We had an amazing dinner here for my birthday. We made a last minute reservation but I’d recommend reserving in advance. We had the gourmet menu and it was delicious! The champagne and Chablis were also extraordinary! The ambience, the interior design and decorations are cozy and chic. If you are vegetarian unfortunately the options are limited.

We visited recently. The staff asked if we would like to sit in the outside space. This was through the restaurant and was covered by netting and trees which was a lovely area: outside but inside. The staff were experienced and efficient. The food was delicious. Would definitely go again. Great find off the main streets.

This restaurant was the highlight of our trip to France in May. It was our first Michelin experience so I have nothing but inferior to Michelin restaurants to compare but the experience was so unique. I understood the flavors that were presented and months later, I can relate to them. We had a wonderful time that night and the experience was such an integral part. All the food was an experience in France, but this was definitely the best we have had.

A jewel in a beautiful crown. Tucked away in a small alley in the heart of the Old Town, is this most delightful Restaurant. The meal was outstanding. From the amuse bouche, to the dessert, was a culinary tour du force. Concentrating on the freshest seasonal produce, a limited but varied menu, clearly allows them to create an experience that would leave you wanting to return time and time again. The Service impeccable, but not fussy and the hygiene standards par excellence. Thank you for our best meal in Troyes. Abientot!
