"Traditional Food in a Dazzling Green Courtyard As one of the most innovative players on the Marrakech restaurant scene, Kamal Laftimi spearheads projects that are nothing if not showstoppers. This buzzy, green-on-green–tiled riad, bristling with courtyard banana trees, is a case in point. It's a hip hangout by day for locals and expats who meet for coffees throughout the morning and pop into celebrated kaftan designer Norya ayroN’s little boutique, which occupies a small space on the first floor. By night, it sparkles with the light of hundreds of glittering candles while large extended families and cooing couples gather over Moroccan classics such aspigeon pastilla, vegetarian couscous, and chicken tagine with olives and raisins, as well as a handful of crowd-pleasing classics such assteak frites and burgers (no alcohol served)."

I went here on my last day in Marrakesh. We stopped by for lunch before our spa treatment and absolutely loved the tranquility of their patio. The spa treatment was managed with professionalism: we were offered hibiscus tea when we first arrived, given clean linens for our treatment, and brought to the room for the hammam. The room itself was quite nice, the only downside to the treatment is that there was only one person for 2 of us. Nonetheless, she managed well as most of the time you're letting the product absorb into your skin anyways. We were given fresh linens again and served tea before our massages. The massage experience was also super pleasant. They used heat pads to warm our upper and lower back. The beds were comfortable as well. We also dined for dinner with our family as we had enjoyed the lunch options and it was nearby our Riad. The service was great! We started with drinks by the fire and enjoyed live music on the lute. Our waiter was attentive and humourous. We were very happy with this ending to our stay!

We had lunch there upon our arrival at Marrakech. A lovely, calm yard. The atmosphere is great and the service very kind and quick. We had roasted carrots, zucchini fritters, potatoes bravas and lamb croquettes. They were all delicious (although a bit pricey, considering the Mezze style of these dishes- we paid 378MAD with two small bottles of water).

We came here for dinner and the food was super good. The restaurant is nice and looks romantic. Perfect for a couple but it can be good for friends too as there are different areas and it is divided on a few floors. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. We had couscous and tagine Which was cooked very well and it was full of flavour. I really recommend this place on your stay in Marrakech

Stepping into this restaurant is an absolute delight—if you manage to secure a spot on the ground level. The first floor is truly charming, drawing you in immediately with its abundance of greenery and thoughtfully curated ambiance. It’s the kind of space that makes you want to linger and truly elevates the dining experience. Unfortunately, the aesthetic magic doesn't quite extend up. While functional and spacious, the second and third floors notably lack the distinctive vibe that makes the first floor so appealing. If ambiance is what you’re after, be sure to request the ground floor specifically. Regardless of where you sit, the service is exceptionally efficient. The servers are very nice and attentive. Our food came out very promptly, within minutes of ordering. You pay your tab at the front counter before you leave. Overall, come for the fantastic speed and friendly staff, but definitely aim for that cute first-floor spot!

The restaurant is very pretty. The staff and atmosphere was at restaurant standard. The food was delicious, and seeing as it was my first time having a tagine, it was aesthetically pleasing and has now tickled my taste buds for more. I would've enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant if I had a seat on the first floor but seating on the ground floor was nice aswell.

The best food we had the whole trip! Pretty setting and easy to book prior to arrival. Recommend the chicken tajines & lamb croquettes! All together 600mad, really good price

Came here on our last night in Morocco. We had a mix of the meze plates and starters instead of a main meal. Tasty food with good variety, especially for vegetarians/vegans. Price is quite high but the setting is lovely, particularly on the higher levels. Staff were very friendly

Great. Tucked away from the busy alleys of the Medina, walk through a low door to find an impressive courtyard .. an oasis of quiet compared to the hustle & bustle going on outside. Their shakshuka is widely known for being very nice, served searing hot in a tagine and made to perfection. It delivers on being very nicely balanced, fresh and with plenty of flavours. Fits well with the mint tea, which they kindly offer without sugar — I found that very nice of them. Service is nice and friendly, I’d much visit again!
