We found this place through Google, and the reviews looked promising — so we made the trip to try it out. The ambience is lovely, with both indoor (air-conditioned) and outdoor seating available. Many diners seemed to prefer sitting outdoors. the staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the meal, which made the overall experience more pleasant. We ordered several dishes, mostly based on popular recommendations from other reviewers: 1. White Wine Mussels – Cooked to perfection with a rich, buttery broth. A great start. 2. Onion Soup – Extremely flavourful and easily a must-order. 3. Frog Legs – A bit disappointing. The legs were dry and small, and the flavour didn’t stand out compared to the other dishes. 4. Beef Tournedos – We ordered three (two medium, one medium-well), but all came out medium-well. The meat was slightly tough, lacking the tenderness we expected. 5. Lamb Stew – The biggest letdown. The lamb wasn’t tender, and the vegetables were burnt around the edges. The broth was decent, but overall the dish fell short of expectations. 6. Desserts – We had the apple crumble and caramelised bananas. Both were underwhelming — the crumble was bland and didn’t leave much of an impression. We had hoped for a progressive dining experience, with dishes improving from appetizers to dessert. Instead, it felt like the quality declined as the meal went on. That said, it’s still a nice spot to dine in with a pleasant setting and reasonable prices.

Recommendations: Onion Soup & Moules marinières Price reasonable and very delicious. All of the dish that we ordered are great! PS. There’s indoor and outdoor seats to choose.

All the cuisines are perfect except Carbonara. The sauce is tasteless. Perhaps, they want us to make the sauce based on our own preference.

The duck leg is pretty good! I love this dish the most. The others are good, too. Nothing to complain. We ordered several dishes, like shrimp salad, cheese plate, apple pie, tomatoes, onion soup etc and per person cost around 370K, very reasonable.

The dishes are authentic, especially the escargots and the duck confit. The salad was decent, while the salmon was a bit dry and heavily plastered with dill sauce. Overall, it was indeed a genuine French culinary experience. With that being said, what this place needs to do is re-training their wait staff, with one in particular took the orders with a condescending attitude and a face that seems incapable of a smile. For a mid scale establishment, the staff here acts like they came from street vendors. Would I recommend this place, for the food yes. Will I be back? Not really.

REVISITED OPINION after multiple visits : this restaurant is a canteen style French restaurant, the dishes are simple and tasty. It's close to what French people actually eat at a normal casual restaurant, it's not the expensive fine cuisine style. Highly recommend the breaded veal, with the sauce it's a treat (its not the dish in my pictures) I decided to rate it 5 star because it's great to find a nice, non pretentious French restaurant abroad. Bread and dessert could be improved. Wasn't a fan of the charcuterie platter. The dishes were all good though. Nice outdoor seating.

Affordable French cuisine that offers good value for money. While the overall experience and service may not be perfect, which is understandable given the price point, the food itself is flavorful and the portions are generous.
