The arrangements were absolutely beautiful. The vases were filled with beautiful flowers and greenery with the perfect balance. The height was perfect for the tables. I can’t think of anything more amazing to make the evening so special. Plus, the colors matched my dress perfectly!!

This was such a fun experience. The staff did a great job answering questions and explaining how to properly cut and care for flowers, what flowers made the most sense to use in each season and how to build a cohesive arrangement. It was a fun date afternoon with my wife. Highly recommend this class to others!

Perfection-communication, caring, and especially the compositions. The compositions were one of the most beautiful compositions I've ever seen. They were the talk of our event and I've given Le Jardin Franciscas name to several of our guests. Would not use anyone else. I called them at the last minute on a Saturday evening asking for 2 dozen roses to be delivered to a hospital. These wonderful folks accepted the order with a smile in their voice and did an EXCELLENT job. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them many more times in the future.

Marie Laure and her team are the best. They recently handled all of the flowers for my mother’s memorial service. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they went the extra mile coordinating with the church and navigating a few hurdles while we coped with a difficult time. They are not only super talented but also super kind. I highly recommend them.

They did a phenominal job on my bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres. I asked them to help my vision come to life just two weeks before my wedding. They advised me on what would look best, what would last the longest, and how to transport the flowers. I even received a personal phone call from the owner who was completely honest about the durability of certain flowers I had chosen and what I should do to preserve their freshness. I would highly recommend using them and their pricing was very fair. Now I have these beautiful photos to look back on!

A friend recently mentioned floral design classes at Le Jardin Francais, so I jumped at the chance to attend their latest class this October. It was held outdoors with tables safely distanced for the group, and the staff all wore protective gear. The experience itself was lovely! The session was 3-hours long and LJF taught proper technique and how to design a gorgeous bouquet. Marie-Laure, the owner, taught the class with her team of amazing designers. The backstory of how LJF came to be in Atlanta was just as great to learn. 13/10 -- would sign up again! :) and will definitely be ordering personal arrangements for myself and friends here soon!

The floral workshop was such a great time! I learned a lot, enjoyed the company of participants and made the most gorgeous arrangement. 10/10 recommend!

They do a beautiful job every time. I adore their terrariums as gifts. Such a lovely item that keeps the thought of the gift alive.

I've received as a gift the large terrarium and I absolutely love it. So much that I bought one and drove it all the way down to Texas for my friend's bday and she was so elated and cherished it so much. This shop is not the cheapest but it's one of the best quality shops with a beautiful French design and color palette that I love so so much and compare many flower shops in texas and Los Angeles to.

Les fleurs sont parfaites! The absolutely, hands down, most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen. Just stunning. Delivery was prompt and the flowers arrived in perfect condition. I can't see a reason to ever buy flowers anywhere else.

I'm not one to rate so harshly but this time I feel compelled to do so. The shop itself is very pretty with a wide range of beautiful flowers but that's all it's got. I have visited and purchased any times and continuously felt disappointed. The last time I purchase a live orchid plant for $45 and two days afterwards, the buds fell off... even when I place it it in a temperature control area like instructed. In the spirit of supporting local businesses, I once again returned today to purchase a flower vase set for my friend's new home and it turned out NOT what I requested or expected. I asked for white and green scheme and mentioned the flowers that I wanted. The lady went off and talked on the phone the whole time she was arranging the flowers. It ended with underwhelming results. She was able to use only two of the three types of flowers that I asked ( roses, hyacinths and lilacs) and said that they ran out of the third.. there was a vase full of white hyacinths in the front of the shop! (That's to show you she rushed and the lack of detail given to cater to loyal clients!) Anyway, long story short I ended up paying $81 for a vase of flower arrangements that was arranged without care... I would have been better off going to publix for flowers, honestly. Probably won't come back. I don't recommend.

Love this place. I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday from out of town and she was ecstatic when she received them. I will definitely be using them again

The best thing a business can give me is customer service. It will literally make me come back for years. Not only is their product beautiful but the service is outstanding.

