Le Germain Hotel Ottawa

Had an excellent stay! Thank you to the staff who were professional, friendly and helpful. Super clean and quiet hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping was great with bed made daily, clean towels daily and all toilette's refreshed daily. Bed were very comfortable and extra comfortable pillows provided. Slept great! Valet parking was great, vehicle secured. Only tip I would offer to Apple Car Play users for navigation is to use the cross Streets of Waller St & Daly Ave to get to the hotel, otherwise it will tell you have arrived at the hotel when in fact you haven't.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. From the reception and the service, to the beautiful, spacious and well equipped rooms, to the cleanliness and the details. Rooms are super modern done with great materials. Beautiful showers and bathrooms, great quality beds and pillows. Guys you rock. Really one of the best hotels I hat and I highly recommend it. The location is great since you practically are in a quiet area of the centre. When in Ottawa I would never think to stay to any other hotel. Search no more.

Beautiful, clean, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance to Rideau mall and downtown. That was our second time at Le Germain Ottawa, amazing service every time. This stay we were welcomed by Mohamed at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Professional and friendly approach. Can’t thank him enough. He is the reason why we will be back soon

Stayed there Monday. The staff are very accommodating considering this is a condo hotel. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. Now the bad, the shower ( with too many options) means you have to stand in the bath which is like a skating rink and dangerous, it is a very nice bath but not for showering. The thermostat is in the toilet and requires a YouTube video to be able to master it, far too complicated. The coffee machine had never been used because nobody has ever figured it out and there is no coffee in the lobby. In the morning the front desk manager did get me one from the staff canteen which was very nice of him. All staff were very courteous and helpful and if a few things are upgraded it is worthy of 4.5 stars.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, beautiful and spacious rooms. Hotel was close to a lot of amenities which are within walking distance. The only thing I noticed was that no one came to tidy up or change our towels in between. Perhaps we just didn’t stay enough nights for that to happen. But otherwise we had a great stay and would come again.

We just stayed at Le Germain for our wedding with all of your guests and it was such a wonderful experience. The customer service was top notch and the rooms are beautiful and unique. The manager of the bar even stayed open for our group and was very accommodating. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel !

Stayed in Le Germain Toronto pre pandemic, definitely a 4.5 star hotel. This Ottawa version is a nice yet expensive hotel with very nice staff if not quite ready for prime time—no valet, no room attendance after 5 (they’ve all gone home). That said, still Le Germain special modern decor. Just need a few more months to get the kinks out. But it ain’t cheap.

Nice stay. Lovely room. Clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Of note Akram at the desk. Helped with a jammed safe and bikesObliging and welcoming atmosphere. Great security in room and floor access. Breakfast could be stepped up a notch. Overall would recommend this place. Location and access good. Parking is only valet. That needs to be figured out better. There is close parking but ideal would be some arrangement with Le Germain. Overall well done !
