, Ajay, Sohag, Vanessa; everyone truly, went above and beyond to make sure every single need was attended to. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The food was simply exceptional, each meal was a delight, offering flavors and presentation that created an unforgettable dining experience. My room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, stylish, and peaceful, with every comfort thoughtfully included. The whole property exudes serenity and elegance, making it the ideal retreat for anyone seeking rest, beauty, and impeccable hospitality. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in La Digue. I will treasure this experience and absolutely return again. Highly recommended!