Customer beware when purchasing a terrarium from this florist. It comes with unexpected pests. Very bad customer service and response to the issue. Would not recommend.

Le Jardin is a staple in our home for all things floral treats for friends and for ourselves. Their location is NOTHING like ANY florist you've been to before. The plants and terrariums are so fun to peep at! They do delivery, which is a great pick-me-up for friends and family! They also did our wedding flowers... everything was beyond perfection. So grateful to y'all!!

Super cool spot! I bought a really nice terrarium for a reasonable price. It's beautiful!

I received an orchid terrarium for my birthday. The instructions stated to place terrarium in full spectrum of light from multiple angles, not in front of window with blinds, plantation shutters, etc. I put it by a full door window with no blind, followed directions, and within 2 weeks, the plants were "mush" from too much moisture. Sent a picture to boutique, and was told it did not receive enough sunlight. Because there is a house next to us. My advice is, if you want to have one of their terrariums, you need a home with corner windows, no window treatments, on a large lot where no light is blocked. Not a practical thing in Atlanta. After I was told, they would do nothing to help, I removed the dead plants, and the soil was extremely wet, no way, even under their precise (unrealistic) expectations, could these plants survive. I think the soil was too moist to begin with, but, of course, nothing can be done. Beautiful shop, would suggest browsing, but do not buy!! P.S. I have a large Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree that is thriving, these can be problematic, i have maintained for almost 3 years, so I know how to care for plants.

Dropped by for a last minute walk in bouquet request. Nicole, their new boutique manager, was absolutely wonderful! She worked with me to find options within my price range and to the specificity of the woman who would receive these beautiful flowers. All I needed was a favorite color, and she was off. Cannot recommend more highly!

The service here is absolutely horrendous. I stopped in to pick up flowers for my retail shop, and having been in the business for over 30 years, it shocks me that a place with a lack of customer service can survive. Not one person in this shop would even give me the time of day. Best of luck to you. Time to brush up on your people skills.

My precious friends bought me a large terrarium from Le Jardin Francais in remembrance of my mother who recently passed away. I have only had it for 2 weeks, and it turned into a rotting mess very quickly. When I called they said it was because where I had it the terrarium didn't get enough light. It was in a bay window with 3 actual windows. It's where all my plants thrive, so explaining to them that this was a gift in remembrance of my mom and I had only had it two weeks. They even knew the friend who had picked it up and gives them a lot of business- they said for $150 they would replace the rotten plants. Wow! Really- it still had the tag on it- have barely had it in my possession. I actually would have considered buying this for others as a gift but now I would never ever deal with this uncaring florist. The plants died within 10 days of having it, and they want me to now pay $150 for some more from them! What a con! Unfortunately my husband drove all the way down there, bc they had told me to bring it in (made an appt) and wasted hours out of his Saturday, to then get a call that if they worked on it there would be a charge. Would have appreciated being told that before my husband drove it down there. Now i have to go back down to pick it up, and that makes me feel very very upset at a time in my life I don't need this additional stress. That would have been nice to be told they wouldn't replace the rotting plants at no charge. Under the circumstances- the management understanding even what was behind this gift- to not fix this at no charge. Shame on them. What a terrible business to treat people this way. Terrible! This review is for the location on Howell Mill/Westside Provisions. The lady who runs this shop is very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. She explained how to care and maintain the succulents and orchids I purchased with explicit detail and clairvoyance. I spent $110 on an 18" custom glass terrarium with orchids, air plants, and local moss & pebbles. The priciest item was $250 for a 16" diameter open air succulent terrarium. It was so beautiful! I also loved the fact that if the plants were to outgrow their space, she would be happy to trim or transplant the whole habitat. You are not only paying for customization, you are paying for quality, service, and longevity of the products. I am definitely coming back to this amazing shop.

