Le Général Hotel

The most pleasant stay here!! I booked a room with a balcony (highly recommend)! for 3 nights. I unexpectedly needed to add an additional night at the beginning of my trip just a few hours before arrival and they were able to accomodate me with no problem at alll. I also got in late & was ravenous & they were able to order me dinner from a restaurant right across the street that they have a partnership with. They held my luggage during the room switch the next day & gave me a complimentary beverage when the new room wasn't quite ready. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. They were very pleasant to speak with. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was also greeted in my new room with a goodie bag of L'occitane en provence mini products! I was traveling solo & always felt safe and at ease in the hotel. Great location as well and close to train stops. I highly recommend to stay here!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le General. This boutique hotel’s ambiance is modern, eclectic and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cozy (including the bed) and clean. The location in the 11th, two blocks from the Métro station was fantastic. However, the most fantastic thing about this hotel is its staff. They are incredible — eager to assist with anything (including getting reservations to two fully booked, popular restaurants) and they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the city, Of all the boutique hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe, Le General is by far the best due to their outstanding service! I will definitely return in the future!

Yes the location is great. The rooms are clean and very well decorated (I was in love with the art picture in our room). However the best part of this hotel is the crew. They are super helpful, very friendly - one of the best hotel crew I have ever seen (Ibrahim thanks a lot for everything ✨). They always make you feel welcomed. Great customer experience. It will be our only address in Paris ❤️

Ahh what a truly wonderful time we had staying at this beautiful unique hotel. ||Just returned after a 4 day break & chose Le General based on its appearance, location & positive reviews. ||It’s located in the 11th District & is served by 2 metro stations making getting around so easy. ||The quiet location of the hotel sits away from the beautiful République square. ||There’s an abundance of super restaurants & small bars locally to choose from should you not wish to venture too far.||The hotel staff are the real deal, they are welcoming, caring & tentative, nothing was too much to request. They deserve such huge credit & made our stay that little bit extra special. ||The hotel itself is fresh, full of character & charm, the rooms are cleaned & restocked daily. Breakfast was just perfect, great selection & plentiful. ||très bien, tout simplement incroyable 👏

This hotel is truly remarkable! The staff is the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered, I can't thank them enough for their sincere hospitality. Now I don't want to stay anywhere else!!||The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The room was small, but to be expected in Paris and I knew what I was getting booking a "cozy" room. Even in a small space it's very comfortable and had everything I needed.

I recently had the pleasure of a lengthy stay (Privilège & Deluxe Balcony rooms). Le Général's imaginative offbeat decor strikes just the right note of relaxed informality and comfort. But what elevates Le Général is its exceptional staff - warmly welcoming, friendly & helpful. A big shout-out to the entire team! Thank You for making my Paris sojourn so enjoyable and special.

We visited in late May for a bank holiday weekend with our children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff at Le General were so welcoming and friendly. We were offered champagne on arrival and the children enjoyed sweets and pastries while we waited for our room. The room was beautiful and super comfy. Would recommend for anyone travelling with small children who want to feel pampered as adults too!

Perfect location to move around the city; the staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived a little bit early and we were able to get our room before we expected. Is a small hotel that allows to have a personalized service and more close connection with the staff. The breakfast selection was good and was price value. Unfortunately we didn’t had time to explore all the facilities from the hotel but is a good excuse to come back.
