Le Dortoir Boutique Suites

We loved our stay at Le Dortoir! The room is clean, bed is exceptionally comfortable and the area is impeccable. You won’t find a better area. Yes there are about 3-4 flights of stairs up to the room but the staff help load luggages up and down. The stairs provide a nice workout to help with all that you eat on vacation. The room has a really modern but classic feel with a beautiful large patio. Thanks to the awesome staff and great experience!

Clean and perfectly petite interior (they have bigger rooms but we opted for the smaller one, which sufficed!), amazing location (close to the beach, in a beautiful part of town surrounded by pretty bistros and shops, 10 minute walk to the train station), friendly staff! Heads up - they don’t have any lifts but the lovely man at reception was quick to help us carry suitcases on our first day, and on the bright side, we felt like locals from walking up and down! Would highly recommend this beautiful stay!

Perfect little boutique hotel room in Nice. The room was spacious and so well done. The location cannot be beat. It had an Airbnb feeling while still having the luxury of everyday housekeeping and a nice hotel staff onsite to help with things.

The hotel was amazing. No elevator but we were ok with that. The room was great with a large steamroom/ shower and large tub in the room. It was walking distance to old town and plenty of food options near by.

Very lovely, clean and spacious rooms. Perfect base as it is situated in the centre of various restaurants and shops and was easy to navigate to the promenade and old town. The staff were very helpful and housekeeping came daily. Would definitely stay again. Loved also having a code rather than a key so didn’t have to keep worrying where I had put a key! Stairs were definitely a climb and a half so be prepared and if you have mobility issues it possibly isn’t the place for you only for that reason.

Stayed here for the Christmas week and had an amazing experience, from booking to check-in to the stay. Located in one of most chic areas in the town which is situated at the heart of the town - stone throw distance to great Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping, Old Town and the promenade by the Sea. It was modern-day luxury meets old world French charm when it comes to the room and facilities in the room. I have also gotten upgraded to one of the deluxe suites with Hammam and the balcony views from the room was spectacular besides the other facilities. In the upper floor it offers tranquility and quiet despite the building is in the bustling area. Super friendly and helpful stuffs. Definitely coming back again and highly recommended. Only thing you need to consider before booking the upper floors is that the building does not have an elevator! So, if you are carrying heavy luggage it could be a task :)

The location is perfect, many sightseeing places are within walking distance. There is tramway station right next door. Le Dortoir is very quiet despite its proximity to the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bedding is comfortable. All staff members are particularly kind and helpful. I was delighted with my stay at this place in Nice.
