Le Grand Hôtel Dinard

This is a lovely hotel located on the waterfront. There is a wonderful waterside promenade steps away. Unfortunately we got to walk it in the rain but it was still pretty! The hotel itself is beautiful with a wonderful, helpful staff who were eager to answer questions and accommodate requests. On site is a bar with nice ambiance and a restaurant where a fantastic breakfast buffet was served every day, as well as elegant dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the room amenities first rate. Close walking proximity to town with shops, restaurants and a casino. Highly recommend!

Well what a place the valet parked my car and taken bags to room whilst I had a cold beer. The room was supreme deluxe room with all the bells and whistles it was spotless with a large bathroom and one of them closet toilets (I think it is a French thing remember I am welsh) . The barman was from Essex and welcomed us by highlighted are you from welsh. The reception staff was very helpful and personal showed us to the room and showing us how to turn the lights on. ( but I did spend the next 20 mins trying to turn the television on. The breakfast was warm taste and a good select. The is a hotel will meet anyone’s needs and behind. The breakfast was fresh and well provided.

Well located with shopping street of Dinard and restaurants a few blocks away and the ferry to Saint Malo right in front. Service at front desk is excellent. Rooms are good size, good water pressure and comfortable mattresses. Well served breakfast and car parking if needed and previously reserved . You can’t go wrong here.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service is very prompt in bring up any item that you request. The building is treasure from another time. The rooms are clean. The only issue is the tub/shower. If you have any issues, it can be a little difficult to get in/out. The hotel is on the coast, but when a very short walk of numerous restaurants and shops. Go out the front door, make a right at the little ally and you will cut off steps and time to places. |Breakfast and the service is the only complaint. Sometimes food was cold and service was slow.

Absolutely marvelous. Beautiful property, great location, superb service. Looking forward to a future visit.

Perfect all the way around. Excellent location and even more perfect hotel. The staff was so pleasant and helpful!!! From the minute we arrived we felt comfortable. Our room had a spectacular view and we enjoyed an equally pleasant view on their terrace for a drink.

The hotel is a five star experience. We speak no French but the concierge Thierry contached us via email. He helped schedule massages at the hotel spa, offered maps and directions to amazing nearby sights and helped us schedule reservations at close by spectacular restaurants. The room was sparkling clean, breakfast was delicious, the bed was lovely. I hope we are able to return.

We stayed in one of their suites and had a wonderful long weekend in a beautiful big room overlooking the water and st. Malo. When we first arrived we met the manager who was very nice and wished us a pleasant stay. Every area of staff was well trained, kind, and helpful. The rooms seemed newly renovated and in excellent condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable and so we slept very well. We were especially pleased with the effective climate control in the room which was not controlled centrally so we were able to customize our comfort. Breakfast had a lovely view and was very good. There it an omelet bar. Room service was quick and fresh. The daily housekeeping was done while we were at breakfast which was very convenient. I appreciated that turn down service came up to us every evening even though we never wanted anything but the gavottes! Thank you! Tips: reserve parking in advance if you're bringing a car.
