I discovered this café on Instagram and decided to visit with friends on Saturday for breakfast. While the food and coffee were genuinely delicious, the service left much to be desired.
First, we were a group of four, and they refused to seat us, even though there were plenty of available tables for two. Meanwhile, some guests were sitting in pairs at tables meant for four, which felt unfair and poorly managed.
Second, the staff seemed more focused on creating social media content than serving customers. We had to wait a long time for them to clear a table after previous guests, and in the end, we had to remove the cups ourselves. On top of that, the food took an incredibly long time to be prepared.
It’s a shame because the coffee and food were truly great, but the poor organization and lack of attention to guests made the experience frustrating. If they improve their service, this place could be worth visiting again.
