Le Jardin Malanga Hotel

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, and we could not have picked a better place! The property is very large and secluded, with amazing views of the mountains and nearby islands. The room was great, we really enjoyed the hammock on the porch which was large enough for both of us. The best part was the food. They served fresh baked goods, fruits, and yogurt every day for breakfast, and intimate 3 course meals every night. The chef was amazing and they were very accommodating of allergies and preferences. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and spoke great English which was nice since we only know a bit of French.

We spent our first night on our first trip to Guadeloupe here. Raphaëlle and Emilien made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. We ate a dinner and breakfast here, and Emilien went out of his way to create a personalized menu for one of us who has a gluten allergy. The property and views are beautiful. Our room (in one of the gîtes up the hill from the main house) was elegant and clean. We only stayed one night before moving on to Les Saintes the next morning, but we enjoyed our brief stay here very much.

Le Jardin Malange is an amazing small boutique experience that doesn’t disappoint. Each night Chef prepared a unique 3 course culinary experience made with local whole foods. Catering to special dietary needs was no problem. Breakfast was also amazing - fresh juice, warm croissants, yogurt, fruit and cheese. I loved not having to make decisions about our meals. Our hostess and chef made us feel like family and they took great care of my family during our stay - we didn’t want to leave. We stayed in the cabins and they were perfect - each had a beautiful covered porch, with hammock and recliner deck chairs and an epic view of the ocean. At night the tree frogs sang us to sleep. If you love nature and want an authentic boutique experience this is the place.

Paradise. This is a small boutique 'hotel' where you can genuinely switch off and relax as if it were your own home. The colonial era house is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate and the view is idyllic. The porch wrapping around the building is ideal to sit out for sunset. The pool captures the view perfectly. The managers Raphaëlle & Emilien were very welcoming and each evening they arrange a really good dining experience. There is plenty to do near by; I went snorkling at Vieux-Fort and hiked up La Soufrière. I travel a lot; sometimes solo and sometimes with family. This place is perfect for both types of traveller. I would love to return with my wife and daughter someday. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant stay. The professional and friendly staff wanted us to feel at home, and we did. Spending time at the pool with this view was quite amazing. I also enjoyed the tastefully decorated living room of the main house, where you can enjoy a book with the amazing view also in the background. We will be very happy to go back whenever we have the opportunity.

Calm, considered and intimate. Raphaëlle and Emillien run everything here and still have time to spend with guests - with genuine warmth. We were happy to return a week later to enjoy the place, sometimes all to ourselves. I wish them all the best because they deserve success.

Our first stop in Guadaloupe and an incredible one at that. We wanted to climb the volcano and the manager (ms Blanc) took care of that before we even got settled in our cottage i guess the english word is. Me and my wife thoroughly recommend going for the dinners where the chef Emilien takes local products and turns them into incredible dinners. Due to him always going local and fresh he doesnt have the widest variety of ingredients and yet it was a completely different experience (but a great one) every time. When we climbed the volcano they gave is breakfast early as well so in short perfect service and perfect food and a slight personal touch with the message we got with regard to our honeymoon. If we return to Guadaloupe we will certainly return.

This place is heaven! We had a wonderful stay in Jardin Malanga for 2 nights. We had a bungalow with view on the garden, which was very quiet and peaceful, it was such a dream to wake up like this! The dinner was also a great part of the experience: chef Riccardo had offered us sublime food, something we did not expect! Such a high level quality for a good price. Keep in mind that this is not a place for kids, since there’s no entertainment at all. We can’t wait to be back :)
