Very good hotel with nice view of the city. The room I got was very spacious, clean and well prepared. The AC system also works very efficient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet service will take care of your car, while bellboy will unload your baggage and deliver it directly to your room. The only disadvantages were that the room could be refurbished and there is no tea/coffee stand available at breakfast (you need to ask waiter for it).

The service here was wonderful. Everyone was very kind. The food in La Brasserie was delicious. Iyad our server was so kind to us. In the bathrooms the plugs only accommodate shavers. Blow dryers and curling irons must be plugged in somewhere in the room.

Very accommodating. Breakfast is awesome. Decent location. Friendly staff. Allowed us to check out 3hrs after normal check out time. Very big reception area to chill. Plenty of restaurants. Rooms are pretty big too, bathrooms a good size. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The view of the city from the upper floors is also great. The pool seemed nice as well though I didn't get a chance to use it. The area of Amman is also convenient, great as a home base to explore this area of Jordan.

After a very warm welcome in this amazing hotel, we got our big spacious room. The hotel is very nice located in the middle of Amman. The lobby is a really great place. Everyone is making pictures there. Amazing. The staff is great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good, all you can think of is available in the buffet.

A very GRAND Hotel. Rooms are spacious. Especially the Bathrooms. Not very modern but comfortable. WI-FI Internet is free with medium+ speeds. Room Service Menu is not very rich but the food is tasty and very generous. Breakfast is rich and service is friendly. A very good Spa. Location is convenient and accessible for Business. Good value for money overall. In short, just what you need for a few days in Amman.

Grandiose, huge rooms. Toiletries provided in bathrooms. Nice, helpful staff. 24 hour reception. Worst pillows you will ever experience in your life. Beds are medium soft. Request explicitly a non smoking room.

This is a very good hotel located in the centre of Amman. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. The room we stayed in was very large and spacious, more than enough for 3 people. The bathroom too was large and very clear, my only complaint being a lack of water pressure and hot water. They also have a number of dinning establishment but there is nothing that is open all day long which seems rather remiss for such a hotel. Although there is 24 hour room service. What I would say of this hotel is that it is of its time, it is old fashioned and the decor and rooms are dated. To truly be a luxury 5 star hotel it really needs to be completely renovated.