Melissa was an extremely rude associate. Never have been spoken to so innapropritely by someone in a business that has prompted me to write a poor review. If this was my business I would be mortified. This is definitely my go to flower shop! I called one afternoon and ask if I could stop by for cut flower stems. The nice lady said of course. I dropped by about 30 minutes later on my way home. I honestly was a bit skeptical but they completely surprised me. I walked out 15 minutes later with an on the spot custom arrangement that my wife loved. She said it was the most beautiful one yet and it was at a reasonable price. I will definitely be stopping by again soon. If you are around midtown or west midtown this should be your go to flower shop.

I used them for my wedding bouquet and wedding arrangements. They were absolutely gorgeous. The floral contact, Ludi, was so wonderful to work with on what we needed. She listened and then followed up with her ideas. They were ready right on time and they were perfect! I also buy gifts for friends as they have great orchids and terrariums. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding! We hired Le Jardin Francais for a very special television shooting and we are so glad we did. The level of professionalism and the costumer service we received from the beginning tells you the kind of company this is. Being all the way in NYC the communications had to be over the phone or email, however this wasn't an impediment for them to get what we wanted to achieve. They created and delivered a custom made masterpiece made entirely of high end and exquisite flowers in only 2 days. To Rachel and the entire team: Bravo!

I am writing this on behalf of myself and the team at Agent Provocateur - Atlanta. I happened upon this florist when looking for a skilled, local, and reputable florist to provide our store with flowers for our first day of opening, as well as our opening event. Unfortunately for us, the opening happened very last minute -- the day after Memorial Day to be precise -- and we were forced to call florist after florist to see who would be able to accommodate us on such short notice. Luckily, Marie-Laure (the owner) was there to save the day while all other shops were closed. Not only was Marie-Laure willing to help, but she was willing to let me come visit her studio (while they were technically closed) so I could take a peek at their offering to see if I could find exactly what the corporate office of Agent Provocateur had in mind. Instead I sent her photographs so as not to be intrusive on her work and her holiday, and put my trust in her skills, experience, and already good interaction with her. Just as planned, the bouquet was ready at promptly 2pm the very next day, looking stunning and smelling fresh! She even threw in some rose petals for us to have strewn about as we please to add fragrance and ambiance to our décor. As if this wasn't enough, the grounds on which the studio is nestled is ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL! I hope everyone has an occasion to visit because that alone is something to experience. It made me want to quit my job and beg Marie-Laure to take me in. It's an environment where you can see where passion, love, and know-how go to work. Needless to say, first impression alone was something to be marvelled. After this incredible first impression, we made sure to call Marie-Laure and her team back to see if she was able to create three VERY SPECIFIC and LARGE bouquets for our high-profile event a few weeks later. The bouquets featured an exotic array of flowers, in varying colors and heights, and absolutely stunned all who beheld them. Time and time again I had guests ask who had done our floral arrangements, and I was proud to speak of the talents and great service provided by Le Jardin Francais. I can't wait until we have occasion to use them again, and will be sure to advise any and all friends, family, and customers alike to use them for any occasion they might need.

We happened to stop by this wonderful florist when we visited Atlanta. I found a great pilea plant which was beautifully potted. The assistant manager took time to explain how to care for the terrarium that we purchased. It is fun to care for and look at!!

Love this shop. The flowers are out of this world gorgeous and the designers create such amazing arrangements. Whether the project is big or small, they deliver with breathtaking quality and style. I attended a flower arranging workshop there and the staff was so helpful (and Marie-Laure is a flower savant. I came home with a spectacular arrangement PLUS lots of tips and tricks on how to make my own and how to make flowers last longer. Yes, I've seen the reviews, they are not "cheap" but you can see why when you get the finished product.

Pretentious and expensive. While the place is quite large, the flower section is surprisingly small. And the prices are just outrageous, at $7.50- $15 PER stem. When you get seven stems, it adds up quickly. I think I was most surprised that there were only a couple of "unique flowers". Everything was very standard. One positive - there are several tall orchids ($110) that are beautiful. The owner was a little cold and reserved (and not helpful). Let's hope the flowers last 2-3 days at least.

Such an incredible space with the most beautiful seasonal blooms, branches and terrariums. My mom and I took the first spring floral arrangement class and the three hours flew by! We got to know a little about the ladies who run the shop and their approach to making beautiful arrangements. Such a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning! I will definitely go back for all my floral needs in the future.

Marie-Laure's work is beauuutiful! There are many florists in town but I find it hard to tell them apart. Le Jardin really provides original designs with seasonal flowers, berries, foliage, etc. They like to use organic products when possible and this is what initially attracted me to them. Marie-Laure' designs and the work her team produces is of such beautiful quality that you will be in for a treat! Another thing that makes them stand out is their commitment the overall décor and deriving ambiance. They will just make you and your guest happy to be standing in a place decorated by Le Jardin Francais.

Le Jardin are absolutely amazing! Not only was the contract process extremely easy, they were professional and created the most beautiful flowers for my wedding! I had some changes with my contract and Ludivine listened to me and offered her suggestions on how to make my vision work within my budget! On my actual wedding day, the whole team arrived right on time and set up everything. Everything was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend on using Le Jardin for all your floral needs! You won't be disappointed!

I was so very pleased at the beautiful floral decor for a corporate event. I provided a budget and left it to their discretion. The tables were beautiful, appropriate for the season, and worked within the room decor wonderfully. Marie-Laure was so very easy to work with and everything far exceeded our expectations. I look forward to our next event in Atlanta and will definitely use LeJardin Francais again.

In a word - FABULOUS! I needed to coordinate floral design, table coverings, and chairs for my daughter's baptism luncheon at the St. Regis and was under a time crunch. With a new baby at home, I hadn't been able to narrow down what I actually wanted to achieve with the theme. After one call with Marie-Laure, we had the colors, theme and complete aesthetic agreed upon and I was off and running. After listening to my wishes and then sharing her ideas on how to make that vision a reality, I was able to focus and complete the invitation choices, favors, and wardrobe for the family! Her ability to clearly articulate and execute exactly what I was trying to explain was remarkable. The final effect was a combination of blush, ivory, silver and gold palette with mixed linen, silk shantung and a touch of burlap. It was absolutely beautiful. The quality of flowers used exceeded my expectations - rare, vintage, lovely! And while the entire event was beyond belief, I got the most compliments from the guests on the floral design. WOWOW! What a beautiful selection for flowers and greens that you can't find anywhere else. If you are looking for something unique, this is the place. Everyone who saw the flowers oooed and ahhed. Our arrangement had a huge protea, some branches with mini pears, beautiful kale, pink and green hydrangea and garden roses. Just stunning.

This shop is a treasure! Mara made an absolutely lovely wrist corsage for my son's prom date with small white orchids, something green that I can't remember(!), and built it all on a silver wire armature like a cuff bracelet ... inventive, artistic, and beautiful! Merci!

Incredible flower arrangements and Holiday decor! I travel from Nashville to go to the boutique a few times a year because I love their stuff. The women in the shop are not only delightful to work with but extraordinarily talented. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care they take in the products. The customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. They truly make you feel welcome. I have purchased holiday wreaths and garland from them the last two years and will continue for years to come!

I ordered a bouquet and boutonniere from Le Jardin Français just a week and a half or so before my wedding. (We eloped.) I was worried about the lack of time, but the owner, Marie-Laure, was in touch with me right away. She and her boutique staff worked with me over the phone, through email and in person to ensure I had exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. At one point, she was concerned that some flowers I had chosen weren't going to give my bouquet the color feel I had expressed I wanted so she took the time to double-check with me on it. She even offered alternative flowers to get the bouquet's cost down as it was originally quite expensive! Unbeknownst to me, I initially chose some very pricey roses, so after she brought that to my attention, I gladly accepted the lower-cost but equally-beautiful roses. In the end, I ended up with exactly what I wanted - the most beautiful bouquet and boutonniere I'd ever seen. And I'm not the one who to think so - everyone from our photographer to family to friends have commented on them.
